Fantastic experience: Between walking in the door and getting waited on, was no longer than 15 minutes and we went on Thursday around 10:30

Fantastic experience: Very good service! Only went in to get my license photo done. The process was very smooth, and the staff was very friendly.

Fantastic experience: I've went here to get my background check done for work and it was pretty quick and easy. I was also there 2 weeks ago for my DL renewal. There were some printing communication issues with Pendot, but once the paperwork printed everything else went smoothly.

Negative experience: I have tried calling this company for two days and never received a response back. I was on hold for well over an hour with no response. The customer service is abysmal and it is absolutely unacceptable that people are so incompetent that they cannot even pick up the phone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent service in and out almost no waiting time except for the person who cut in line, but he was an older gentleman who didn’t know any better so wasn’t a big deal. Front desk lady super nice and friendly and being a Triple AAA member they said they valued me as a customer. Took my photo waited about 5 minutes and was given my new and old updated Drivers license! Way better than the DMV!!

Negative experience: The staff that work in the driver photo center on 06/03/2024 where moving so slow. The process they have in place is very inefficient. Then announce that they are going to take a break and it will be even longer. Everyone is legally entitled to a break but then have enough staff or post downtime hours like the do at CVS Pharmacy. I would like to say the rest of the staff at this site was buzzing around to make sure everyone was being taken care of and was moving people in and out as quickly as possible. They deserve a higher rating but unfortunately it was the bad experience is the one that stays with you.

Negative experience: I recently purchased auto insurance with AAA through Sean Hughes. He provided me the quotes. The price was affordable compared to the market so I went with AAA. He did not mention that I have to apply for a Smart App Mobile tracking on my phone in order to receive the discount and signed me up for it (No communication). Then I got charged for $173. I tried to call him, text him and emailed him but no response back. He said he would get back to me or look into it, but it has been 2 weeks now without response. I also bought the auto insurance for my dad. Originally, I provided him the wrong VIN number and when I told him to update the new VIN number, he did not communicate that there would be a price change to the policy. (Bad communication, again) I understand that people have different priority in life but if you are working in the customer service world, should not you be more responsive and communicate better to the customer?

Negative experience: Appointment for fingerprint was scheduled at 10:50 am. Didn’t get to see an agent until an hour later. They were taking multiple walk in and pushing the scheduled appointments behind. Very disappointed

Negative experience: I was just on hold for 25 minutes without anyone picking up . Trying to book travel. How does no one pick up a phone ? It is 9:45 am . Terrible service

Negative experience: The worst insurance agency inside the AAA he was not honest at all. He told you something after you pay your phones out you got screwed.

Fantastic experience: This place was excellent at 2:30pm on a Wednesday. I arrived with my camera card ready for my Driver's license to be renewed, but anxious because I had to rush out to grab my nephew from school in 15 minutes. There were 3 people in line when I walked in, 1st was being helped at the desk. Immediately 2 employees on the sides of the room offered to help the other 2 customers ahead of me, and a 3rd employee offered to help myself. In less than 2 minutes, she took my information, camera card, and sent me over to the PennDOT camera woman who promptly processed my info, took my picture, and printed my ID. Luckily, it was the perfect time to visit. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Everyone at this facility was great and I'll return here for anything not requiring a main DMV location.

Negative experience: I had been a Triple AAA member for a long time and since I moved I have decided to not continue my membership, sadly there customer service has suffered severely. Being transferred numerous times, then speaking to rude individuals who refuse to do their job and assist. Instead they rather tell you to just call another number which does not make you feel like a “member” or a paying customer at that.

Negative experience: Paid too much to renew my identity I.D.

Positive experience: Every time I go there they don't do what I need done

Negative experience: Horrible service. Made us wait hours for something that doesnt take that long anywhere else. After we were lied to and told the wait would only be a few minutes. Awful unfriendly people. I will cancel AAA ovwr this.

Negative experience: Was denied Photo License Service at 4:13 pm on a Saturday, with no existing customers present, because that specific employee decided she was done working for the day to the amaze of her other co-workers. Im a long time loyal and platinum customer of AAA, my business and family will be discontinuing all relationships after todays experience.

Negative experience: AAA used to be one of the best companies around and if you read the reviews it'll really shock you I am a customer now but I will be leaving once my insurance car insurance is up like I said it used to be the best around so shame

Fantastic experience: A great place to go get your driver's license, have your picture taken, and you don't have to wait 3 hours at the DMV. It was wonderful! I went in there for 10 minutes and it was done.

Negative experience: AAA has gone way down in service delivery. I waited 5hrs to get a battery jump on the worst rainy day of the year. The operator sent the driver to New Jersey instead of Cheltenham, PA (really don't understand why AAA doesn't have Google maps), and know the difference between PENNSYLVANIA and NEW JERSEY. Then to add insult to injury, I was placed on hold 5x for over 20mins!!! Outrageous unacceptable service.

Fantastic experience: Walked in to renew my vehicle registration. Representative was efficient and very nice. There was a charge of $17 in addition to the $44.00 charge by the DMV.

Thats down the street But if you need maps,make plans for a trip or get insurance or anything to do with the DMV or PennDot, get it done here. But before I go any farther, you should be a member. But if not there is a fee. Except for getting drivers license photo taken! THEY DON'T DO THE APPLICATION PROCESS FOR THE REAL ID HERE!!! But if you have the camera card with that, no problem! Positive experience: I have the membership but underutilized. Until one goes in person, forget all the possible services offered. I was a day late with renewing my license and had t paid the fee. I was able to get my driver's license completely renewed. I both paid for renewal on site, they generated the photo card which allowed me to also sit in the back area to take my new license picture- all in about and leave in under 25 mins. There was a fee, but discounted for members at $17. Definitely worth it for the convienance. Beats the long lines I've typically experienced at the DMV. Only times had quick DMV experiences is dependent on location, arrival time and day of the week- with camera card in hand. Either have to be there when opens and less than 5 person in line or go randomly in the middle of the week at specific locations mid morning ,after having paid the fee on time, so I have my camera card only to take new picture.

Negative experience: There is no signage saying that this is IDENTIGO inside the triple A building. Got lost for 20 minutes with no clue as to the store being located inside another. Identigo @ 9475 Roosevelt Blvd is INSIDE the Triple A building. Good luck

Negative experience: I don't recommend this place for fingerprints. The lady refused to read the name on the foreign passport which is stated in ENGLISH! To bring a foreign passport is the official option provided by Identogo. But looks like she knows best!

Negative experience: My experience there was terrible. Donna in the center of the floor was especially rude when it came to simple questions. I would not go back nor recommend anyone to go to that AAA Travel/ penndot center.

Negative experience: Came for a scheduled 1050 appointment for here at 1032, checked in the lady was kind, told me to have a seat, & wait to be called. No one ever called my name, people just started getting their prints done. Then I hear the agents talking LOUDLY about how this time or that time didn’t show up. When I CHECKED in. Then, another person who has an 11am appointment still managed to be called before me. I’m confused how the appointments are called. If they’re not according to the appointment times then why have appointments? This should’ve been a walk in. Now I am inconvenienced out of my day off while trying to get already paid prints done. SMH never again. Not the place for fingerprinting seems AAA, & Penndot are moving faster than this line has in the time I’ve been sitting here.

Negative experience: AAA is not what it used to be! They lost our car for almost 18 hours! Nothing about AAA is worth the trouble these days... my Grandparents are probably rolling in their graves at the state of things now... sad

Negative experience: If you're here for a car title, plate, registration transfer don't bother. They don't honor appointments and for some reason they take 1 - 1.5 hours per transaction. At the time of this review they had ONE person who could even do tags and title... I showed up on three separate days and was turned away even with a scheduled appointment. Just go down the street to Planet Auto Tags they'll get it done in 15 minutes.

She is responsible for the smile I'm wearing on my current license photo; she wouldn't let me mean mug it. Thanks for having such a positive attitude!

Fantastic experience: Service was great from start to finish. The ladies that assisted were pleasant and moved efficiently. Leticia was friendly and courteous to all taking photos for our licenses. Had to pay extra because I’m not a triple A member but it was much better than waiting in the lines at the DMV.

Positive experience: I would like to give the store 5 stars but in the area where you get your photo taken for your driver's license. The lady isn't very nice, doesn't communicate well, is a little rude, and is too busy speaking on her phone to give you clear directions.

Negative experience: Refuses to take cash payments or auto insurance when I've been paying that way for the last year. I don't have a credit or debit card all I've got is a savings account.
