Fantastic experience: I visited Ridley and there were memorials for the independence activists Jeong Myung-woon and Jeon In-hwan. It made my heart warm again to see that there are such memorials for these independence activists even in the American West. I am grateful for the explanation provided by the guide Brian, as it added greater emotion and made me recall the situation from back then. It was a meeting with independence activists in an unexpected place. I hope it is well preserved and honored.

Fantastic experience: I just finished a tour of the top 5 national parks in the U.S. and I am breathlessly posting this review. What I felt throughout the trip was that everything went smoothly without any hiccups, as if the gears were perfectly aligned. I've done a lot of free travel, but this is a package tour!! For a while, I'll say goodbye to the free travel that requires constant thinking and can sometimes become hollow. The reason I came to this conclusion is that I was lucky to meet Guide Seo Hee-taek during this trip, who shattered my prejudice against package tours. In a word, it was perfect. From the start of the trip until the very end, and even beyond with the follow-up itineraries, the kindness and attentiveness to monitor everything was impressive. Without even unpacking my luggage, I'm sitting here posting this praise. If the opportunity arises to travel with Blue Travel Agency again, I hope to meet Guide Seo Hee-taek once more. Fantastic experience: Despite my vague worries about safety, my parents wanted to go, so I sent them on a 4-night, 5-day trip to central Mexico. From the day they arrived, they kept saying how lucky they were to have gone... they were amazed by how beautiful it was. They've traveled to many countries around the world, but they said it was one of their best trips. All transportation was prearranged well, and the hotels were extraordinary. Also, they provided us with the best meals from Croatia daily. (Incredible experience with Mediterranean cuisine)The PRT tour arranged everything smoothly, and we had nothing to worry about. Our local tour guide Simon Lee (이승호 가이드님) and lead guide Eric Nam (에릭 남 부장님) were both tremendously knowledgeable and helpful throughout the tour. Overall 10/10 experience and would highly recommend booking with 김소민 차장님 from the PRT LA office. You won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: In September, eight family members scattered across Korea, the United States, and Argentina traveled together on a 4-day, 3-night Western trip through Blue Tour. This was my second trip to the West, and this tour left a stronger impression on me than the previous one, prompting me to write my first review. ^^ We started at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas with a reproduction of 'St. Mark's Square,' inspired by the theme 'Rainy Afternoon at 5 PM,' and moved on to the Bellagio Hotel with its fountain show and its garden decorated with beautiful fresh flowers. While watching the Awakening Show at the Wynn Hotel, I was more interested because the costume designer was Korean. The Fly Over experience left the most lasting impression; flying over the sights of the American West, the beauty of nature before my eyes overwhelmed me to the point of tears. Haha. The view of the Las Vegas skyline from the Top of the World, the highest observation deck in the world, was also a unique sight. On the second day, we had dried pollack soup for breakfast at the Korean restaurant where we had dinner the night before... After arriving at Zion Canyon, we passed through a tunnel with five windows and saw Bryce Canyon, then went to the 'Horseshoe Bend' which means shaped like a horseshoe; I remembered the guide's explanation about how the river met such a big rock and formed this shape. ^^ We drove through what is said to be the most beautiful scenic highway in the United States, Red Canyon. On the third day, we trekked to the truly mysterious Antelope Canyon, a place sought out by photographers from all over the world, where our family was able to capture our life shots. ^^ After passing through the wide, marble-like Marble Canyon, we arrived at the Grand Canyon, which, as expected, is the highlight of the West, humbling our hearts once again in front of such great nature. I also recommend the option to see the Grand Canyon in more detail and up close by small aircraft. Writing this review from memory, I feel that the saying 'you see what you know' rings true, thanks to the explanations from guide Im Han-bong, everything became clearer in my mind. ^^* I also appreciate the great music that made our journey an emotional experience. It was a pleasure to have my first trip with my scattered family, but I am grateful for the witty humor, history, immigration stories, and attentive care provided by guide Im Han-bong, which made for a more enriching and enjoyable memory. If I travel again, I would definitely choose Blue Tour without hesitation. ^.^ Im Han-bong, always be healthy and happy. ^^

Fantastic experience: I traveled through the western United States to the 7th Grand Canyon. Unlike the group that started on the same bus, I had additional plans and stayed longer. Since it was not the original guide, I was a bit worried, but that worry was short-lived as my new guide, Robert Choi, was very kind and considerate, for which I am very grateful. He assured me not to worry about the mistakes made by the Korean online tour and took care of them immediately. He took us to the location in the morning and even came to pick us up earlier than scheduled in the afternoon. He also took us to a local Korean restaurant for dinner and safely dropped us off at the airport. Throughout the morning travel, he answered all my questions and provided many tips, so I had no time to be bored during the transit. His soft and calm voice made it easy to get immersed in the conversation. I've had good luck with guides during several tours, and I am thankful that I could continue that luck this time as well.

Fantastic experience: The LA day tour with guide Grace Lee was an excellent choice. Since it was a tour with kids, I wanted to have a comfortable yet fulfilling trip. Luckily, they provided hotel pick-up and drop-off, and they planned the itinerary to avoid the busiest times, allowing us to enjoy everything as leisurely as possible. Thanks to the guide's lucky charm, we had a delicious lunch at a Brazilian steakhouse that usually has long waiting lines without any wait at all, and we could comfortably hike up to the very popular Griffith Observatory without the usual struggle. I usually don't do group tours, but since the kids are young and traveling and booking individually didn't seem easy, I looked into Blue Tour on the recommendation of a friend living in the U.S. The staff who assisted me via KakaoTalk were friendly, and above all, I am really thankful for our guide Choi Won-hee. Fantastic experience: I started my 33-day trip to the United States with my family from the West. Considering it was a long journey, I thought I would easily get tired starting with a free trip, so I applied for a package tour, signing up for '7 Major Canyons and 7 Major Dishes' with Online Tour. However, it did not recruit enough participants, so it proceeded as a combined tour with '4 Major Canyons and 4 Major Dishes' without any price change. Although Online Tour claimed to have obtained prior consent, I have no memory of the detailed explanation, and it started off on the wrong foot, leading me to regret my choice of package as the LA tour began. Since it was a combined tour, it was conducted by Green Tour in the western United States. The first day was a Universal option tour, but the time to explore Universal was short, so my family decided not to participate and spent free time at the shopping center. We didn't find it boring and leisurely shopped while reminiscing by eating poke with the same taste we had in Hawaii. The 7-day journey that began the next day was, in hindsight, like a dream. Although I was regretting the package tour, the guidance of Mr. Im Han-bong from Green Tour eased my slightly strained feelings towards Online Tour. Despite the long travel time, the various stories made it interesting, not boring, and quite fun. Sometimes, his jokes, despite his appearance, made me laugh. His effort felt professional as he guided us without resting and carefully took care of us throughout the trip. He explained everything as if he was speaking to young children, even informing us of the less crowded restrooms. After our family parted ways with the group during the last course of the package, he called a Korean taxi for us without us even asking, which allowed us to move quickly and comfortably. I'm grateful that all 48 members traveling with us arrived on time without any delays and gathered together, allowing for a pleasant trip without anyone complaining. Although it was a pity not to visit all 7 major canyons, I was glad to be able to visit nearly all the landmarks across 3 states. The itinerary seemed well-balanced. Sometimes we explored quickly, and other times, we could leisurely stroll around freely, which was satisfying. As someone who has been busy as a wife, mother, and member of society, I hadn't been able to reflect on myself, but this was a precious time I could face myself away from daily life. I could feel the greatness and beauty of nature once again in this vast place. I believe I can spend the remaining free travel days well with the small knowledge and tips from Mr. Im Han-bong. Thank you once again for safely guiding multiple travelers.

Fantastic experience: This was my first trip to the US, and driving for long hours can be exhausting and risky, so I signed up for a tour. It was a West Coast + 4 Grand Canyon tour. Our guide was Eric, who spoke well and was really fun. I don't know if all tours or packages are like this, but before going to each place, he explained the background and context, which made each location more meaningful and enjoyable. I appreciated that Eric put in a lot of effort and shared a lot of information, which made the experience better. If it had been a personal trip, I would have never known about some of the places we visited, which made it even more significant. One of the places was the Ridley Korean Immigration History Museum in California, and I was genuinely amazed that independence movements took place in such locations long ago. Anyway, I had an incredibly enjoyable and comfortable trip. The photos are from the places we visited during the tour.

Fantastic experience: At first, I was really hesitant about whether to book the package or not and compared other tours, but I chose the Blue Tour's VIP tour of the American West. On the first day, we did the LA city tour with guide Grace. There were some difficult parts, but I really appreciate how well she resolved them! I definitely want to try Grace's tour in the future too! From the second day to the last day, we were with guide Cha Sang-ho. He explained everything really well and played great songs every time we saw a beautiful view! His photography skills were on a professional level and I thought he was really knowledgeable, a true brainy guy! Thanks to our guide, the Horseshoe Bend was truly impressive! Fantastic experience: I have dreamed of traveling to the western United States for a long time, but I only got to do it after retirement. I started my journey from the east and traveled freely, but I didn't have the courage to explore the west, so I went with Pureun Tour. Fantastic experience: I decided on the 4 National Parks package as a gift for my parents' 70th birthday and contacted many travel agencies, but the reason I chose Blue Tour was simply because of Ms. Seo Eun-jung's kind and warm customer service. Ms. Seo took care of every detail of the itinerary from start to finish. Moreover, she remembered to call me on the promised date about other tour inquiries too. Having lived in the USA for over 30 years, I have never encountered a customer service representative as dedicated to answering all questions as Ms. Seo was. It was truly moving... and she had a lovely voice too. Until the day before making a reservation, I spoke with other agencies, but they were neither as friendly nor trustworthy as Ms. Seo, so I ultimately decided on Blue Tour. Oh, and it was unique to have an itinerary that included a visit to Griffith Observatory on the return day, which I appreciated. It was less expensive than other agencies but offered a more packed schedule... Perhaps everything went so well from the beginning because of this? Mr. Lee Jun, who took care of my parents for four days, received constant praise from them. He is an experienced guide. So humble and witty, they said the long time spent in the vehicle passed very quickly. Above all, they were impressed by how he always stood and looked at the customers while explaining the sights. Mr. Lee conveyed difficult history and stories in an engaging way and was very knowledgeable. He also paid great attention to the guests' meals.
