Fantastic experience: We've been here several times for family vacation, and we love it! It's ideally located near the pier. The beach is beautiful and clean. The facilities are well maintained, and there's a very nice, big swimming pool.

Fantastic experience: My family and I stayed in 4A West August 6th-11th. This was a perfect family vacation for me, my husband and 3 children. The unit was clean, rooms were spacious and such a plus the rooms all had attached bathrooms. The view was amazing even from the 4th floor. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (pots, pans, plates, bowls, utensils.. etc) I placed multiple orders from Walmart for groceries and everything else that was needed, there were no issues at all with delivery. You will need to supply toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags and dish soap for dishwasher. We were only supplied with one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and 1 garbage bag. The beach chair service is wonderful, make sure you get out early to get your chairs! The beach is not crowded at all, you definitely have some space to yourself. The water is beautiful and the sand is soft and white! The pool area is very clean, we spent a lot of time there as well. The fitness center consists of 2 treadmills, exercise bike, elliptical and dumbbell weights. All equipment was in good condition and clean. Parking space was located right in the front of the parking garage making it very convenient. Carts are located on the ground floor to help with unpacking and getting belongings to the room. I highly recommend going to the pier, we went 3 out of the 5 days we were there. We saw dolphins, sea turtles, sting ray and jellyfish! Windjammers was ok, Andy D’s was a better choice (food, price, service and atmosphere). We have been to many beaches in Florida and this one is a stand out for sure! Side note… customer service was great. Our original booking had to be changed due to cancelled flights. The communication from Navarre Beach Vacations was top notch and they changed the dates of our stay without hesitation and matched the price as well.

Positive experience: The parking if terrible no place to park we have a raised roof van with a wheelchair lift . There were cars parked that would fit in the parking garage an they were not towed like the sign says . Had to unload my son an his dad took him to the room I sat in the van waiting for someone to leave for about a hour ..

Positive experience: Fun, family oriented condominium complex close to the pier and Navarre Beach restaurants and Bay access. Our Condo 17A/Penthouse 1A (West tower) was fabulous. If you do not mind a busy beach, this place is perfect. The sand is white and soft and the Ocean is extremely beautiful. The only negative thing I can say about the complex as a whole is the parking. The parking is very tight if you drive a large vehicle (ex. GMC Denali XL), and getting your luggage/groceries up to the room is pretty cumbersome. They do provide carts to help. If you choose this location for your next vacation spot...I recommend to you to start packing your car the day before you leave. Overall, I would give The Beach Colony a 4 out of 5 stars (the room was spectacular)...but the beach was too busy, in my opinion.

Fantastic experience: We stayed for spring break jn 2022 and 2023 and we love Beach Colony! Both rental units were from VRBO, and both were lovely. We love the proximity to the beach, the giant pool (although we wish it was heated since we were there in March), and the location.

Positive experience: Have enjoyed the Beach Colony for years, but as the room prices rise annually and the rooms are not as clean as the past we may look elsewhere in the future. Also, would've hoped the 'condo' beach would have Boombox restrictions.

Fantastic experience: We rented a three-bedroom three-bath condo here. It was perfect, included all things needed for a living in the condo including going to the beach. Definitely felt like home and can't wait to go back. The balcony had a great view of the ocean, we were on the 6th floor. Highly recommend.

Positive experience: Room had alot of stains on the floor that weren't there in the past. Down to 1 elevator and it didn't work consistently for first day and a half. My wife has a bad knee. Can't traverse 13 flights of stairs.

Positive experience: UNIT 6D EAST The grounds and beach are absolutely fabulous! Parking is easy (in October). Our unit was decorated nicely, but there was "cheap" all around! Cheap finishes like powder-coated bathroom fixtures and drains(?!?!) The paper towel in the unit was awful as well as the "dishwashing soap," detergent, soap, etc. The oven/ range want bolted in, the microwave and tvs were cheap. Won't stay in unit 6D east ever again! We have stayed at several condos through the years. This is probably the worst at $500/night for a 3 bedroom. The beds were comfortable. There were enough utensils. The refrigerator worked.

Negative experience: We rented Beach Colony West 5E. Views are awesome, nice pool and condo was clean; however, Condo had roaches and other critters that appeared to be termites. In all of my years going to FL, I have never experienced ongoing bug problem. Management was nice and offered to move us and we decided it was too much trouble and no guarantee the new unit would not have same issue. They did spray but only in 2 areas…continued to see live roaches and those other pesty critters…

Fantastic experience: Beautiful views, wonderful beach! Our condo could use some new flooring. Elevators were super slow and frequently broken. Overall great stay though!

Positive experience: I would have given more stars but they have construction going on in the room they charged us a thousand dollars for and the people working said they have had this scheduled for months. I would gladly take this down if they would credit us some money back for the inconvenience. My kids and I get woke up at the crack of dawn to drilling and hammers. Not to pleased.

Positive experience: Had a nice thansgiving at this condo building; rented from vrbo. It is well maintained, but is showing its age. The units (we only saw a couple of them) all seem to be cheap builder grade white appliances that are at the end of their useful life. This is certainly nice, but nothing luxurious. Pool looked nice and big. Good location - walkable to 3 restaurants and the pier.

Fantastic experience: This place has been amazing. Our second year staying here at this condo although we have been coming to Navarre Beach for about 20 years. It’s not Pensacola, there’s not a night life. It’s perfect for people who just want the beach when they come to the beach. For this particular condo, I absolutely love the pool for days when the ocean is just a little rough. for small kids.

Positive experience: We love the place we stay 16D and it was so beautiful from all views we saw ocean but at one time they put out order sign on the elevator but they didn't tape off or turn it off and we went to sit on the beach the young man said the chairs was $20.00 a piece to sit in the chairs and we got there the first day to our place there was man a realtor selling the place he said he had it until 5 pm but my husband told him our check in was at 4 pm and then we had to call the office and got her on the phone told us he had the place until 4 pm then he left had nice stay but had trouble

Positive experience: Another great year here at Navarre. However, it is getting really busy, not like how it used to be. I guess it's not a hidden gem anymore.

Positive experience: The elevators only work half of the time. The condo we stayed in was awesome and it is not their fault. We were thinking about this for next yr but the experience with the elevators may keep us. We are leaving tomorrow and don't want to carry our stuff down the stairs. There is 2 elevators and the one that was working is only working half the time. The other one has been out the whole week we've been here.

Negative experience: Great location with it being within walking distance to the pier. Room was a bit dated but overall it was decent. The balcony doors are very hard to open as others have stated. Lots of construction going on so there is a roll off dumpster out front, lots of noise, and construction crews around. Not sure why it’s being done during in season. The pool is monitored by Paul Blart so after being harassed we went to the pool next door since we had family staying over there.

Negative experience: Unit 2F stayed there week of 7/24/21-7/31/21 worst condo ever in 20+ years of going to beach. Absolutely would not let us check in one minute before 4 pm. Curtains pulled off of walls, patio door to balcony did not have handle and was very hard to open and close, patio furniture made of wicker was falling apart and held together by zip ties, multiple light fixtures has burnt out bulbs throughout the condo, in bedroom with 2 beds the headboard was not attached to bed frame , refrigerator was dirty, kitchen was not stocked with appropriate items, pots with missing lids, no cookie sheet, did not have complete set of glasses or dishes, one of the decorations on the wall was a cap from a water bottle (picture must have fallen and someone decided to put the cap on wall rather than pull nail out), a/c unit leaking in laundry room and had bucket collecting water, beds had sand in them, mold in tub and on patio. Chairs to dining room table had legs that were loose making it dangerous to sit in. Good thing the beds were comfortable. This unit needs an update and some TLC which would make the $3000 spent for the week worth it. We will not be renting from Vacasa again! There are other units in this building with much better accommodations that just weren’t available. Unit 2F in Beach Colony West is awful!

Fantastic experience: Right on the Gulf side & so beautiful. July 4th they provided a wonderful fireworks show. They have a large zero entry pool, in addition to the walkway to the beach. We return here every year for a week in the summer. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great condo. We stay at a lot of these places when we come down here during summer. This probably ranks one of the best if not the best one. This place is so nice inside and comes with tile it paper, soap, towels, beach toys/towels. Also, there is a gym and tennis courts which we loved. There is a pool and full beach access with complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. The water is super nice and the pool to. We stayed here for 4 days and could have stayed longer. The sheets were clean and you can clean them in the washer and dryers. Overall, very very great clean condo for the family and you!!!!!

Positive experience: We arrived with friends Sunday Oct 18th 2020. Staying in 7A in the East Side building. The condo is very nice for all but one thing. The main sliding door to the deck will not open. Seems the wheels need to be replaced and we spoke to the owner Bob and he said the parts were ordered but I'm sure they will not be replaced before we leave on Saturday the 24th. The only way to get onto the deck is to go through the bedroom of the other couples room and due to not wanting to disturb them or catch them in an embarrassing moment we have to wait until they are up and about. I'm a very early riser and enjoy having a cup of coffee early in the morning, but my wife and I have to wait to go out onto the deck whether it be early morning or late in the evening. You would think the owner would offer compensate for some fees for this inconvenience, but he didn't even offer we we've spoke to him. Before you book be sure the door has been fixed.
