Negative experience: I cannot get 3 people of Auto Club to address a claim that they are listed to, over a period of days with phone calls and emails. I am a AAA member, the driver at fault is insured by AAA, and the owner of the vehicle is a AAA member. I cannot get someone to commit to any action.
Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service I was in the cue for one minute for dmv services and was assisted by Cloe. Cloe made my renewal fast and easy.

Negative experience: This place is not very helpful regarding "simple" questions regarding your policy. One "specialist" gave me one answer, answer and a following agent gave me a different answer. I just called for clarity and they did not want give me any after I explained I got different answers for the same question. Call claims for non claim questions.
Negative experience: WHY IS IT SO HARD TO SPEAK WITH SOME ONE. I have a simple question. Yet I get sent in circles of automatic voices that transfer me to other useless virtual robots.

Fantastic experience: I was in town with my boyfriend to donate Plasma across the parking lot, and locked myself out of our car. I walked over to this location and they were a tremendous help. They searched up my information (my membership was locked in said vehicle), printed me a temporary membership card and let me use their phone to put me in contact with their roadside assistance. I was so relieved when a kind gentleman came to unlock our vehicle while I received updates the entire time through my Apple Watch. Thank you all so much!
Negative experience: I have been a AAA customer for over 10 years. This office is the worst. Very unorganized and rude. Please do your self a favor Go to a different location.
Fantastic experience: In general AAA is going to expedite any experience having to do with DMV services with very few exceptions. AAA insurance services are pretty competitive post-COVID. Road trip vacation planning is second to none, and their trip concierge services are great yet a bit more expensive than Costco Travel without the concierge so you get what you pay for. Membership is worth it 40+ years!

Negative experience: So today I entered AAA with my mask on and everything as it's beyond obvious I'm sick! I asked the girl if there was anything she could do about the wait time as I have CANCER and can't be in public for long periods of time.. She answered in the most callous attitude and said that everyone has disabilities and they don't accommodate anyone!! Worst customer service EVER!! I hope the manager reads this cause that was so mean! I'm not trying to be special just trying not to die as I'm on chemotherapy right now..
Negative experience: They are busy, very busy! We knew what time they opened and tried to call to speak to someone in the local office, however, we kept getting a call center... the first time, we were transferred back to the automated system. The second time, we were put on hold for quite some time, then disconnected. The third time, we finally got someone in the call center that was willing to connect us with the office and it took a few tires on their end, but we finally were able to speak to someone about getting plates for my husband, they pretty much told us that they are unable to help us and we would have to go tot he DMV. However, as part of the member services we have been told that helping us get plates and pay registration on a new vehicle, they could assist us with. We decided to visit our local office and again, said they were unable to provide those services. So taking the ease out of having to go to the DMV was not the case and will be making an appointment at our local DMV.
Negative experience: Been a AAA member for 20 years. I wanted to get a home insurance quote from them and they flat out said NO. The Manger told me that their guidelines won’t cover home by just looking at from a google image. I mentioned that our house is not located in a hazardous area. They are not even wanted to get an inspector to just check. The manager Sherryal was very rude to me. I will no longer work with this office. Horrible experience. If you are looking home insurance, this is not the company for you.
Fantastic experience: I have had both of my kids go through the 10 lesson course. It is a must if you don’t want to go crazy trying to teach your kids to drive. They do all the hard work and then as a parent, you get to do the easier stuff and not have a stressful relationship.

Fantastic experience: Just went to this AAA location was service by Dennis and I can say he went above and beyond. I thought my visit was going to start out bad when I was waiting to check in for car registration Dennis came check me in after I had waited awhile and then proceeded to help me. There was a problem with the car not registered right and a phone call for me handled.
Negative experience: Sadly this might be the worst AAA location I’ve ever been to. It somehow makes the DMV seem faster and easier to work with. I came in for what was told to be easy. However it’s been just a nightmare.
Fantastic experience: My husband and I moved back home to CA, we needed to switch over our car registration. We had the pleasure of getting helped by a kind man named Adrian in the DMV section at triple AAA corona. Adrian was very welcoming, extremely knowledgeable in is department. Great costumer service. Adrian went above and beyond for us and was such a delightful person!

Negative experience: 21 year membership going strong adding another member to the account I go in to pay my dues. I have a service dog she was with me, we entered into the building. Inside I got to the counter, Maggie my service dog was barking just a friendly hello and immediately a lady comes from behind asked for my dog to go outside I replied back to her she's working and she's inside the building with me then she replied if the dog was working it wouldn't be barking and you need to leave I left only to walk back in because it was my right. She had no right to comment about my service animal nor do I need to explain it to the whole office what her service is or was. Some people. No other employees had an issue with us I've been in the store before without an issue. That lady needs a realIty check or maybe loose her position in the office.i could go to the courthouse too and complain about the injustice. Unfortunately I'm not capable of such actions because I'm disabled and would need assistance.

Positive experience: This AAA location has been very slow when doing notarizations. It doesn’t matter if the place is empty. I don’t know why. Maybe because they don’t make much money compared to their other services? It takes on average 30 minutes to be called after checking in at the front desk. This is my third time here. The person at the front desk did acknowledge my wait twice and said she’ll send a message to them that I was still waiting. I didn’t need other service. So this is only regarding notary services. I’ve been to other AAA locations and the wait times are about the same.
Fantastic experience: Adrian P. is the reason why I have been a member for over 7 years with AAA. My experience registering a motorcycle I purchased cannot be more pleasant! Never cancel your membership and if you are on the fence deciding whether to join or not, let my honest review help you decide.
Fantastic experience: Amazingly friendly and fast. Went in to get an International Driving Permit and was helped within 2-3 minutes. I already had passport photos, but they offered the service as well. They were experts at being friendly and super quick & efficient.

Negative experience: I've tried contacting this location about the poor treatment of their members and I have yet to be able to reach someone. My family and I have been members for years and I am appalled by the treatment that my parents received while trying to renew their membership and pay their registration fees today. My mom was upset. She was treated poorly by the staff. The front desk/reception lady was uncurteous, rude to my mom. She was rudely told that DMV fees are cash or cashier's check only however my husband was recently there and he used his card. She was also paying for her annual fees. She was told to stand in another line. She said that the staff person assisting that line was also rude and did not ask what she needed or how she could help her. Overall a terrible experience.
Negative experience: Flat tire on freeway. Called, all I got was a recording that was unable to hear or ask 4 assistance. Changed tire myself. Sorry I bought card for wife and i.

I have used travel and vehicle registration services without issues. Remember to have cash, check or card (they charge 3% if you use a credit card). Join AAA, it's worth it just for the convenience!

Negative experience: YMMV. If you don't mind waiting for a DMV title transfer for over an hour wait in an office that's not crowded only to be waited on by disgruntled employees being micromanaged by some middle management drone , then this is your place.

Negative experience: I Love AAA. This was my first time at the Corona location, only because we happened to be close by. Was passed over 5xs over until I got up and was told that I was at the top of their list and that they had been calling me when I was sitting there the whole time!! Then I get to window 5. OH MY GOD!! The worst experience I had ever had. Thank God my daughter was with me because I showed some real restraint. Little miss I'm better than you. Tapping her nails at me and telling me that I can't read what she has circled when I'm trying to transfer my car title onto my brother. The NERVE!!! I LET THE FRONT DESK KNOW HOW I FELT. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. THAT'S NOT EVEN THE HALF OF IT! WICKED WOMAN!!!

Negative experience: Signed up for AAA recently to avoid the DMV and use them for vehicle registration purposes. Went there for the first time today to register my new truck and transfer the title. Wait wasn’t too bad, about 45 minutes to an hour for DMV services. I finally get to the window, hand them my paperwork and am fully aware a large amount will be due because of sales tax and registration on a $40k plus vehicle. He tells me it’s $3193 so I hand him my debit card and am told “sorry, we don’t take debit cards...cash, check or credit only”. I’m sorry it’s 2021 and you don’t take debit cards?? Well obviously I don’t carry around $3200 or a checkbook so I had two choices, put it on a credit card or leave and go wait at the actual DMV. I put my credit card in the machine and the screen says they want to charge me a $71 surcharge fee, are you kidding me!?! I asked what the heck that was about and was told they charge 2.3% of the transaction amount...umm absolutely not! So the bottom line is, unless you carry cash, check or want to be ripped off using a credit card, avoid this place.

Negative experience: The wait time is worst than the dmv its disgusting that we pay over a hundred dollars to get worst service than the dmv its really not that hard type some words into computer accept payment and thats it boom done doesnt take but 5mins at most. All other stores aren't this bad. I guess I'll just drive to my old store in Aliso viejo and back in better time than the wait here just a joke.
Positive experience: Only a 3 star because of the wait. Not they're fault, but I've been waiting for 190 minutes (3hrs and 10 minutes) versus the 3hrs they quoted. Still #20 in line, so it's probably going to be another hour. These CA guidelines are making things extremely and ridiculously difficult for our "day to day" to be any kind of productive. Only 18 people, staff and customers, allowed in at time. Crazy.... Anyway, if you don't "have to come down", don't. Blame Covid or paranoia? It's debatable.
Fantastic experience: AAA is always the best. I got there literally 4 minutes before they closed. They still helped me and made it fast! Love their customer service. There's a reason they've been around so long.
