Negative experience: There was some updating going on...however, their "hot breakfast" was cereal, bread products, yogurt, cartons of milk, oatmeal packets....waffle machine turned off, no eggs of any type, etc. Thank goodness they had picante sauce packets! Ha!!

Negative experience: Walked in the lobby and it was all paper and taped up for renovation. Would have been nice to know when I booked the room. At least an offer of a discount because of it would have been nice. No hot breakfast available due to an inspection so the kitchen was closed. Still no discount offered. Room was nice and clean.

Negative experience: Hotel is in a bad area, homeless frequent the area so there were concerns our work trucks would be broken into. The front desk had the audacity to call me at 9pm when I was in bed trying to sleep to ask about the baggage carts, then called me twice the next day within 60 seconds of the first call - again to ask about the baggage cart. They could've removed it from my room when they cleaned my room that day but chose to call me during work. Cleaning people also messed with my air conditioner and turned it off, so it was hot when I got back to my room after work. The microwave wasn't plugged in, and part of the dresser below the TV was missing an entire door. Saw a roach in the room, too. Was told by my coworker that someone walked into his room WITHOUT KNOCKING and he about pulled a pew pew on the possible intruder. Someone also walked into my room without knocking, so im absolutely pissed at that. I could've been butt naked when they walked in. Huge invasion of privacy. Please do NOT come here. Would not visit again.

Positive experience: Hotel was a bit iffy. Parts of it looked like a war zone while others just need basic maintenance and cleaning. Room had two giant flies and some ladybugs in it when I arrived, the bedcovers were ripped and worn, and Fitness center was somewhat of a joke.

Positive experience: Here, you get what you pay for I guess. I had a room that the door didn't lock. Had to put the recliner behind the door. Were told I would get a discount and never did. There were no other disabled rooms available.

Positive experience: Motel appearance was nice could tell remolding in process lobby was clean and nice room was real nice and clean along with the bathroom the only two complaints would be had no remote which was taken care of quickly the only real oddity was the sofa location stuck in a cubby hole and you couldn't see the tv when sitting on it tv location might be moved over to the desk flip furniture

Negative experience: Dirty, loud (why put a guest in a room beneath where the roof is being repaired?) Broken fixtures. Stained walls. Carpet felt dirty...wear slippers.

Negative experience: The staff wouldn't let me check in for a reservation made using rewards points, meaning I had to go find another hotel at midnight instead of offering any help of straightening the problem out. Learned my lesson about ever staying at this comfort suites, terrible

Fantastic experience: Staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was extremely clean and comfortable. The room was large enough for our little one to run around and play without being in the way. No traffic or airport noise but close to the main highway. Easy to get to the Children's hospital and only a short drive away. About 10 minutes from outdoor shopping mall, multiple eating venues, and entertainment. Great place to stay.

Negative experience: I booked an award stay and was going to arrive late. I received a call from the desk at about 10pm asking if we were going to make it from a girl that made it sound like we weren't wanted. When I arrived at 11:30pm and walked in. The lobby was dark and almost scary. It had a bad smell. I voiced my concern to the desk and they didn't really seem to care. The room was nice, but do not book this hotel based on the pictures. The pictures of the outside of the hotel are not of this hotel; however, the pictures of the rooms, pool, breakfast area, and business center were of this place. The day crew seemed to be a bit more helpful. The pool doesn't open until 10am and check out is at 11am, but my wife asked the desk for a late check out and they gave us until 12pm. I found out alot of homes lost power in Omaha on 03Aug2024, so the hotel was very busy. Still not a great experience. I don't think I will stay here again. I suggest they at least post correct pictures of the outside of the hotel. The rooms are very nice and comfy, but the a/c heat units are severely outdated.

Fantastic experience: Comfort Inn/Suites on Bedford in Omaha was very nice. Room was very comfortable. Hotel was clean, quiet and I felt very safe during my stay. Breakfast, especially the great coffee, was nice to wake up to every morning. Staff all work very hard. They each make you feel comfortable, welcomed and are quick to get anything you may need. If I'm ever in Omaha again, I'll definitely stay here.

Negative experience: Staff was very kind and helpful. However, there was a musty smell throughout the hotel, and when we checked-in, we found mold growing in one of the drawers in our room. The staff gave us a different room. Being late at night, we went ahead and took the different room and it seemed better. However, the floors in both rooms were damp to the touch and there was still that musty smell. The pool smelled so strongly of chlorine that it I couldn't handle being in there. I strongly encourage management to look into mold remediation.

Fantastic experience: Room with Jacuzzi was more than expected. Only thing that could have been better was the "electric fireplace" that didn't light up. Didn't need it for heat, and everything else was terrific.

Negative experience: This was the worse experience I had with a hotel. I came in with my family from a long drive and was extremely tired so reserved two rooms with two king size beds. I stay at this hotel before but it’s been since 2019 so I was pretty comfortable staying here. When I checked in the lady at the desk asked me for my credit card and told me that she was going to charge me $100 deposit for each room. I told her I have never paid a deposit to stay at this hotel before what has changed? She couldn’t answer my question so I paid the deposit anyway she charged my card twice and gave me my key cards. The kids and went up to the room. I wasn’t able to get a room on the same floor as the kids so I took my teenagers to their room first. We enter the room and the first thing we smelt was stench of funkiness. The room was cold, so my niece friend went to the heat and air conditioning unit and tried to turn the air down when she did that it starts smoking and the smoke detector came on. I immediately notified the front desk and had her come to the room because after the heating and air conditioner unit started to smoke there was a bad smell in the room. I asked her did she have another room she told me no so I told her to run me my money. I need my refund immediately. I will be going to another hotel. She told me give me a moment and five minutes she found another and when we went to this other room it smelled like mildew. I have never been in a hotel that smelled this horrible!!! I asked the woman would you have your children stay here? She looked at me and said I don’t smell nothing and I don’t have kids. I looked at her and said exactly!!! Please give me my refund.. As I was checking out to get my refund, another customer came down and said that her roof was leaking and water was everywhere in her room. I didn’t even check the second room that was given to me. I was so disgusted. This hotel had so many code violations it should be shut down no one should be staying at this hotel.This hotel is the dump of Omaha, Nebraska plus this is a sketchy area to stay in. I can’t believe this part of Omaha became the hood. Also not safe area to stay in. Date of stay was 7/5/2024

Negative experience: In town for business and didn't have many options because of the world series going on. This hotel is a dump. Stayed in king suite with spa tub. Nothing about this room is spa like. Dirty, musty, smelling room. Fridge/freezer barely got cold. The TV did not work. The sink in the bathroom was very, very slow to drain. I killed multiple bugs during my one night stay. Curtains would not stay closed so I had to use hangers to keep together for privacy since I was on the 1st floor. I definitely feel there are better options.

Negative experience: If I could leave a negative review, I would. I stayed in this hotel with my family and it wasn't very cheap. We stayed the first night and immediately I had difficulty with my room there was old food in the sofa bed and the sheets were not changed in it. It was very concerning, however I got new sheets and we went with it. The room had a strong mildew smell to it and my family and I felt like crap the next day. Later that night we were watching TV, I notice cockroaches on the TV stand and behind the TV. I looked behind further and noticed mold around the dresser and fridge, given that we seen roaches and mold, we packed up and left. I called the manager the next day and asked for a refund. As I understand that we stayed there the first night, we didn't notice these strong issues until the second night and didn't even stay. She had no comment regarding the issues wirh the hotel and just focused on the fact she could not give me a refund.

Negative experience: The room had an unpleasant odor when I arrived. The microwave nearly caught fire. The telephone is not functioning. The bed sheets are seldom changed. The hot water in the sink is not working. The handle of the side door is broken. There was trash piled up next to the side door. The food was not satisfactory.

Negative experience: We stayed here last night got in late as it was, the check in was good however we got into our room and my husband opened the closet door and found a Bigggg black spider, he killed it so we started looking for other only to find roaches!! Omggg! Now we can't sleep at this point took everything back to our truck left all the lights on. Went to let the front desk know he gave me some bug spray. Ummmm, thanks for that. There was trash in the hall way. No thank you we will not be staying here again. Can only imagine if there are roaches in the breakfast room or where they cook. Didn't enjoy our stay didn't get much sleep husband and I took turns sleeping to look out for bugs. I have pictures too! I give this place #0 stars!

Fantastic experience: Nice hotel. Friendly staff, but you need to better give them information and simple things to help people staying at the hotel. The lady working late afternoon and evening had problem finding a light bulb for the room. Also stain on the ceiling, a bug. Otherwise, a great stay. 2nd time staying here as some family have moved to West Omaha.

Fantastic experience: Super clean. Good affordable option. Pool was heated. No hot tub but you can get room with jacuzzi for super cheap price if you want. Breakfast was great. Hot and cold options. Good budget friendly option.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I so would give them negative stars. Nothing in our room worked. The phone was broken, and there was mold on our fridge in the freezer. Mold in the bathroom as well as dust in vents and filters. The pool was extremely cold and you had to go to the front desk for towels. We were on the top floor with 3 kids, and it could've been easier on the main floor. My husband saw a roach run across the counter during breakfast. The whole place smelt like weed and very potent ammonia. Will never visit the establishment again.

Positive experience: The front desk staff was kind. However, agoda was not transparent about the security deposit. I was charged 2 times what I booked for, I had to switch rooms. The housekeeping needs retrained. The rooms were not cleaned very well. I ended up wiping pizza handprints off walls and cleaning the air filters.

Negative experience: I'm just a Truck Driver from Michigan, I stay in Comfort Inn Hotels all across America every night. This makes me a Diamond Member for Choice Hotels. I got to Omaha NE about 20 minutes before the time to pick up my truck load. Usually it's not a problem to find parking space for the truck at Comfort Inn Hotels. I pull in off the highway and explained to the lady at the front desk that I'm running late to pick up my load and I just need to use their computer center to print out 2 sheets of paperwork for my load pick up. She said "NO, you don't have a reservation here". I explained that I am a Diamond Member with her Hotel and I would kindly PAY for this service to print out 2 sheets of paperwork or I can just email them to the Hotel. I really need this assistance I don't know the area and I'm from Michigan. (The lady was middle aged with a red dot in the middle of her forehead). I was astonished that she continued to refuse because every Hotel in America is usually very helpful to truck drivers because they are traveling through their area away from home. Some remote places in America, I have walked into random restaurants to get this done. I usually tip the person that helps and comes back when available to support and spend my money at that particular business. So I walked across the street to La Quinta Hotel within 5 minutes the young lady had me email the 2 documents to the Hotel and she printed them out. This young lady refused to accept my money to pay, she stated this is a free service there is no charge. We pay about $8,000 - $10,000 a year to stay at Comfort Inn Hotels and not even $500 per year at La Quinta Hotels, yet a La Quinta Hotel insisted on assisting me at NO cost at all. I was 15 minutes past closing time on picking up the truck load, so they refused to load me until 8 am the next morning. However I offered to tip the person extra pay if they stayed 20 minutes later after their shift was over to load my truck. 2 hours later I was done for the day. Dropped the load off and now was looking for a hotel to stay overnight at. GUESS WHAT HOTEL I DID NOT STAY AT: Comfort Inn - 10503 Bedford Ave Omaha Nebraska 68134 YEP YOU GUESSED IT RIGHT!!! Now I'm going to look into a La Quinta Hotels membership. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEWS ABOUT THIS HOTEL IS TRUE AND ACCURATE. Follow up: The point was I needed a hotel to stay in your area for the night. So yes, I would have been a guest later that evening, I was running late for the load pick up at that time. Besides I offered to pay you for the printing of 2 sheets of papers. I GUARANTEE YOU, IF I WAS FROM INDIA, YOU WOULD HAVE DONE THE PRINTING!!!

Positive experience: Liked having a sofa bed in addition to the queen beds. The only thing about the room I didn't like much was the shower. It was set to only get so warm, and it was barely warm enough for me. And the water pressure wasn't great. As far as breakfast, the food they did have was good, but we stayed 4 nights, and every morning was the same thing. It would be nice if they could have biscuits and gravy some mornings. Also, they weren't real good at replenishing the food and plates and utensils soon enough. The girl who checked us in when we first arrived, was really nice.

Positive experience: We originally had reservations at the La Quinta across the street, but that is a horrible hotel. The Comfort Suites we're luxury by comparison. They were able to provide us a clean, comfortable room last minute with no hassle.

Negative experience: This place is trash! Do not come here! Do not spend your money here at all!! High prices and hidden rates. Rooms are not cleaned at all. The Indian guy is very rude and unpleasant will not work with and very unprofessional he should be fired asap. He honestly needs to be sued for emotional and verbal abuse. Fantastic experience: I stayed at Comfort Suites for two weeks (extending my stay night after night) while I searched for somewhere to live after moving to Omaha to follow Gods calling of serving! Every time I had to go down to add another night, I was hesitant just because it was an extended stay hotel, but every single time they were beyond sympathetic and understanding, making me feel right at home in a place that was created for short term comfort! The cleanliness and hospitality was on point every day and left me wondering why this hotel was rated so lowly!?! The area it’s located in might be a little rough, but that should NOT deter or distract you from choosing to stay here! The staff was exceptional at their job, and make it their mission to keep joy and peace at the forefront of their mission! After moving here I got a job working at Embassy Suites in La Vista, and while the cosmetics might be differed from Comfort Suites, the kindness, determination, and care matches in every department!!! Definitely stay here for a cheaper nightly rate than most hotels in the entire city, and to know that you’re safe, welcomed, and wanting an amazing place to rest your head after a long day!!! Positive experience: The room was clean, but in partial repair with unpainted spackle in places . The breakfast area was well stocked and very clean. The staff were friendly. The pool and hot tub were closed and the sign said it was indefinite. There is no business center. ADA rooms only have one king bed and a pullout.

Negative experience: Booked room with points and showed up a little early. Was told to wait until 3:00 even though my room was ready. Wife just out of the hospital, so I needed to get in ASAP. Walked in at 3:00 and was told (even as a Diamond Member) I would have to pay cash to check in at 3:00. I asked to cancel my reservation so I could just go to the Choice Hotel I’d stayed at two nights prior. I ended up back at the other one and they let me in immediately seeing my need. This hotel charged me for the room anyway and then wouldn’t take my calls for a refund. Stay away. Customer service horrible. If they don’t care about their customers the rooms can’t be much better.

Negative experience: Honestly I knew for the price it was going to be low expectations. However... I should have made it lower. The location is sketchy. It right next to a rowdy bar and there are people just out side wondering around in the dark. The smell on the first floor is unmistakable that people are smoking inside non smoking rooms. The pool is tiny and freezing. There were so many people in there it was impossible to enjoy our whole trip. In our room multiple lights were either missing or did not work. The fridge didn't work. The bed was dusty. And if you do stay I recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets bc the pillows are tiny.

Negative experience: There was a rat in our room, no light switches, no lights, TV didn't work, no breakfast, only thing that this hotel has functional are their beds. Would not recommend.

Positive experience: Is it okay hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, the pool is lovely, but the rooms are okay. They're still putting in a lot of work to make those better. The rooms are clean but shampoo conditioner could use an upgrade. An extra blanket would be nice to have in the room as well.

Positive experience: The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. The only thing was mold. They need to clean their air conditioners the first room the air conditioners had mold on the vent that the air comes out of. The second room had mold on the curtains which needed a good wash. The curtains were also broken and hanging off. Details matter

Negative experience: If you leave anything they will steal it and lie and say they didn’t see anything. Said I couldn’t get a room after they HEARD that I had a snake which I didn’t. My snake died :(. They also have roaches saw some in the hallway and when I was getting breakfast.

Fantastic experience: I've stayed here a couple of times. The front desk people are always friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable. The carpets in the room are a bit worn and I bring slippers to wear in the room, but the rooms themselves feel clean. The provided breakfast is good and is one of the reasons I will likely stay here again.

Fantastic experience: I rated this 5 stars because of the stellar pricing and safe area. I also wasn't planning on writing a review, but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed for 6 days during the Christmas season, with complimentary breakfast. Breakfast gave you solid options. They had a wafflemaker that was always hot and ready to go, eggs and sausages, and other of the usual stuff. There was always water in the lobby. Clean. I'm nitpicky when it comes to cleanliness and I had zero issues except for the hair dryer filter, which was a bit dusty. Everything else, especially the bathroom, was really clean. The room was suprisingly spacious. We had a king-sized bed and there was a pull-out bed/couch. There was cable TV and the internet had pretty good speed (we were streaming Netflix on our devices without issue). One con is that there was no phone in the room, so you had to go to the lobby if you had anything to discuss, but service was always quick. What I did appreciate was that they can print stuff out for you if you need it. There was always parking available. Staff were very friendly and always had a smile on for guests. All in all, it was a great place to stay. There were two days when it was snowing heavily so we were in the hotel 24/7, and it was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves making a similar trip.

Negative experience: I am a Diamond member with choice and have been for many years. I have stayed in choice motels hundreds of times.. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is nasty, very dirty, and infested with cockroaches. They were crawling all over the floors, shower curtains, even coming in and out from under the carpets at the entry way of the room number 107, Babies and full grown. Pictures provided. I took pictures And videos of them , killed a few , and went to the front desk to express my concerns and to request a refund. Nothing was done in regards. The lady on duty had told me that she was aware of the issue and usually they put the choice members on the 3rd floor. I was given an email in regards to send pics to so I did, and I was told to call back the next day , so the exterminator can make the decision.. I never was able to get In touch with a manager after the first time in regards, and never got a response via email. I called choice motels and they credited me back for the stay and are in the process of investing the issue themselves. I also am making a report to the Nebraska Health and Human services investigations unit in regards. I would not recommend staying at this motel they did nothing to resolve the issue, my concerns ect. This place is Disgusting! The manager on duty completely disregarded the issue when brought to their attention. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to stay.

Aside from changing rooms due to the couple next to me fighting… to be moved to another room by another couple fighting.. the room was absolutely filthy and stank. Stains all over the floor, stains on the curtains, cracks all over the walls, etc. I’d literally sleep in my car before paying to stay here again. Do not recommend staying here at all.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Carpet,curtains and bathroom floor stained. Bathtub stopper broken. Paint peeling, carpet lifting by the bathroom threshold. However, the 2 roaches and flying bugs had us leave as soon as possible.

Positive experience: We were just in Omaha for a quick trip and booked a night here for the price point. I had low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised! Clean rooms that smelled nice, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to experience the pool. Only complaint was breakfast - all of the juice tasted watered down, smaller selection of foods compared to other hotels, syrup dispenser for waffles was broken, and overall the taste of food was just ok. Again, not bad for the price point!

Fantastic experience: Very convenient and reliable (though a bit dated) Comfort Suites in the Omaha suburbs. We use this property as a midway point stop over on our way to and from Colorado (live in Wisconsin). The property is clean and nice service, a great value for the reliably lower price.

Positive experience: As far as the room, is appeared clean. One of the bathroom lights was out, the TV didn't work. When they came to check it out, the staff person asked my husband to step out of the room that he paid for. Thought that was odd, never had that happen before. The TV ended up having to be replaced. And around 3am, there were people screaming obscenities in the hall way. I guess these were just inconveniences, but the staff did not seem very friendly. Could've just been an off day. I'd probably stay there again, price was decent.

Negative experience: In omaha for my mother's funeral, we requested to be able to have my sister stop so we could deal with funeral arrangements and if my nieces and nephew could swim while we did so. We were denied. Not only for swimming, but weren't even allowed to have them in our room and were told that we could visit in the lobby for 5-10 minutes. I understand you get what you pay for, as were the rooms. While going outside to get my 3,4 and 6 year old in the vehicle, my 4 year old son almost picked up a broken bubble. We intended on staying 3 more days but chose to leave and find a different accommodation. I try to stay pretty positive about conditions but this place needs work all the way around. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Negative experience: Overall, the hotel was fine, but just fine. It wasn't the most professional or well maintained, but the rooms were comfortable and my kids enjoyed the pool. For a young family who isn't going to spend much time at the hotel, this place is an acceptable low cost hotel. Don't count of breakfast. We went on a Friday morning and it was a fine experience. Saturday and Sunday it was crowded and most items were out of stock. The breakfast area doesn't have nearly enough seating, but there's a sign asking you not to take food to the rooms, which I could only laugh at. There was a strong odor, not bad just... Strong. When we got home after our stay, everything smelled like the hotel. Overall, we won't stay again but it wasn't awful.

Positive experience: The room was very clean! Very comfortable bed! The only thing that sucked was the room had a weird smell to it. Overall it was a very good stay.

Positive experience: The hotel was nice overall, better than I was expecting based on some of the reviews. The indoor pool and complementary breakfast were nice, and checking in and out went smoothly. The rooms were clean, no stains or anything but the carpet was slightly dirty. The fitness room was small but the treadmill works well. The main reasons I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 though are that the TV wasn’t working, and that the guest laundry was out of order. We were counting on doing our laundry and weren’t expecting to have to go pay at a laundromat. But overall, good experience! We would come back if we’re needing to stay in the area.

Negative experience: Rooms where dirty had dead bugs, cereal and stains on the floor, hair on the bathroom walls & dust everywhere. Said they would clean and they didn’t. They don’t return calls & the Manager is never available. Finally get to talk to the manager & she said it was resolved but didn’t tell me how it was resolved put me on hold for 20 minutes then had another person pick up and say she wasn’t available. Told me I should of checked out but they already charged my card & said I had to talk to a manager to get it refunded but the manager was out of the country and wasn’t available so would of been paying for two hotel rooms if I did. The Manager & staff just treat you like dirt. They wouldn’t even provide me a receipt at check out because I was suppose to get reimbursed but did not.

Positive experience: This is an ok hotel. Nothing fancy, but good enough. 2 nights in a double queen with a pull out couch for $200.

Positive experience: Room was ok. Clean, quiet. Bed was comfortable. Shower did not heat up very well at all, and neither did hot tub. Breakfast was meh. After a while, box scrambled eggs a sausages just don't do it. And eggs were a bit lifeless and warm at best. They also ran out of bread and muffins and never refilled while i was there. Also, lids didn't fit coffee cups, and when i told the front desk they just chuckled and said something under their breath i couldn't understand. Also gave us a weird look when we asked for a few extra towels. Would i stay here again, maybe yes, but just for the immediate sleep and nothing else.

Negative experience: Let me start by saying if i could give a zero star rating i would. The customer service was horrible. The first night we got there, our ac didn't work asked to be moved to another room and was told we had to suffer through the night and the next morning they would find us another room. We got moved to another room at 11 am the next morning, we asked the manager for a free night due to the inconvenience and was told "No, you should have moved last night if there was a problem with the room." Well as our stay progressed someone pooped in the pool, we seen roaches on the hallway wall, and when I went to tell the manager she said "O sorry" and left it at that. Everytime me or one of my kids went to the front desk they would be speaking English until asked for something and then they would look at each other and start speaking their language. The customer service was overall rude, the rooms were clean but not to the expectations of Choice Hotels, I've stayed at many in my line of work, and for there to be hardly any breakfast at 7:30-8am is crazy.

Negative experience: Currently staying here because I have no where else to stay right now I have this booked till Monday we arrived yesterday and after being moved 2 times we were finally put in a half decent room . But there are bugs and mildew .... the breakfast is pretty good just lack of options I wish they would discount my room or something at least this is kinda disappointing Can't wash laundry there machines are down .

Negative experience: This review is not about the property but about those running it. I booked a hotel room, that I no longer needed less than two hours later. I canceled and the choice to refund our money came down to the property. I was told to communicate with them via an e-mail, no response. I called and was told the manager does not keep regular hours but would get back to me when she is there. I never heard back.
I am sorry to hear the issue you claimed. Sounds like this review is for the third-party booking site you booked with because we do not have control of refunds unless the payment was made through us. Thanks for bringing this matter to our attention!
Fantastic experience: The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind, very respectful especially Geeta front desk manager. The room service was excellent, rooms were done daily. Breakfast was hot and good. They cleaned the corridors daily. The rooms are spacious. Any problem with the room was attended immediately. The hotel is excellent for the price you pay.

Negative experience: READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING - I did not and had a poor experience. I checked into my room and immediately took a nap being tired from traveling. After resting I took a shower. While showering I noticed hair pasted to the curtain and wall as well as a dirty hand print with dirt running down the shower wall. After showering I wiped the counter with a clean towel and found a concerning amount of NOT MY hair on the counter. The more I looked, the more hair I found, as though someone had given themselves a haircut prior to my arrival. The tissue box contaminated, hair stuck to the already visibly used shampoo bottle, hair stuck to the mirror, stuck to the info cards, and a considerable clump on the edge of the counter. (I wish I could attach photos.) I informed the front desk I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of my room and was told they could offer me $10-$15 off my stay which was frankly insulting. I told them that wasn't satisfactory and they blamed me for not telling them sooner so they could change my room. They told me a manager would call me and never did. Lesson here: thoroughly INSPECT your room the minute you enter or its your fault its not clean enough. After reading the reviews it appears that management will blame guests for the poor services they provide.

Positive experience: The staff was excellent at this hotel. Although the carpet was so filthy that my one year olds feet literally turned black on the bottom, but completely black. Overall the room other than the carpet was pretty clean. The bathtub didn’t have a stopper so I had to be with my kid in the shower and the walls had some damage, but it was nice for the most part. It would be nice if the sink had hot water when you turned towards the hot water it’s completely off. Breakfast here was excellent. It was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had in a while.

Negative experience: "COCKROACHES"!!!!!!!! Review pending change, pending reimbursement of our stay!!!! No manager on site until after check out..... Showed up, property was poorly maintained. Front desk lady was immediately rude. Room was not as described online. Pool was small, highly chlorinated, and extremely humid. Icemaker barely spit anything out and was located on 1st floor. Stains on the mattresses, holes in the walls. Miss matches paint patches everywhere. Nothing but a cloth shower curtain. Poor water pressure. Rude patrons. Woke up to use the restroom, roaches crawling across the bathroom floor. Was packing to leave and opened the guest book to find Roch feces and live bugs inside. Beds are terrible. Spring mattresses. Only nice thing was LA MESE Mexican restaurant 2 minutes from hotel. Also would suggest LA peep restaurant for breakfast
