Negative experience: Don’t do business with agents at this location. Veronica Flores is a deceptive insurance agent who quoted me a different price, but upon checking my credit card, she charged me $1800 more than I was offered. I tried to reach out to her and her manager via phone and email but no response, it seems like the entire team is collaborating and stealing customers' money.

Fantastic experience: Very busy office, but you will be in and out fast.

Negative experience: Customer service is adequate. They defaced my LEGAL document before notarizing it, which the courts would not accept…costing me $40 ($10 NON-REFUNDABLE notary + $10 courthouse parking wasted that day + additional $10 to do notary AGAIN and $10 parking AGAIN at courthouse ) will NOT be using this location EVER AGAIN!

Negative experience: It wasn't time to close yet, there were 8 minutes spare before they close and there was nobody waiting in the lobby, they didn't care, they didn't want to help me. I always get such terrible service in this office.

Negative experience: Plan ahead. 35 mins is not enough time to take a passport pic. After waiting 25 mins and advising the receptionist Michelle. I was “next” but eventually left empty handed. Security was real nice but the service behind the counter is very poor.

Negative experience: They lie to you about adding vehicles and people on your policy. I called a branch, and a lady said that the car will be added as of five minutes, five days later it was not added. Had to go through many different people to find out why they would not add a car on my policy that was already on the policy. They even canceled my policy without letting me know due to a suspended license of another person on my policy..

Negative experience: DMV Staff is not trained and they don't have knowledge about how to handle state transfer. With same documents, I was able to get my registration done at Long Beach AAA office while at Inglewood they denied the registration. Even, I spoke to the supervisor at Inglewood Century office but She seemed to have no clue and did not provide any assistance. Don't recommend to use DMV services at this location.

The representative who helped us, Tony Brooks was the best, really knowledgeable, detailed, patient with all our questions and very professional. I highly recommend him. Definitely a really good experience here!

Fantastic experience: I didn't know I could renew my DMV registration here until a friend told me. I brought my paperwork and had my AAA insurance card. They helped me within 15 minutes. I got my car sticker for 2023 the same day! Highly recommended if you're a AAA member. If not, join them! I was also able to renew my grandma's registration without her being there (she's also a AAA member).

Negative experience: Dont waste your time here i waited two hours they call you out of order fyi it was not busy and the lady whos pic i attached below is careless and rude! I was only there to ask for disney tickets prices for my toddlers bday and she tried selling me expensive ones and she seemed like i had no options and no interest in assisting me with options. I asked for her name and she told me “its right by my picture, make sure you spell it right” i responded nothing but just the way she thinks she has the audacity to speak to customers like that is wrong and she should be retrained or fired if shes so careless bc aaa membership isnt free someone should tell her somerthing! ive been a loyal customer and it seems only “colored” customers were getting serviced right they only have one person that could translate to spanish

Negative experience: Giving the website 1 star rating, only because the office hours + non office hours + customer service line is not visible on the website all at once.

Positive experience: In and out within 10 mins. Heads up, no debit card transactions. Idk why. however, there's a bank next door or a chase bank across the plaza. Other than that , the women inside were helpful

Negative experience: What is wrong with AAA? When you call a branch and they don't answer, they transfer you to another office. Customers are not aware of that. Smh makes no sense you think your talking to one branch and it's at a different branch. Very disorganized customer service. They should say what branch they are when they answer the phone.

Being a AAA member I was able to handle DMV issues such as title change a pay for me sisters tags because she was a member. Good job AAA. I recommend this AAA.

Negative experience: The slim woman who came to greet the members outside was very friendly. I got there at 4:30pm. Once inside I was told that DEBORAH BENJAMIN was going to assist me. Well she played with handicap plaques a good 10 minutes before coming to her desk only to not speak! Then she told me I under paid at the other office and I owed $30 for CHP FEES! I asked for my paperwork back because I refused to give her $30 to get her nails done! She really didn't explain why I needed to pay $30.Went back to the other office and was greeted and given tags immediately in less than five minutes. If you encounter DEBORAH BENJAMIN GOOD LUCK SHE IS HORRIBLE!

They have a text-based wait list so I didn't have to physically wait in line. The only think I dont like is that they don't take cards but they were able to tell me where my local bank branch was.
