Positive experience: The process of redeeming the voucher was a little daunting. It has an expiration date of 12/31 but when i went to redeem it online it said i was "too close to the expiration date" and couldnt redeem it. A few days later I got an email that said I could mail in the voucher instead with a refundable check of $50. I did that option. About a week later I got a text saying they got my voucher and click the link to pay the $50. I said I paid via check and bank showed it cashed so they "noted" it on my account. Then a few days later I got a call saying my voucher was processed and that I needed to call back to book. The phone recording said I could do a live chat online but I couldn't find it on the noted page so I called again. The phone call was NOT too long of a wait. The first call I could only hear silence so called back. Michell helped me and she was lovely. She was easy to work with, easy to understand, explained the process and fees. I do think its a bit of a scam that the "standard" hotel FREE option wasnt available and had to upgrade to lock in desired dates but I didnt want to go through the hassle of trying other days and locations so I splurged for my bday and paid the upgraded hotel price. Overall a decent experience for a "FREE" trip.

Fantastic experience: Michelle was very helpful finding us accommodations in Mexico, the 5 stars is for her as she was great, but check all the fine print before you buy this package as it's not as advertised it's just a discount on lodging and the $500.00 airfare rebate it's only 20% off the actual flight ticket which is around half of the price since it doesnt cover extras and tax x 20% turns out to be about 10% off on average.

Fantastic experience: This is pretty much a rip off, “WON” this free offer for sitting through a long 3 hour presentation and purchase to pay a $50 “refundable” deposit to book a free trip “on them” after paying the deposit Edwin Vargas the representative proceeded to sell me all of the beautiful amenities and honestly everyone of the places I chose had horrible reviews. I first picked Daytona fl. Then switched to Atlanta since it’s close and the flight for two days wouldn’t be worth it. After choosing he explained that now I “only” have to pay the taxes and fees of the rooms which totaled more than if I booked any of them myself through a direct website so seeing that I will probably not get my $50 deposit back because I’m sure there will be a catch I’ll just eat it. $160 for two nights at a Days in in Atlanta plus the $50 deposit was way more than I would have paid for a getaway had I just booked online and tossed this “FREE VOUCHER” out this is very disappointing especially since I did a favor for a coworker and sat through a presentation on a work night with promise to be compensated for a free trip. Money down the drain and still haven’t received my reservation confirmation. Trying to get in contact with Edwin hopefully he sees this and calls me back because I have questions. As for him Edwin Vargas was very nice and did his job very well can’t be mad at him for doing his job. He was nice and did an amazing sales pitch, Got Me!! This company should be proud with him

Fantastic experience: Edwin Vargas worked hard to help and concluded the phone conversation with fine results. He was pleasant to work with as well. One issue was with Grand Incentives. The fact that I sat through a presentation and was promised a free 4 night hotel stay at one of 8 locations by Grand incentives (Not Edwin Vargas) but of course that would never happen. I ended up paying 220 dollars for the so called upgrade to my free 4 night stay. Otherwise they never approve the requested free nights and send you a letter stating "Due to the high demand of travel requests received, the dates you have selected unfortunately are not available. Select two new dates, in chronological order, at least 21 days between choices, and at least 60 days in advance of your earliest departure date." followed by additional note: "Please provide the new date choices using the form below and mail to the address listed on the form within 21 days of date on this letter. Failure to do so will result in this offer becoming Void." This is a tactic that they use to force upgrade making you pay for you stay. Because I know that the new dates that I pick will again not be available. Eventually I will miss the 21 day deadline and the offer will become void. I sat through a presentation for 2 hours traveling 1 hour to get to their site to listen to their presentation I feel they should without hesitation give me what I was promised. I feel that this was a scam and I was ripped off. But i know that Edwin was just doing his Job and he did great job. So I thank you Edwin for a great job

Negative experience: Ariana was great. Helpful at getting me where I wanted to go and the right dates. One star off of Grand Incentives (not Ariana) because the "free trip" from our voucher ended up not being free, but was still a decent enough deal to go for it. ----------------UPDATE 10 hours later------------------ BE WARNED.... DO NOT FALL INTO THE TRAP OF THE "FREE TRAVEL VOUCHERS". My wife checked out the two hotels on trip advisor. She was not at all happy with the quality or location of the two booked hotels (Palm Springs and Honolulu). Bigger issue is for the same dates and room and occupancy (but not refundable) WE COULD GET A LOWER RATE DIRECTLY ourselves (saving more than $200 of the $1300 we paid grand incentives)! GRAND INCENTIVES IS A SCAM! We were scammed into a 1+ hour sales pitch for two vouchers for a "free vacation" that required a $75 deposit and still ended up being >$200 more than if we booked directly!!! I spoke with Ariana, who remained helpful and understanding and said she would request a full refund for us (including the $75 deposit) on Monday (it is Friday). I'll update this review again Monday. --- UPDATE MONDAY --- No contact from the company.

Positive experience: Our booking agent Kimberly Robling was very helpful in helping me plan our Las Vegas trip. She found us pricing for 3 different hotels for 2 different sets of dates and helped me decide which option to go for. She communicated with me within the delays promised and was very pleasant and knowledgeable to deal with, answering all of my questions and find out information as requested.

Fantastic experience: Ana did a wonderful job of booking our stay. She was polite and knowledgeable about the reservation process. Unlike the company that originally gave me the travel incentive, she was honest about the nuances of planning the trip. Also, she looked for the best hotels in the areas we wanted to stay. She was also considerate to the fact that my husband and I would be traveling with our young children.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I have to revise my previous review of this travel service after being thoroughly disappointed. I purchased a travel voucher for $60 that included 3 days/2 nights at a standard room. I unsuccessfully was able to use it b/c Ana, the booking agent kept quoting me prices in excess of $500 for adding on 1 day. Non-standard quotes were in excess of $650. Ana never could explain to me why the extra day rats were so high. In fact, upon researching, the prices she was quoting me were the same prices I would get if I booked online myself. I told her to refund my money for the reservation and what I paid to activate the certificate. She still charged me a $30 cancellation fee which I found to be outrageous since their certificate appeared to be a bait & switch operation. Do not trust them. Now that I have read the other low reviews on this company, I have to agree that they are a SCAM!!!

We had a bad cell connection and I had to call her back next day. The wait time was 1 minute and she answered! She booked the room I requested for a small up charge and explained everything quite well. I hope the trip is as nice as she was!
