Negative experience: Don't use this company. We were charged extra when the balance was due. They said it was an extra fee that was added on for their service to be paid at the time the balance was due. So there was really nothing we could since our trip was a month away...we couldn't cancel our flight at this point.

Fantastic experience: We loved it here! Everything you needed in the condo. Beautifully decorated! Close to beach, stores and restaurants! We would definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience: We rented house for our annual golf trip and it was perfect. Plenty of room for 14 of us and close enough to walk to anything we needed. We will stay here again.

Fantastic experience: We had a great time staying at Crescent Shores. Everything was close by and convenient. The condo was clean and it felt like we were at home. The view from the balcony was magnificent. I recommend staying here.

Fantastic experience: Pool table sticks are in desperate need of replacement, dishwasher leaks, balcony bedroom upstairs missing remote control for the TV, occasional door key failure, top floor rear exit difficult to use and the trim needs to be replaced. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and love the location. Will be back next year. We were staying at the ambassador villas 403

Fantastic experience: You guys saved our vacation.We had booked through another company,the same company we had used the past 2 years.Previous years were great,this year not so much,our place was dirty,the TV's didn't work,the paint on the walls were unfinished,I could go on.Anyway,when I walked in I didn't get that "at home feeling".We decided to get a refund.The first two days of our trip we're used trying to find the perfect place.We called a few places with no luck.We found Condo world.yall found us the perfect condo.From our initial conversation through check in process,to us walking in and immediately seeing the ocean.It was perfect.We did get that"at home feeling"It was a wonderful 8 nights.We had a great experience.We will be back for our annual trip and will be booking though you again.Thank you for the Wonderful experience.

Fantastic experience: We were on vacation with our kids and grandkids. This property was everything we were looking for and more. The indoor and outdoor pools were a favorite as was the beach, just a few steps away from the pools. This property was close to all the activities and was large enough for everyone to have their own space, but be able to come together and make memories. The deck facing the pool and ocean was fantastic and the mornings were so relaxing having coffee out there. Everyone had a wonderful time I highly recommend this property!!

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Ocean Blue with our adult children & their spouses & 5 grandchildren. It was spacious and had easy access to the beach. There were many activities nearby. Despite the weather from the tropical storm, we had a great time. The property Management were great at communicating. The only negatives were there was only one dish cloth & towel, the tub drains were slow draining and there were no cookie sheets or pizza pan. We would definitely come back.

Fantastic experience: We stayed in room 806 … Very nice clean and all rooms were big . I was extremely happy . The deck that overlooks the ocean is huge . The only complaint we had was no hand towels in none of the bathrooms .. but other than that … I would definitely stay in this unit again… Nice pool, lazy river and hot tub . Cathy and Bill Verandas

Fantastic experience: I give it a 5 stars due to this place being welcoming, easy to get there, and amazing rooms and bathrooms. This place was enough to accommodate my family and cousins. I like the environment, the place and the surrounding areas as it is close to the stores and the beach. Love it and would like to come back again!

Fantastic experience: We had to find another vaca stay last minute as our other one was foreclosed on and the staff was so nice and informative towards us! Rooms were exactly as shown in their pictures, roomy, and we had a pool pass when ours was being renovated. Highly recommended and the price is just right! Mold free,Bug free, free parking, minutes from beach.

Fantastic experience: Had a great experience. My granddaughter and I were their to play in a golf tournament in Myrtle Beach and coming home to Sea Trail was a perfect ending to each day. The accommodations were great and the restaurant was a perfect ending to the day. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience: Just finished our trip. Everything was just awesome. The Sawmill Townhouse we had was brand new with a very clean environment. The only thing that I would change is including some dressers in the rooms for clothing instead of only having closets. A little warm upstairs as the thermostat was locked. Other than that the place was great! The golf courses that were picked for us by Dan were beautiful, challenging and fun to play. People were friendly and overall very easy to deal with. I definitely would use Dan again in the future for golf packages.

Also, We were close to everything! Only thing bad was, the front bedroom was hot. Besides that, it was GREAT! We had a Blast!!

Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed at Magnolia Pointe the Condo was spacious clean inviting and welcoming. Truly a home away from home. When We first arrived I went to the incorrect condo, I reached out to the property manager to seek help and they responded immediately. All and all the location made the trip fun, relaxing and enjoyable. We plan to visit again and I hope this place is available, I sure will book again!

Fantastic experience: This home is just as beautiful as the pictures show it to be. It's very well kept and so welcoming and homey. The views of the ocean from all three floors is amazing. The few minor concerns we had were addressed promptly. We enjoyed every minute, and would definitely book again.

Negative experience: I am part of a large group that booked and buyer beware they changed our price a week prior to our trip so there was nothing we could do...I saw the emails from group leader that confirmed one price and then the company said due to extra fees they had to charge us more so we got ripped off. I saw the email and it was from your company...stop taking advantage of people.

Fantastic experience: Sea Trail is 1 mile over the bridge to Sunset Beach. Sunset Beach is the best beach in North Carolina. You can park your car for free on the side of main street - Or if you get there in time you can park all day for $10 at the pier. This Vrbo is spacious (agree larger than pictures show) and practical (!) -it is great if you have two couples needing some space as well, The second bedroom is basically a mini suite. This Unit is pretty aesthetically outdated, the washer and dryer are not great, and there is no garbage disposal and no elevator. Unfortunately the people staying directly below us smoked on the back porch too often, (terrible smells) - but that’s a wild card chance with units (hopefully they don’t live there ). Honestly everything else was amazing. Loved our stay and Bistro 55 nearby was great too. -we all liked Watching golf carts and players drive by from the back porch, and pretty great golf course per husband. Owners were responsive , we were thankful for the two car parking and the one hour late checkout that was allowed:) Great space , great location, great time!

Positive experience: Sea Trails was very nice spot for vacation. Convenient for golf & grocery store. Many good restaurants in neighboring towns & not too far from N Myrtle for shows & shopping. Beach access on Sunset Island is inconvenient. Limited public parking at the pier or pay cash to park. Otherwise go early to get a spot in less crowded beach areas, parking along street. Be careful you don’t have any part of vehicle in the bike lane or you will be ticketed ($50). Parking on most side streets is not allowed. The beach walk (3 hrs round trip from 40th street access) to Bird Island preserve & Kindred Spirit mailbox is something different to do. Go during low tide.

Fantastic experience: Parking is on the same level, the common hallway is clean, neat and sealed from the outside. Upfit is nicely done and having 2 refrigerators, dual dish washers a bonus. Internet was slow but they upgraded so download speed which at best was 23 mbs increased to at least 108 mbs so it became usable for streaming. If they could get the ice cream trucks to stop parking so long or stop their irritating repetitive music, that would make daytime nicer! We plan to rent again....best place we've ever stayed.

Fantastic experience: The condo is in tip top shape. The pool area is great for little kids and even though the pool /lazy river is only 3 feet the kid plus adults really enjoyed the pool area. The beach is about a 2 or 3 minute walk. Family Kingdom is only a 5 minute walk. The place is a great place to stay, I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a nice clean and spacious place. Let me add that the condo is really clean and a nice space.

Fantastic experience: Check in was fantastic, very easy to communicate with. House was great with the exception of one refrigerator that didn't get cold (I did not reach out to company but I'm sure they would have fixed it had i). Location was great with easy access to many things (shops, restaurants, and beach). Loved our stay!

Negative experience: Do not book with this company they really screwed up our trip of 32. I saw all the email that the group leader sent and it was very specific we needed eight villas but when we arrive we only had 6 villas and received no help from golf trek so guys had to sleep on the floor. The worst vacation ever. We did try and contact but still no help.

Fantastic experience: Coconut Grove was a great place to stay, across the street from the ocean, easy access to beach. The condo was very roomy and very nice, would recommend this condo, we had a great time

Fantastic experience: Our time at Sea Trails was fabulous. Every aspect of this stay was easy. The staff answered every question quickly and they communicated with us about expectations. They were very informative about what our family might enjoy while staying in the Brunswick Isle area. We would definitely stay here again, as the accommodations were wonderful.

Fantastic experience: Accomodations were first class!! Perfect layout for 6 people. Nice little patio area to relax in the evening. Only issue we had was a washing machine that leaked but the maintenance team responded immediately and took care of everything. Lots of construction going on around the courses but we still enjoyed each round. It's very apparent that some serious investments are being made at Sea Trails and when it's fully done it'll be top notch. Our group will happily return!

Fantastic experience: The unit was fairly clean. Master bathroom shower drain was covered in hair. No soap available. Also, for golfers the TV does not carry the golf channel. Otherwise we had a pleasant stay. Great location.

Fantastic experience: Everything went perfect for our entire trip. Our Condo was nice and roomy. It was ethically supplied. Every golf course we played was absolutely stellar. 36 holes a day six days in a row tested us physically but we loved everything.

Fantastic experience: Great place, large enough for 14 guys. We had a great trip and it’s 10 min walking distance to the beach and the bars!! We had 3 vehicles that fit in the driveway although it does fit 6. All rooms have balconies. The house is very clean. It is 30 min from the airport. All and all great experience All the courses we played were great and Adam our travel agent was fabulous.

Fantastic experience: Easy to make reservations easy check-in and check-out. The unit was clean beautifully decorated and well stocked with all the items you would need away from home. This facility has an elevator, the amenities such as pool, gym, hot tub were close by and excellent. Just a great place and good golf all around the area and the price was excellent.

Positive experience: Myrtle Beach villas II has a great location with restaurants, stores and beach within a short walk. It had all the basics for our group of 7. Pros: Large table for group to play cards etc. Large TV, Televisions in all rooms, ample parking. Cons: A little dated, double pane windows would reduce street noise, only one hot tub of two working at any given time. Pay attention to the info on what the home provides and bring extra garbage bags, bar soap, toilet paper etc if you plan on staying more than a few days. Golf course advice was spot on. Great response time for room issues and golf questions. All in our group were happy with Choice to book here.

Fantastic experience: This place was absolutely wonderful!! The view from our room was amazing!! There was more then plenty of space!! We were able to sit and have breakfast together and sit and have some fun at the table were everyone was able to sit and be comfortable! There was easy access to the beach and when and if i needed someone then they were right there! The instructions for the room was easy and doable! When we plan to come back we will definitely we getting the same room!

Fantastic experience: Large, comfortable, clean Villa. Convenient to everything! (Washer and dryer could be upgraded.) Kids loved the lazy river and hot tubs. Easy walk to beach. (Pool area could be cleaner, but I dont believe that is this Villa owner's responsibility.) Had a great time! Will definitely be returning to 304A!

Fantastic experience: We had a great time with plenty of room for 15 people. 1 block from the beach making it very close to the water, as well as, very close to supermarkets Anytime we sent a text for issues they responded prompt and with excellent follow up. Will rent again!

Great pool, hot tub, and a short walk to the ocean. Highly recommend this rental. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is beautiful, clean, and spacious. It has a lot of the little touches that make things more homey like several night lights, plenty of dishes and silverware, and nice decor. We like how it is divided into two separate suites so our son had his own space. Would definitely stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Positive experience: Very nice location. The views from the balcony are absolutely awesome. Just a few cosmetics that need done with the unit. The one bathroom leaks and the trim in the back is all molded from the leakage. Absolutely awesome to have 2 full size refrigerators but the one has a broken door that prevented the refrigerator to keep cool. All in all the condo was great for our family to enjoy the beach for a week.

Fantastic experience: Beautifully updated bathrooms, kitchen, decor. Beige hall carpet can use a good cleaning which says more about previous guests to me. We really enjoyed our stay, but very disappointed the tiki bar not open the entire week. And the broken air conditioning in House’s made us go elsewhere for food. C’mon Sea Trail, you need to do better.

Fantastic experience: Not sure this is the right review. We stayed at Cherry Grove Villas and it was wonderful. Pool, elevator, balconies, space, amenities were all great. They do NOT have a recycling program. No containers on site at all! BOO!!

Positive experience: We stayed at this resort for three days. It was great the first night I had a lot of fun then which was on Saturday night there was a live band at the activity center. Very very good very good. The only issue I had with the place is the hot tub. It was hot but it didn’t like water like a hot tub but I think you’re doing renovations

Fantastic experience: Bermuda Breeze D was the perfect vacation rental for a large family. It was a half block walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. The large capacity washer and dryer was a plus. It was clean and had plenty of room to spread out. The shallow pool was perfect to cool off in. Definitely would come back.

Fantastic experience: We loved this condo! It's very convenient to both Sunset Beach and Ocean Isle. The mini-suite was nicely set up, and the screened porch has a serene view. Overall, would definitely book again!

Positive experience: Definitely 4.5 star stay couple things though: they said they provided towels at the pool but I did not see any and none of the guest using the pool had them either. The tiki bar was closed so if you wanted a drink(because no drinks were allowed in the pool area) you had to put clothes on to go into the restaurant area. The kitchen in our villa had no dish soap or scrubber to wash small items. And only one trash bag was provided for our 6 guests and 3 day stay.

Fantastic experience: We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything regarding the rental process from start to finish was very easy. Our unit was large,and while the furnishings are not brand new,they are very substantial and more than sufficient for a week's stay. The area is not crowded and we were able to go where we wanted with a reasonable drive. The on site management was exceptional.

Positive experience: I enjoyed my stay and the spacious condo. It was clean and as described in rents info. My only recommendation is to upgrade the mattresses in large bedroom. They worn completely out.

Fantastic experience: Family reunion with 18 people…. The Bermuda Breeze 2 space was awesome. We had plenty of room and were 1 block from beach and grocery store. The home was clean and the pool table provided hours of entertainment! Rooms were clean and beautifully decorated and kitchen had everything we needed. Awesome space!!! Guys went golfing and had a good time too.

Fantastic experience: Great location just off Ocean Blvd with a vey short walk to the beach. The house was spacious and clean. Loved that all the bedrooms were upstairs, which allowed for a quiet place to retreat when the house was full. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would stay here again.

Fantastic experience: The condo was awesome. The disappointing thing was the fact there was one roll of toilet paper. There were no amenities whatsoever as shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sugar, cream, etc. Normally a condo rental will supply a few days of that.
