Fantastic experience: From start to finish, we had an excellent experience planning our Destination Wedding of 250 guests in Cancun with the help of the team at VIP Vacations. I have to give a special shout out to Jen who worked with me consistently to land our dream resort, and then huge shout out to Justin who worked tirelessly as the go-to point contact for every single one of our guests in booking their rooms and more. Even when we hit a pretty huge bump, Jen and Justin advocated for us as a couple and made sure things were handled so that we got what we asked for. Our wedding weekend was perfect, and our guests were really so happy with the resort and everything offered. Thank you VIP!!!!!

Fantastic experience: We booked our two honeymoon trips with Megan D. and had the most seamless and amazing experience! Our first trip was an all inclusive resort in Jamaica - Megan made the process easy, quick, and worked with us within our budget to find a resort that matched the type of vacation we were looking for. Our second trip was a two week honeymoon through Greece and from our flights, other travel, to accommodations and excursions, Megan gave us her expertise and set us up with the trip of a lifetime! She worked with us to ensure we did everything we wanted, but also made the trip extremely organized and was highly responsive if we had questions or wanted to make changes. Overall, VIP and Megan ensured we had well organized, seamless, and extremely memorable trips, and she took so much of the planning burden off which was so valuable when we were also planning a wedding. I will not hesitate to book through VIP Vacations again in the future!

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of having Megan as our travel agent, who helped every step of the way in planning our first Disney family trip! Fantastic experience: We did a destination wedding in Cancun, Mexico and greatly appreciated all the help VIP provided. VIP helped take the coordination of all of our guests travel off of our plates. I am not sure if it was intentional but all of our guests regardless of type of suite booked for the most part were put nearby in the resort. This was extremely helpful. Upon arrival there were clear instructions how to find the travel company to easily be transported to the resort. VIP was always quick in their responses and a phone call away if we ever needed. All of our guests has positive experiences with VIP. In addition to the travel needs they also assisted with the wedding plans. We worked closely with Emily, who had actually gotten married at the same resort herself, to plan the details of the day. We found this very useful given we were not going to visit the resort prior to the wedding. She was very detailed and ensured we did not miss key items. She was patient with our decision making and changing of requests. We also found this to be helpful as she would share our requests with the resort and come back to us with confirmation etc. Additionally, VIP offered perks for using their services. We would highly recommend using VIP to help with the stress of planning a wedding!

Fantastic experience: I worked with Alison Dobrowolski at VIP Vacations and she made the entire process of a first time family trip to Ireland so easy and seamless! All the excursion tours, hotel in Dublin, transportation etc were handled with great detail and thought. The entire trip was perfect from start to finish with really great suggestions on the best excursions during our time there. Alison was in touch consistently during weeks of planning and getting all the behind the scenes details done quickly and with great insights on what was needed. Fantastic experience: Allison did a remarkably job arranging a trip to the Galápagos Islands for me and my 11 year old grandson. In addition to to the cruise that took us to 4 islands filled with the unique animals and flora, she also arranged for us to stay in the capital city of Quito exploring the indigenous culture and also the port city of Guayaquil where we stayed at a unique hacienda. The activities available were wonderful and exciting for my grandson. Not one complaint from him and he embraced everything available to him. We are so grateful for Allison’s creative arrangement putting this trip together for us. In my grandson’s words, it was the trip of a lifetime.

Fantastic experience: Megan Doncsecz is an amazing advisor! We knew when we were planning our Disney trip that we would need help navigating our travel arrangements, including the resort, the parks, lunch reservations, Genie +, etc. When you have a family, it's a lot to navigate! Megan helped us book our accommodations, our transportation to the airport, and all of our park reservations. She gave us a thorough explanation on using the Disney app and how to book restaurants for our time there, as well as gifting us two autograph books for the kids to get all of their character autographs. She is readily available by email, phone, or in person, checked in on us as the date approached, and followed up with us after the trip to make sure everything met our expectations. If you're even remotely considering going to Disney and don't know where to start, talk to Megan first!

Fantastic experience: Coming from someone who has been a travel agent for a corporate firm, I have somewhat "high" expectations that not many meet since I'm used to doing things myself. This company has EXCEEDED my expectations/assumptions of how using a travel agency would be. They have not only booked an amazing trip for what my partner & I were looking for but they went above and beyond!! Typically some agencies will provide good service up to the point of payment BUT they have been hands down the BEST agency that I have ever worked with from start to finish. They have provided exceptional customer service for us and have taken care of anything and everything that you could possibly think of throughout the entire process. I typically do not leave reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due. In my opinion, when you do not have to ask for things left and right it just is just completely already thought, always being a step ahead of you making the process effortless, is more than I could ever ask for. Pricing was ALSO exceptional! I don't think I have ever given a 5 star review, especially for this type of business. I will gladly rate "VIP Vacations" a 5 star business & I will happily use this company again for our next vacation. I will be telling all of my family/friends about them for their upcoming vacation plannings. There is no other way to go. If you are looking for a travel agency to truly take care of you or your family's needs/wants along with great pricing and phenomenal customer service making your part literally EFFORTLESS --- I highly recommend!! :D

Fantastic experience: My husband and I met our daughter, who was studying abroad in Italy this summer (June to be exact). Alison not only had to plan the details for the two of us but also had to coordinate plans when meeting up with my daughter. We had some hiccups, my daughter got her phone stolen, during our trip. Alison responded immediately with answers and or help in trying to find a solution. During the planning process, Alison was very attentive, easy to work with and responded to my questions and concerns, of which I had MANY!!! She always responded in a timely manner. And was so patient even when I made changes to hotels that she already had booked for me. The cities, time frame in each city and hotel choices were perfect (I’m a neat freak) and in great locations. It was so nice not to have to worry about any transportation as she took care of it all during our 11 days in Rome, Sorrento and Florence. She gave me a list of tours which was a great starting point for me. She was more than willing to book the tours but I enjoy researching those types of things so I did that part of the trip myself. We worked with Alison, she was amazing from start to finish. My daughter and I had been planning this trip to Greece for 5 years. She took the places we wanted to visit and customized our own personal perfect vacation. If I had a question she was always quick to respond. The final price on our trip was incredible as well. I priced and spoke to other travel consultants and no one could come close to offering us what Alison did. The hotels were all high end, at most ports we were greeted by a greeter and a driver. They were always on time and professional. It was seamless. She also sent us info to read about traveling in Greece with great tips and little facts to know to just make our trip perfect. Fantastic experience: When I travel to the Caribbean, I always use VIP Vacations. We planned our destination wedding in Jamaica through VIP in 2012. They had our back the whole way even when the resort moved the location. And I recently used them for to travel to Turks for my friends. Fantastic experience: Overall , our Cancun trip was great . I have family of 4 including small children’s . We didn’t face any problems such as any transportation delays , getting a transportation , hotel suits ETC . Their 3rd party AMSTAR transportation service was great .( those guys on time ) Everything was good . Also I had few questions about the trip, they responded quickly and very informative . We will defenitly use this firm ( VIP VACATION) again .

Fantastic experience: Megan Doncsecz helped my wife and I plan the trip of a lifetime, an Alaskan Cruise aboard the Norwegian Sun to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary. She helped us with the flight to Seattle, recommended staying the night before to not miss getting on the boat, and booked us find an affordable hotel close enough to the pier. As a teacher, I wanted to take my students on a school trip I had initially planned with a local company. Unfortunately, they had failed to deliver, and the situation was very concerning. I would have had to postpone or, more likely, cancel the trip, which was detrimental given my students were eager to go on it. That may have happened had it not been for Ryan’s incredible effort. Fantastic experience: When Steve and I started planning our family’s vacation last summer, we only knew we wanted to take a cruise, but didn’t necessarily want to fly to the embarkation port. Working with Elizabeth and Megan was a great experience and they were able to help us with the many questions we had from the uncertainty in what we actually wanted from our trip. Elizabeth got us started and pointed us to Megan as the expert in cruises. Megan helped determine the cruise line that would best fit our needs as a family of four, with 9 and 12 year old kids. Fantastic experience: I have worked with VIP Vacations for a little over a year now planning my destination wedding that was this month. Liz and Mac were so helpful the entire time. Liz started off helping find resorts to look at, and when i recommened a few she gathered all the necessary information for that resort to make a decision. Once we finally settled on a resort that fit our needs and wants (Breathless - Cabo - amazing BTW), it was game on getting everyone booked. That's when Mac came in the picture and did a GREAT job. We had about 100 guest for a Cabo wedding, which is no easy task. They were able to get everyone booked with the resort, schedule transportation to and from resort, and make travel so smooth for us and our guest. We couldn't have planned this trip without the help of them! From communicating to the resort for me, to people having to cancel for personal reasons, and adding on others last minute, they were timely, kind, and a pleasure to work with. We even came home to a sweet congrats card signed bythe entire team at VIP! Highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience: It is an incredible and beautiful place. One of the best I have visited, the service is excellent. I loved the well-kept vegetation that attracts fantastic birds and animals. Now I tell my artist friends to go there even if it's the last thing they do. I will paint landscapes that I saw in Dreams Las Mareas. I love Dreams Las Mareas. It was just not easy for me to locate myself to get to my room, I got lost several times, suggestion: they will signpost more in all the entrances of each building.

Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend them enough! My best friend was getting married in Mexico, and suggested everyone book their stay through VIP Vacations. Well, I forgot to do it, and didn't contact them until 2 months AFTER the room block in the resort where the wedding was happening had expired. I was mortified. I feared I was doomed to wear the badge of "Worst Best Man Ever" for the rest of my days. That's when Adriana and VIP Vacations swooped in and saved the day. The rooms reserved for the wedding had, in fact, all booked up. But she was able to UPGRADE my room, put me in a two-story suite (with a jacuzzi on my balcony!) and a highly discounted rate, only $200 more for the entire trip. I can't say enough about the work she did for me. She was extremely personable, great with communication, and literally helped save me from a life of eternal shame. We were so thrilled we ended up extending our stay a few days, which VIP was able to execute for us last minute no problem. 5 stars. Will definitely be using their services again. Fantastic experience: My husband and I couldn't decide where to go for our much-needed all-inclusive vacation, and then we started working with Alison at VIP Vacations! All we had to do was tell her what we were looking for, how much we wanted to spend, and what dates worked best and Alison did ALL the heavy lifting and eliminated all of our stress. Her help was irreplaceable. She even worked with us as we had to switch things around several times due to our revolving schedule-- such patience! Our biggest thing when looking for a resort was that we wanted to be within walking distance to a beautiful beach and have no worries. Alison wound up booking us for a 7-night stay at the Azul Beach Resort in Negril Jamaica and it was amazing-- everything we could have possibly wanted and MORE. Everything from the transfers to/from the airport to the flights to the resort stay and excursions were all handled by Alison. Could not recommend her and her team more. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Ryan his mom and all the wonderful people on his staff at VIP vacations. On two occasions first my son had 50 plus people at a destination wedding in Negril Jamaica 11/2021. Ryan coordinated airfare rooms and transportation for us all. The wedding was great not one problem they did a fabulous job. This past March I took 7 members of my family to Curacao and again I reached out to VIP to arrange everything ,we had a wonderful vacation. I would highly recommend VIP for any travel arrangements. They are concerned obliging and friendly and like what they do. It was a pleasure not to worry or deal with any aspect of the travel except to pick a date to go.

Fantastic experience: VIP has always been the best when it comes to planning trips to literally ANYWHERE you want to go. Some companies specialize in certain areas, they specialize in the WORLD. They have planned our honeymoon 18 (wow) years ago and many family vacations. I have recommended them to many friends who will now only use their services as well. Most recently my family booked a trip and both Janelle and Megan were extremely helpful. I'm a last minute planner, but they were able to secure us a suite (which is the only way we will go now). Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for someone that knows Disney and every nook and cranny Justin is your man. I haven’t been there since I was little and didn’t know the first thing about going to Disney but Justin walked me through the process and my family of 5 plus my mom had a great time. He picked the perfect resort for us and was available even after hours to provide support. I was nervous about going and taking a 6, 4, and 2 year old to Disney but after hearing how Justin has been to Disney literally at least once a year his entire life from birth I thought heck I can do it too! He made it very magical for our family and i would absolutely take another trip with VIP again!
