Positive experience: Called for dead battery and they remarkably arrived within 20 mins on a Monday mid morning! ( disclaimer: I'd already jumped the battery and was driving the car) Anyways the gentleman was nice and checked my battery and said I didn't need another one. The next morning I drove to the barbershop then it died! Fortunately Auto zone was literally right there. So they replaced and installed my new battery also informing me that my starter was going! Doesn't anybody give quality service anymore? SMH

Negative experience: This location is the WORST and most UNPROFESSIONAL AAA I’ve ever seen! Nate flirts with female customers and gets mad when they show no signs of interest! When my car first broke down I had it towed here and somehow the techs at the front desk mixed up my keys and tried to give me a different car that was not mine even though I repeatedly told them that it was not my car the guy at the front desk proceeded to argue with me. After speaking to the assistant manager I was given back my car 3 DAYS LATER and told that there was nothing wrong with it (A LIE)! A few days later my car began shaking so I made an appointment and took it back. The mechanic in the back forced my car’s system to move things around without actually performing a diagnostic test. I was told that they just did not have enough time to run a test even though I had an APPOINTMENT that day! I left the shop and 20 minutes later my check engine light came on for the first time thanks to whatever they did! My car broke down on the way home! Also the guys who answer the phones there are very rude to customers! You’ll have to come in to speak to someone face to face if you want to be respected as a member.

Negative experience: Do NOT go here! As a AAA member I had my car towed to this shop figuring I’d be ok and can not stress how wrong I was! They kept my car for two weeks before looking at it, then they broke my axel and took another two weeks fixing that then charged me for the parts THEY broke (called numerous times and they refuse to refund it even though they TOLD me they broke it!!!) then after they had my car for a MONTH it died taking it home from the shop- head gasket blew and they claimed it was a “coincidence”! I spent well over $3K just for my car to be declared dead and had to get a new one. They were unresponsive the entire time, claimed to have returned my calls when I offered to show them the call history on my phone that did not show call backs they said that was “a note in the system” whatever that means. I was totally ripped off, lied to, and absolutely abandoned by them. Do not go here!!!! Ever!!!! Please believe me!!! I’m a member and they treated me awfully!

Positive experience: This is an excellent place for car service and PA state inspections. I would confidently rate it 5 stars for the quality of service I’ve received as a long-time customer. However, my only issue is the choice of programming in the waiting area—FOX News is often on, which I feel is not a reliable source of news, focusing more on entertainment than comprehensive reporting. Additionally, the tone and interactions on their morning show can be cringeworthy. A better alternative would be playing a selection of classic and newer movies on a loop, which would likely appeal to a broader audience. Other than this, I would absolutely recommend the place to everyone I know. And Roy is a great guy as well. That dude deserves a promotion!

Negative experience: If I could share zero stars I would. DO NOT GO HERE! Just drove across country from AZ to PA. Van needed a new rotor and distributor cap after the drive. Went to pick up our van after approximately 5 days, we realized all of the tools, camping gear, bike, backpacks, sentimental objects, etc. amounting to close to $6000 were missing. They were all inside the van. We use many of the tools for work and to make our own $$$. When asked, no one saw anything or new anything, the mechanics seemed stand-offish and unhelpful. Still waiting to hear back from the regional manager who never answers the phone. We filed a police report and will be pressing charges.

Negative experience: Dropped off car with an appointment for a wheel alignment. Was assured that the car would be available that day. Got a call that they needed a part and I told them to go ahead and get it and confirmed that the car would still be ready that day and they confirmed. They were supposed to call the warranty company to see if the part they needed would be covered. I told them to get the part and do the work regardless. Did not hear back. Tried calling the next morning and after several failed attempts at reaching anyone went to the center. Was informed that they never called the warranty company, never ordered the part, and did no work whatsoever and because they have been "busy" can't guarantee I would get my car back. Was met with hostility from Brandon. Guy seemed like he wanted to get in a fight more than help. For a place that was so "busy" all I saw was three people standing around chit-chatting. Place is extremely unprofessional and would suggest everyone save themselves the agita and go somewhere else.

Negative experience: I went to get a battery changed, which was only necessary because they either sold me a defective battery or didn't properly register it with the onboard computer. I was told it would take an hour. It took 3 1/2. Had they told me that I'd have gone home and come back. And a package wouldn't have been stolen from my front porch. Honestly, AAA should have to reimburse me for that. All the smiles in the world cannot cover for poor service. I am only bumping up to 2 stars because at least someone let me borrow a phone charger since mine was going dead thanks to the wait.

Negative experience: Service has declined drastically over the years. Last two appointments I have asked for the car to be done by end of day and if that is not possible, to let me pick it up so I have the car for the next day. The first time I did not receive a call and the car was left overnight. The second time I showed up at 6, the doors were locked and I wasn't allowed to get my car even though it was finished. They had just forgot to call and I had to pick the car up the next day and was late to work. Unreliable service so cant go back anymore.

Negative experience: This AAA location is always extremely slow. You can’t expect to be there for less than a day for a simple oil change. The worst experience, however, was when my wife took our car for its annual inspection and a new battery. AAA chose to replace the battery first, despite knowing that doing so would affect the emissions sensor and prevent them from conducting the inspection. AAA told us to take the car back, drive ~300 miles, and return on a separate date to complete the inspection, meaning, 2 full days without a car instead of just 1. We maybe drive ~50 miles in a typical week? Because of AAA's mistake, we had under a week to drive around aimlessly and rack up hundreds of miles (a waste of our time and gas money) to hit the 300 mile mark to return, otherwise we risked being ticketed for having an expired inspection sticker. AAA offered us no recourse for their mistake, which severely inconvenienced us. We will not be renewing our membership.

Fantastic experience: It’s employees like Nate who make me glad I have a AAA membership! As a single woman of a certain age, I panicked when the low tire pressure alert on my Honda Civic dashboard wouldn’t go away even after having my tires checked and air put in. The alert stayed on for days, then a “maintenance due alert” popped on with it. More panic. I drove right over to AAA. Nate took the time to explain it was probably a Sensor situation. He recalibrated the system, and showed me how to do it. He put me at ease and saved my weekend. Thank you, Nate. That kind of service is priceless.

Negative experience: I ordered tires from tire rack delivered to this location and scheduled a 1:30pm appointment for install for Friday 8/23. Dropped off on time and was told 2 to 3 hours. By 430 pm I hadn't recieved a call and went back to check on status, and they hadn't yet started working on it. I was then told it will be done by 6pm so I left and again no call. Went back and got to the door at 5:58, door was locked, and they are keeping my car overnight without my consent. Need my car early tomorrow and it is now not available.

I showed up today and was passed around multiple times before they told me they didn't have stickers to do inspections and said, "Someone was supposed to call you to tell you that." Negative experience: Truly disappointed. We had our car towed there as our AAA driver recommended the service station, of course, and they took SIX DAYS to even check the issue. They couldn’t run a code and know in five minutes what the issue was? They made us wait six days to attach the scanner, run a code, then tell us our vehicle had to be towed elsewhere for someone to work on. They recommended dealership, which is a crass move, as we all know dealerships overcharge horribly for repairs. I’m never having our car sent there again. Roadside service is fine, but this service center is useless.

Negative experience: Never have a I ever been so DISAPPOINTED IN AAA IN MY LIFE! I’m traveling from out of town and my car needs a tow and to be serviced. I call and & check in & the tell me they’ll do a check on it. Then several days pass and I don’t receive a call nor do they answer the phone. I’ve call dozens of times; no answer. Called and left my number in que; no call back. Finally I make it to the service center and everyone is non-chalant, not friendly or helpful. After an additional 15mins the guy gets off the phone and then proceeds to tell me it will be a WEEK BEFORE THEY CAN EVEN LOOK AT MY CAR! I don’t have a week and the longer I hear the more money it’s costing me! Anywho I transferred my car to a dealership that better suits my needs. AAA you have been of no help to me and will never receive my business again! Roadside or car service! If I could give negative 5 stars I would! I surely will not be renewing my membership with you again! Next time be nicer, set proper expectations and have clear communication.

Fantastic experience: 6/24/2024 Picked up a flat tire with the family on our way from Connecticut to Washington DC on I-95. Googled tire repair near me and AAA came up near by. Was able to make it there safely. When we arrived the gentleman name Nate took care of us and was very professional with customer service. He was able to move us up in the queue to get the family back on the road within an hour. Many thanks to Nate and the service technician Carlos for getting my famy back on with our family trip. Negative experience: I was told my inspection would take an hour and a half because “there were a lot of inspectors” that day. I ended up being there for almost 6 hours. They also said one of my tires failed, so I had them replace it, but they ended up charging me for BOTH rear tires, over $800. Every time I called to try and speak with them about it, I was on hold until my call timed out.

Fantastic experience: I have never been to a friendlier, more helpful facility. Every single employee in this building is honestly incredible. The bad reviews are probably due to the parking situation.( which isn’t the employee’s fault) One stand out employee that I want to mention is Jen. Negative experience: I have frequented this business several times over the years. I used to like using it. I'm likely never going back. I initially brought my car in for a diagnostic. It had a check engine light on, and I knew it needed at least a purge valve, but expected some other repairs. After the diag, they suggested a few things, some new tires, alignment, spark plugs, valves. No problem. I decide to bring it back a week later and get everything done all at once, about $1500 in total cost. Furthermore, by this point, my left turn signal bulb had gone out, so I asked them to please add that to the work list, both on the phone and in person I said this. Somehow, through the magic of incompetence, they hold my car for a full day, and do NO WORK. NOTHING. I was baffled, and felt burned. I am fully reliant on my car. I waited at a nearby diner for this work and killed a full day. There excuse was that they thought I only wanted to replace the purge valve, and the wrong part came in so they were unable to do so. This after I had two conversations with their "Customer Service" rep outlining that I wanted everything done, and him saying, no problem, we'll have it all done by the end of the day. Their service manager apologized for the miscommunication. We made plans for me to come in a week later. This time, the manager had the correct valve ahead of time, (something I had asked for the last time around, seeing as they had already done a diag a week earlier, knew I was coming back, and should have already had the part.). When I drop my car off, I once again make sure it is clear that I want all the work done, Once again, I let them know that I need the left bulb replaced for my turn signal, as I notice it is not on the work list. The "Customer Service" rep again appears to understand, and says, no problem that's an easy one. This time, they did at least do all of the other work, but forgot about the bulb and didn't say anything. And so of course, through the further magic of life, I got pulled over for having my turn signal out the next day. Hadn't yet noticed that they didn't fix it. I tried to call them to ask if I was charged for that service. It's basically impossible to get a rep on the phone if you aren't making a new appointment. Shameful, and embarrassing for this business. My guess is they only stay open because of the location. Please avoid using them at all costs . As a community we will never have good service from businesses if we continue to patronize them despite them giving us terrible experiences.

Negative experience: Understaffed in the registration and tags department resulting in long waits and harried staff (although Jennifer was sweet). But the worst was State Inspection in the servicing department- after a five-hour wait beyond my appointment time, they dared to hustle me at closing time saying I needed new wipers, headlight covers “scrubbed” and brake pads, leaky gaskets, etc replaced and that I would have to leave my car overnight. I paid to Fail and took the car to my Subaru dealer who completed a problem-free inspection in 45 minutes and charged only the State fee.

Negative experience: Predatory foreign currency transactions made here!! We were told by the representative that we should get our foreign currency here because there were no fees and that it would be cheaper than using an ATM in the country we would visit. They ended up shorting us $350 worth of currency and are now gaslighting us, telling us that we were made aware of this fee/exchange rate. They must be getting commission from the CXI service they use. After a lot of back and forth, they are refusing to do anything about it. My family and I have been AAA members for over 30 years and I’m extremely disappointed with how predatory this was and how they have chosen to handle it.

Negative experience: I brought my car in at 10:30 for an 11:00 oil change appointment. Five hours later, they take my car in for service. This is my second time at this shop. Negative experience: DO NOT EXCHANGE FOREIGN CURRENCY. My wife and I stopped in to get international driver's permits for our honeymoon to Vietnam. The clerks convinced us to do a currency exchange by telling us there was no fee. What they didn't tell us was that the service they use does, in fact charge a fee. We exchnaged $1000 dollars and only got 16 million VND in return when it should have been closer to 24 million. We didn't check it at the time because we trusted the AAA employees. Essentially, we only received $650 worth of Vietnamese currency. So the fee we paid was $350. THIRTY FIVE PERCENT. If we'd stuck with our original plan of just using the ATMs in Vietnam would have only paid 2.5%. AAA has done nothing for us to fix the situation. We only did the exchange with AAA because they told us there was no fee.

Negative experience: The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with car repairs, I bought my car there in December because the engine light was on and the stable track warning light was on they looked at the car and determined that the car’s rear tire was over inflated and that i needed a battery I was charged 194.99 for the battery and 162.99 for diagnostic labor, they did the repairs and within a hour of taking the car the warning lights were back on so I took the car back and after waiting 2 days I finally received a call from the manager stating that the car needed tuneup and that valve gasket had been leaking and needed to be replaced it was the holiday season and i needed my car so i okayed the work the price 1200.00$ after waiting another 3 days without getting a call they finally called and promised me the car was fixed, but after having the car for 1 day the warning light is back on and now it’s stating that the car is running hot so back to AAA and after having the car for another 3 days they determined now that the car needs a mass air flow sensor and the price for parts and labor would be over 1000.00$ once again i okayed the work and once again it took them 3 days to get it fixed claiming they were waiting on a part to be delivered not realizing that a manger had told me he ordered 2 days ago and another manager said that he just ordered the part, after the car was fixed I wanted to talk to the manager, I was informed that he was busy doing a interview and that he could only give me a 130.00$ discount because he had already given me a 140.00 discount for previous services, I was promised that the manager would give me a call since he was busy and I’m still waiting for the call. These guys are unprofessional and a bunch of liars and I’m a premier customer that they’re trying to sell insurance to , only reason they got 1 star from me is because I had to fill it out. One more nugget after begging them to keep me updated on the status of my car so i can make arrangements to get to work and letting them know what time I had to be there they had the audacity to call me on Saturday Dec 24 at 5:45 while I’m at work informing me that the car was repaired and that I had 15 minutes to pick it up or I would have to wait till Monday to get it which I did cause I couldn’t leave work and the check engine light is back on these guys need to stick to roadside assistance.

Fantastic experience: I brought my 2008 Ford Focus for an oil change and inspection. What was noticed by Steven Shiutz was a leak in my CV Joint caused by a boot clamp cutting the boot it was an excellent find. The boot on the cv joint was replaced in record time. Negative experience: Auto repair department was utterly incompetent. I only let them touch my car because I’d already been towed there and the initial check was free with my aaa membership. When giving my car over I told them I suspected a radiator/hose leak & even made sure they wrote it down. After looking my car over they said there was only a power steering leak and that the cooling system was fine & the car was driveable. I pulled out of the parking lot to go to a real mechanic and almost immediately the heat warning light turns on and I see steam coming from under the hood. I manage to make it to the nearby mechanic with my car leaking even more fluid, sure enough this mechanic finds a rupture in my radiator hose and patched it up. Only giving two stars because the towing service did their job. Can’t speak to the quality of the other services offered but don’t let these jokers touch any vehicle you care about.

They then contacted the Philadelphia AAA location to make sure they understood and read the feedback. Today however, I brought my car in for an 8am drop off for a tire balancing and alignment. I made the 8am appointment over a month ago in preparation for a long trip I will be taking. Since this is a simple procedure and I was the first drop off of the day, I got no discussion from Glenn that it would not be finished. I didn't receive a call at all by the end of the day telling me it was finished, or that for some strange reason this simple procedure could not be done. So, with the lack of any communication, I made my way back to the shop only to be told that it was not only not finished, but not touched all day. Apparently a tow truck blocked it in and they couldn't get to it. A simple phone call to me letting me know would have been the professional thing to do. Now my car has to sit in that unsecure lot overnight... which is quite a risk given the location of the shop. Such a shame that it appears that they have let their quality and professionalism slip at what was a quality shop in Philadelphia. Guess I'll have to find another place. Glenn is usually on top of things but not today. Next Day follow-up: After being promised that I would be the first one in the queue today to get service (because they completely missed me yesterday when apparently a tow truck somehow blocked me in and they decided therefore not to touch my car), my wheel balance and alignment took till 3:18 pm. I'm guessing that I again was not the first one. When I arrived to pick up my car, Glenn barely acknowledged the fact that yesterday I got no service and no phone call to tell me a mistake had been made and I should not show up at the end of the day to pick up my car. No apology or anything that would try to make up for the highly unprofessional service I received. I felt like they could care less if I ever came back to their shop. A little acknowledgement and kindness costs AAA nothing. The lack of it costs them my future business and many others like me.

Negative experience: After patronizing this location with great service since 2015, this place gave me beyond what can be called the worst experience of dealing with a mechanic in my life. I could write a short novel on the multiple trials and errors of dealing with the .... kind young man .... who is responsible for auto repairs at this establishment. My car was in this shop for a month. I was given a $5,000 estimate to pass inspection, with a list of items given, the majority of which being false reports. To get my car out of the shop, I had to pay $2,000 and was returned a vehicle which had new problems installed in it by the mechanic, in addition to leaving a lug nut off of my vehicle which was sure to cause my car to return for an even higher bill to this establishment. Not to mention, within three weeks of getting my car back, it now has two flat tires. Come here if you like waiting weeks to be treated poorly and lied to. In addition, he lied to my family members saying I had taken the car off without permission and insinuated I was not paying a bill, said the car wasn't on the lot when it was, and generally wasted my time and money. When corrected, his tone of voice did change dramatically and the subject of conversation quickly changed from accusation to apologizing. Action should be taken, really you should be sued, and you might be. Or else, you will simply soon be put out of business. This is the worst experience I've had at any establishment of any sort. I will never return my car here. I will only keep my membership for tow services.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst customer service experience I've ever had in my life. I cannot stress this enough, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! Their communication was abysmal and I was repeatedly treated with disrespect and disregard. Fantastic experience: Today 12/9/22 AAA was assigned to take one of my fleet vans to the dealership once the van arrived I was told they could not touch it because of the customization of the van and the company who did the work would have to handle it. Brian the tow truck driver never took the vehicle off the truck so I called him and told him my dilemma I told him the vehicle needed to be taken to Norristown to my customs shop he told me he would have to make a phone call and would get back to me well he did and said they would change the location instead of bringing the van back to one of my sites Brian did a great job handling this issue for me and I want his supervisor lisa to know how much-great help he was in getting this taken care of much appreciated he even was early picking up the vehicle they told me at least two hours but he called me and took him less than an hour to come ..after he dropped the van off he even reached out to me to let me know the van was dropped off Thanks Brian for everything you did today ! Negative experience: Do not bring your vehicle here. They will lie and tell you need things you do not need. Brought my car here from a tow for a dead battery and told me I needed a whole new starter and some kind of battery sensor. They proceeded to say it would cost +$800 just in labor to replace a starter. Negative experience: Alternator and belt replacement cost nearly $700! Took them 5 days to fix it. When I went to pick it up at 2 it sounded horrible! Fantastic experience: Ms. Lewis was so wonderful! We came prepared with our paperwork and other necessities for international drivers licenses and were in and out in under 10 minutes. Based on others reviews, we parked where we could see our car and had no issues.

Negative experience: Car was broken into upon completion, parked across the street in sidewalk after it was done. I assume it was left unlocked, no broken windows but lots of things stolen. AAA did not seem to care at all and said it’s been happening lately.

Negative experience: I do not recommend bringing your car here, but if you have no other choice definitely DO NOT leave anything in your car. This is something they should be telling all of their customers. They seemingly don’t lock the cars and the lot is not at all protected so it’s essentially a free for all. When I picked my car up I was very nonchalantly informed that it had been “rummaged through.” I would like to say that Karen was great and I’m grateful for her continuous contact with me! She made me feel prioritized and was very nice every time I talked to her.

Negative experience: This has got to be one of the worst experiences regarding professionalism, and automotive knowledge I have encountered. I have personally worked in the automotive field for most of my life. My daughter is a recent college graduate living in Philly, she recently had a simple issue with her vehicle and recommended she get it fixed in the city rather than drive the 4+ hours home for me to address it, that surely AAA can be trusted. That was incorrect, firstly I am appalled at the lack of professionalism and common decency from their salesman Glen, from telling me “you don’t know what you are talking about” or addressing me on the phone with “yeah what do you want now”. The constant backpedaling on how and what they quoted regarding necessary repairs shows their predatory practices especially when it comes to inexperienced drivers. The next problem came when she returned to pick up her vehicle to take it to a different shop. She opens her door to discover the facility never locked/secured her vehicle. So anything of value (my son in laws tools/equipment for work etc) were robbed from the trunk of the vehicle, also it appears as if someone made this their home for there was evidence of someone sleeping/eating in the vehicle, trash strewn about and melted ice cream etc. AAA you used to be an icon of assurance and safety for drivers this is unacceptable, we will be in contact with your company for a proper resolution.

Negative experience: I would give it NO STARS if I could. My car sat in that lot for almost 2 weeks and was never looked, when they did call me to pick it up they had me believing that they had did a diagnosis on it but they didn’t so it sat in the same spot it was dropped off in by the tow truck. There was trash bags and cars all around it that the tow truck that came to get it wasn’t gonna take it. But the bad part about this is when I went to pick up my car it was trashed, my personal belongings were in and outside of the car everywhere, they went through every compartment and stole my disabled childs handicap placard, my phone charger adapter, and of course the little money that was in there but the sad part is I got nothing positive from AAA. All he could say to me was “ their not responsible for anything that happens in their lot “ oh and no the door weren’t lock, why because according to them they don’t lock them because people will go in they cars anyway by breaking the windows. I would not recommend this place to anybody. And I learned that people cars have been broken into by one of their own driver that would not recommend anyone going there either.

Negative experience: I dropped of my car at around 8:30 am for tire replacement. I called at 2:47 pm to get a status update, and they haven’t even started to work on my car and will get to my car today. Called them again at 4:35 pm, then they told me that they were having a delay because of a shot down during the day. They also told me that my car might not get ready by today. Why wasn’t I informed about the shot down earlier?

Negative experience: I went to pick my car up after a week and a half and the contents of my glove box and center console were all over the floor and seat on the passenger side. Not only was it left a "mess" but MULTIPLE items and bags from my car were stolen. I called to complain and the only thing they had to say was "Yeah we have been having a problem with theft." No further help or concern at all. They were the only ones in possession of the car AND the only set of keys. I am extremely angry and frustrated knowing I will not be getting any of my items returned and they can continue to steal from customers.

Negative experience: Lost my truck, possibly stolen, story in development. BIG NOTE: lot is not protected, no fence open to anyone. Lot is watched by cameras but if there's too many cars they park on tasker street not covered by cameras Told me to file a police report, did not file one themselves as soon as they knew. Not up to AAA standard.

Negative experience: Trash I moved from California and had AAA there came to philadelphia not the same service AAA service isn't strong here. The AAA agent referred me to other insurance company rather then resign me up for AAA. Blew my mind

Negative experience: I came here to fix a flat tire, two days after getting the new tire it was flat. I went back to the store the same day I noticed and when I asked to get it replaced or a refund they said there was nothing they could do and that I should leave the store because they was closing soon even though they were 3 other customers in the store and online they were closing in an hour

Negative experience: Have taken my car here 2-3 times in a 2 month period. I have AAA roadside assistance so I get a free tow to this location when the car breaks down. It took almost a week for them to just look at my car. They then replaced my coolant tank with a “new” part, which ended up being a recycled used part with a hole in the side of it. It almost overheated by car a second time causing further damage. They then we’re not able to look at my car for almost a week a second time. Terrible service, terrible quality of maintenance, would not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I came here to get my out of state title and registration sorted, which I thought was going to be a nightmare. I was greeted and checked in almost immediately. They helped me figure out exactly what I needed. Kate in the Tag & Title department was friendly and to the point - which I always appreciate. She explained everything perfectly and I left with my new plates! Great service. Although I will say the parking lot was a little difficult to navigate.

Positive experience: The parking lot was jam packed with cars . The cars were parked in from in front of the entrance and threw out to the rear .I couldn't get in or out. I parked on a small block besides the building. But wen I walked in the staff member immediately called me to help. He sat me down and got my new information on my debit card. He provided me with new services they provide and got what I need fast. The place was organized the staff was plenty. My experience was good. They have there game faces on and there service was great. Other then the parking I had no issues no worries or no hassles.

Negative experience: Had my car towed to AAA by AAA first of all it took a long time for them to get back with me on exactly what was wrong with my car they kept saying they were calling my number and they were getting the wrong number but I have been calling myself and getting no results OK why I finally get the car back headed to back they said the car was not worth being fixed OK I respect that I had AAA tow it back on 18 March 2022 I get the car back I start the car and the catalytic converter has been cut from underneath the car this to happen at the AAA dealer unless the AAA driver pulled over to the side of the road and cut the catalytic converter off this car came back to me with no catalytic converter no that’s wrong don’t take your car to AAA it doesn’t seem like they have honest people working there with them and this was in Philadelphia 1601 Christopher Columbus Blvd. definitely don’t take your car there

Negative experience: Want to leave your car mechanic upset and with a bad feeling in your stomach? Glenn didn’t want to be bothered when I turned on my car “after repairs” an had an alert on my dashboard and said I didn’t want to leave the lot without it being fixed. With attitude, he told me that they couldn’t help me and to take it to the dealership after I just spent $500 at AAA. That was just the cherry on top. I originally called them to jump my battery. After they did that I was driving home and got stuck in the middle of the road (my original problem). They came and towed it and I didn’t hear from them for a few days. After going to get my car a week later they told me to call member services to try and get a refund for the fuze that the AAA guy damaged when he jumped my car. So now I’m trying to get my money back for a problem that they created. Do better Glenn and AAA team. I used to love AAA but you changed my mind.

Positive experience: Went here with my father to drop off my mom's car and the office was clean and people were friendly. First visit to this location, but you should also use if your in need of service. They were quick and to the point, no game's or scams. Will use them again.

Negative experience: The 23rd of January I had my Jeep tied to AAA, 2601 C.C. Blvd. Rec'ed my Jeep back 6 days and $2000 lighter and my Jeep is doing the SAME EXACT Thing!. What was $2 grand!!? Jeep keeps shutting off when I take my foot off the gas peddle. 6 days later I get a call that it's ready! Really!!?? I call 7:28am for a tow. They told me 9:30am it will be here. 10am comes an goes. I call back. Where's the tow truck. She puts me on hold for 5 minutes and gets back on the line and tells me it's another 2 hour wait. This is b*******.

Fantastic experience: Got a flat while visiting Philly, car was towed here after hours on Tuesday night. Even with having to order tires the car was good to go by 2:00 Wednesday afternoon.

Negative experience: I drove a tow truck had to go there today to pick up a car the parking lot was full the car that I wanted was buried it took them 45 minutes to unburry it so I loaded up on my flatbed and they were very ignorant and didn't want to help I will never get AAA or have AAA work on my vehicles

Fantastic experience: I am satisfied with the service I recieved when I called the AAA store on Columbus Blvd. Patrice assisted me with a membership and I appreciate Patrice knowledge and assistance in helping me acquire the plan I have! The auto parts employee gave me a number to have my Transmission checked out because they don't have that service, which saved me time from having to search myself! Fantastic experience: Hands down the nicest staff I've ever come across. The two women working the front when I got there (around 3pm on 11/18/21) could not have been nicer. They helped with everything I needed and were so friendly I didn't want to leave!
