Negative experience: I'm not one to write reviews, but when things are done poorly and it affects the customer, it needs to be said. Today I went to their office and left completely dissatisfied with their work and annoyed for having traveled from so far in vain; people’s time is not to be played with. I went to update a humanitarian parole case and through WhatsApp I made the appointment twice and asked in detail what I needed to bring. It turned out that when I arrived today, the most important document was missing, which I hadn't been informed about. When I showed the chats, they simply excused themselves by saying they could help me obtain that missing document for an extra cost of $50, when I could get the document for free from my home, even though I live far away. I understand that they have their way of working, but what is not understandable is the poor guidance and the shoddy work they do, and to top it off, they want to take advantage of that by offering you help with an extra cost that is certainly not just a few dollars. I'm sure I won't return or recommend anyone, so they don't go through the discomfort I went through or waste their time. I hope my experience serves those who read this because they give you information, and then even with proof, they distance themselves and want to charge more to tell you that they helped you. I was looking for the best in immigration processes by recommendation and found the worst.

I submitted my asylum closure request with them, made my appointment, and they told me the price was $100. When I arrived at the office, they told me that if I sent it by mail, the price was $100, but if I did it online, it was $150, and that in a month, my asylum case would be ready, as they guaranteed me. Well, like every Cuban who has been away from their family for more than two years, I chose the $150 option in hopes that the process would be faster. More than 3 months have passed, and my case is still pending. Friends of mine did it by mail after I did, and their cases are already closed. So I wonder why they lie to people this way, and in fact, the price is higher and the process is much faster by mail. The truth is, I am very disappointed because they didn't communicate or explain anything to me; they assured me of something just to charge more. In my opinion, I do not recommend this office to anyone.
