Fantastic experience: Recently, I received a call from Monster Reservation Group and Trade Show Travel. They offered to upgrade my plan so that I could receive additional benefits from the travel program. I was promised an email as soon as I upgraded, detailing all the benefits of this new plan. However, after upgrading, I did not receive the promised email. Frustrated, I called priority booking to investigate why I hadn't received the email. A young lady named Debra returned my call to offer her assistance. Despite my frustration, Debra was very professional and apologetic about the confusion. She promptly investigated the matter, resolved it, and ensured that I received the email outlining my new benefits. Debra's efficiency and professionalism turned my frustration into satisfaction. We need more people like her when dealing with the public. Thank you, Debra.

Fantastic experience: We booked our first of 16 trips with the first one at Buganvilias resort. It will be an all inclusive 6 day 5 night stay. So we will see how it all goes. I will keep you updated as it all unfold!

All the additional fees make since once explained. But not knowing the information I know now when I tried to book yesterday was frustrating. William was professional and caring.

Fantastic experience: Eli and Debby from Trade Show Travel worked very hard to resolve the issue I was experiencing. Where everyone else would have given up, they continued to search for a solution. Fantastic experience: Jeanne Mosso in the Reservation Department deserves all 5 stars. She listened to my concerns and handled the issues like the pro she is. The Sales Department had outright lied to me and scammed me out of $1000, but Ms. Morro made things right. The refund was processed immediately, and she reassured me that my package required no "booking fee" each time I made a reservation. KUDOS!!!

She also explored other resorts with me. I would love to work with her on all my traveling destinations.

Negative experience: This company, Monster Reservation Group, is a scam. I was told when they sold me the package all presentations after the first one would be waived. I was told I wouldn’t have to attend a presentation for all 7 “free” vacations. When I tried to book, they said that wasn’t true. They tried to suggest for me to book an 8 day/7 night trip, but that would cost more money because it was not the promotional offer. Since I am married my husband has to attend all 7 presentations with me, but the issue is he doesn’t always vacation with me. She argued with me that surely in the next 10 years my husband could go on a vacation with me. I told her I don’t want to wait 10 years to use my “free” vacations. I know this is a timeshare scheme and I have owned timeshares in the past, but my frustration is they falsely sold me the package under conditions they couldn’t uphold. After an hour on the phone, I finally got my money back when I told them I was going to call my attorney because they were fraudulent. I would not recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I have been trying to book a trip for a family member with my vacation plan which I got through Trade Show Travel Company but had been given the customer care number with another of their partners for bookings. After dealing with three people there who were not very helpful, I was fortunate to get Jeanne M. when I called Trade Show because she miraculously got it done. I didn't get everything I wanted, but got most of it along with clear explanations about what was and wasn't part of it and how it worked. She also sent me everything in writing. Thanks, Jeanne!

Negative experience: Scammed my grandma who is clearly suffering from dementia. You can not speak to her for 1 minute without it being glaringly obvious and yet stole $850 from a woman in a nursing home.

Negative experience: I was told by Wyndham resorts not to trust what this company and monster travel says. I was told I get 7 vacations but the first vacation I had to take a time share tour. But that would be it. I called today and they told me who I talked to was wrong. However, I let her know I recorded the conversation because I am not that trusting. Glad I did because what they did was fraud. What I did is checked what they told me and then it didn’t say it in my email they sent. So, I called back and recorded the conversation. So, I didn’t get it in writing but I do have the recording. I am sending them a small clip of the recording.

With Hurricane Helene, she wanted to call the place personally in the morning since she couldn't reach them tonight before we booked travel just to make sure there was no storm damage. Fantastic experience: I “won” 3 trips during the Phoenix bridal expo. When you call to accept, they have you cover a flat service fee for each of the trips. Then, when you call back each trip there’s a small deposit you get back after the timeshare presentation. It’s not a scam, it’s a sales tactic that prevents you from paying a buttload of taxes on winning an all expense paid trip outright. I’m staying in cape cod for a week for ~$200! It’s usually that nightly. So if you have the patience for the presentations this is a good travel hack.

Positive experience: My experience with Trade Show Travel started last year when I received a phone call about some expired RCI vacation certificates. I was led to believe I was talking to RCI, a company with whom I have had good experience and I trust. They offered me four, one-week vacations to any resort in RCI’s inventory with no expiration date for $599. No mention was made of any sales presentation. I later received a phone call from Monster Reservations Group to set up my first sales presentation. I suspected immediately that I had been scammed. That first call had not been from RCI. But who? I asked for my money back and was told there are no refunds. I researched Monster online and discovered many horror stories from victims like me. Many people had posted a refundable deposit to attend a mandatory sales presentation. Either the deposit was not refunded at the meeting or the refund consisted of a gift card to an obscure restaurant or retailer that was of no interest. Some people arrived at the scheduled resort only to be charged additional fees that were not part of the agreement. I have since received several more phone calls from Monster that all went much the same way. I told them I knew they were a scam and asked for a full refund which they denied. I told them that if they wanted to prove to me that they were not a scam, they would refund my money. They refused. Last week the pattern changed. I got a call from Tiffany with Monster Reservations. She told me that the reason they could not give me a refund was that I had not paid my $599 to them but rather to Trade Show Travel and gave me their phone number. Tiffany was the first reasonable person to call me from Monster. I called Trade Show Travel and talked to Chelly Siri-Dalton. Finally I began to make some progress. She admitted that her company was the one who initially contacted me and is the company I paid $599. She did her best to convince me that Trade Show Travel was a legitimate company that provides excellent customer service and apologized for any misunderstanding with Monster Reservations. Once trust is broken, it is hard to earn it back. Chelly tried. I told her if Trade Show Travel really was legitimate, she could show me by giving me a full refund. She explained she could not do that because they have a no refund/no exceptions policy, but then offered a partial refund of $200. She told me I will still get my four vacations. At this point I don’t know what to think about Trade Show Travel. Their online reviews are much, much better than those of Monster Reservations Group. Chelly kept her word; I did receive the promised $200 refund. But it came from Monster. That’s curious. Trade Show might be legitimate. But if so, why start out deceiving me into thinking they were RCI? I GIVE CHELLY 5 STARS. She was very reasonable on the phone and she kept her word. She did what she said she would do. If they are legitimate, why would they turn their customers over to a frightful company like Monster? Why did the refund come from Monster? That makes no sense to me. I don’t know how to rate this company. I can’t give them 5 stars because I wish I had never taken that first phone call. On the other hand they do have Chelly who appears to really care about customer satisfaction. At this point I am not sure I want to sign up for my first of four vacations and sit through a sales pitch. I will have to pay a deposit. Will I get it back? I don’t know. Like I said, once trust is broken, it is hard to earn it back. What would you do?

Positive experience: Took a long time to get in, but was worth it. Debra Leonard was awesome! She was impressive as we were with Jean and Eli in the past. She called me back when line was busy and was very professional and courteous.

Negative experience: This company is offering scam services. They had my mother-in-law reeled in and were offering 5 days and 4 nights at a hotel in Orlando for $574 and when my husband looked up the hotel it's only $90/night! They claimed it was a special rate only they can offer. They don't cover airfare. It's not worth handing your credit card information over for. Don't fall for it.

It was a seamless booking process, and I cannot wait for our trip! 10/10, I'd totally recommend.

Negative experience: I didn't know I had bought four packages from them. When they call the say would you like to travel to the Bahamas, if you say yes, apparently that's another package. They are swindlers.
