He helped save me so much money on my car key by recommending a place to get my car key fixed at that is so affordable. His name is Richie and he is a tow man!!! Fantastic experience: I went to get my license renewed for the real ID. Had no issues whatsoever. With an appointment, the process just took 15 min and both people I spoke to were friendly and helpful. Much better than the RMV if you can get services that are covered by AAA (which is most of them)

Negative experience: Lynn at AAA Worcester sent our tow truck driver to the wrong location after we specifically told her the address of the correct location and had her repeat it back to us. Had us and the tow truck driver wait over an hour at two different locations while another AAA member tried to remedy the mess. Really unprofessional. Total waste of time. Will be canceling my membership.

Fantastic experience: Renewed my driver's license. Needed new photo and eye test. I filled out application online on RMV website then made appointment on AAA website. I came in a little early to check in. I was processed and out the door in about 10 minutes of my appointment time.

He seamlessly picked up where another out of state agent left off and helped me create the European trip of my dreams. Added in an affordable insurance package so I could travel knowing all the bases were covered. Booking tickets with Liz was great as well. Don’t overlook the AAA travel team! Awesome Service!

Fantastic experience: The nicest employees work there! I was able to get paperwork for my divorce notarized at the Worcester location, free of charge cause the ex had a membership!! The woman who assisted us was sweet and had a great sense of humor. I politely declined her offer to be added for free under the ex's account for AAA service until April of 2025 however.

Positive experience: Went in the get foreign currency, but they use Wells Fargo and their site was down. Not their fault, but frustrating.

Negative experience: Called triple AAA Tuesday at 2:30pm because my starter went out. Told them to not send a flat bed because I was in a parking garage. So one hour later triple aaa finally sent out a driver and guess what he was in? A flatbed. I waited for almost 2 hours for them to tell me at 6:30 that the driver is a hour and half away. So today I woke up and called them at 8:30am. I didn’t get a tow until 3:30pm. So overall it took 25 hours for triple AAA to get a tow truck out to me. Thank you so much for the speedy service I’m glad I’m paying you as a company.

Negative experience: Not too long of a wait, it's nice not to have to go to the DMV.

Negative experience: We have had about four spectacularly poor roadside assistance experiences in the past year. AAA seems to be in the business of milking money out of a previously decent reputation. Some executive is draining money of the company for their extra homes and boats, I think. We have had tow trucks drive to the wrong county, while we watch on the tracking app. We have had dispatches take 2, no 4, no 6 (!!!) hours, which only eventually even happened because we had to repetitively reach out to them. Keep your expectations low for this company. You won't be disappointed.

Negative experience: Had a "battery truck" come, tow service was from Framingham - after having them jump start my brother's car the day prior, agreed to purchase a $200 battery which the driver had on his truck. The driver quickly got frustrated removing the cable from the post and said "Sorry, man, I just can't do it. I normally have the tools with me, but I don't today." Think about this. This was a BATTERY TRUCK. and they were selling a 200 dollar battery, unable or unwilling to get the cable removed from the battery post. This driver should be reprimanded or fired. I will find out which towing company from Framingham was and contact them. My local mechanic stated that it was quite simple to change out the battery. AAA should be alerted to this vendor's incompetence.

Fantastic experience: Plenty of parking. There was no line when I arrived. The customer service person was extremely helpful and walked me thru the process. I was there to get a passport photo and the whole thing took about 10 mins. Plenty of maps, travel advice etc depending on what u need.

Negative experience: The staff is not supportive and giving all wrong information. Me and my wife went last saturday and they said they have to call rmv and come anytime next week. So we went next week and they asked me to wait for 3 hours without any help.The staff has no courtesy on humans. So rude.

Fantastic experience: AAA Worcester, a little over a year ago I was involved in a One Car Poor Decision Making Moment accident. I was so lost in the moment. I not only lost my car in that moment. I lost my job. I was in a panic. My car is my world and my job. Drivers are top-notch at AAA. This driver went above and beyond the call of AAA. I'm not sure of the man's name, but I happened to see him today towing this car. He was so kind in the moments after my accident. I was lost in my mind and he took off his AAA hat and came down to my level and took the time to get me to refocus and remind me, everything is going to be OK Thank You AAA, Clone this driver and his work ethic :)

Negative experience: The tow truck drove past me and didn't come back for about a half hour, when the had already policeman called his towing company and had me get towed by then

Negative experience: I just called the Worcester office to book a vacation- RUDE and in a hurry - I hung up - will not call back. Cruises. Monday Nov 28, 4:20 pm. I waited on hold over 10 min too.

Fantastic experience: I want to rave about how awesome and efficient people here are!! Particularly the lady dressed up for Halloween as Maria....such warmth, and dedication excuded! How is it possible that they offer so many services and still remain so pleasant?! I got what I needed to get done accomplished yesterday. But i do remember that I'd gone there previously and was not able to get the thing I needed to get done because of some restrictions with the RMV but I definitely remember walking away with a positive experience because the person also explained exactly what I needed to go to the RMV with and they were also really pleasant... Ps.....tons of parking.... Honestly the membership is absolutely worth it at any level.... Because you also get ID monitoring and a host of other discounts...

Negative experience: Called twice spoke with a representative.1-800 number.she said don't need an appointment for registration renewal. Worcester AAA. Very rude manager saying to come back tomorrow, which I needed the registration due today. Finally the manager told the front person to make the appointment...4 ladies front desk just talking, giggle, not very professional, no one in line. That's not right treating a person who took the day off, very frustrating, un- professional. I have been AAA members 45 years. There was no one in the office at that time if they made an appointment then the managers tells me oh since there's no one here you might wait two or three hours to get the appointment very rude and unprofessional I did not get her name.

Fantastic experience: My starter motor does on my car. I had joined AAA a few weeks earlier. With the plus plan I am allowed up to onr hundred mile tow. I had the option to tow to private garage, AAA Garage or my house. The truck arrived when they said it would. They were timely, curtious and effective. I had it towed to my driveway where I had it fixed. Totally satisfied with experience.

Negative experience: Agent I spoke with never got back to me. I even informed agent that they can get back to me by Monday the latest. Still no follow up. No reflection to AAA. I ended up going with another provider.

Positive experience: Yeah they do a lot of things at the registry do and you can get it done there faster cuz it ain't that many people there not a long line don't have to wait that long place to go to take care of your business for your car paperwork

Every associate I’ve dealt with as been friendly and professional…this is important as it’s a MAJOR reason why people like me continue to pay for membership years after years. But there should be discounts for long term members like me.

Negative experience: Showing online that is open!!!! Death doesn’t comes with appointments for ur convenience and when you need to travel outside of the country because of it and you’re in need of a international drivers license because no country accepts the original license from another then you’re standing from a closed AAA like me and can’t do anything!!!!!!

I got my mom a gift certificate for AAA membership for Christmas a long time ago and she get a gift like that from me every Christmas. They help bundle AAA with Car Insurance. They have house Insurance that also if you rent a place get it anyways incase anything goes wrong. They offer road trip maps and they have passports and they have stuff there too for great gift for Christmas. They have in some locations Registry. They have Auto financing and offer drivers Ed classes and great services with friendly people who work there.

Negative experience: Just had a run in with one of your drivers, and was cleaning my driveway with hose, guy got out his truck to confront us and ask why we splashed water on his AAA truck (a very small amount...as he was dodging a hole in the street - came close to where we were washing) This guy is going to help someone stranded on a highway? hmm

Negative experience: Went to renew my car registration. They told me that it would be a 2 1/2 hours weight. Only one person weighting on customers. I left and went to RMV in Leominster and it only took 45 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Although they only provide RMV services to AAA members, the one in Auburn allowed my sister, who has dementia renew her ID there with my AAA membership. This is excellent and compassionate customer service. I cannot thank them enough.

Negative experience: Sent a driver to the wrong location, had me waiting for 5 hours just to send me a driver who hooked my car for no reason because he was almost off the clock and to top it off left my car unsecure and damn near in the middle of the road. Poor service, would not recommend
