One of the female employees treated me disrespectfully and unprofessionally, disrespecting me in front of a group of people. It felt like a reminder of why I left Cuba, the bad behavior of some 'badly employed' Cubans haunts us. This type of attitude shows a great lack of ethics, not only towards customers but also towards the business itself. Considering that we work a lot and spend our money at that agency, we wait in line for hours and accept that a 'NOBODY' comes to disrespect us due to her own disorganization, I cannot tolerate that. I find it unacceptable that in a place where good customer service is expected this type of behavior is allowed. For this reason, I have decided not to spend my money here again. I hope they take measures to ensure that other customers do not have to go through a similar situation.

Negative experience: I had very good treatment at the SW… but I have been waiting for the package in Cuba to arrive for 2 months and nothing!! I decided to contact the number I left in the photo and the person who attended me responded as if to get rid of me and didn’t answer ANY of my questions!! I was asked by text to rate my experience with customer service and I gave zero!! This led to me writing every day for 3 weeks and being COMPLETELY IGNORED!!!! In the end, I called another number I found and they didn’t solve anything for me but at least this girl was nice.

Negative experience: Cubamax at 132 SW 8th St is the worst place there is. The staff is terrible. Today I arrived at 5:00 PM and there were empty seats, but they called me at 5:58 PM in a very rude manner.

Negative experience: I don't like to give bad reviews, but I can't help it this time. I've been a Cubamax customer for a long time, and out of all their locations, this one is the worst! The WORST customer service I've ever received; the girl at the door tries to help but doesn't really do her job. First, she took a long time to bring me a box, and to top it off, she brought the smallest one knowing that I had a lot of packages. She doesn't know how to guide customers; she starts chatting with everyone at the same time but doesn't help, which causes many people to pile up inside the small store. She assumes the customer knows what to do. In short, a total disaster!!! I decided to leave and not waste any more time there. The Hialeah location is much more organized and has better service.

Positive experience: Honestly I would have gave a 5 star review for the atention they gave because it was good, but I have to give them a 3 star review because the price they have on the internet is different from the agency when you take a package the internet shows that 100 pounds : $149.00 plus $5.00 they charge for the box and at the agency its $200.00 dollars, my advice is for the agency is to update their prices on their website.

She questions everything you are going to send, and it's not the first time I've sent something from here. The girls in the store are super friendly, so customer service is unbeatable. They strictly adhere to the company's policies regarding allowed merchandise or not (much to my dismay, but it is fair) as well as prices, and overall compliance with the policies. (I know that other franchises are NOT COMPLYING WITH SUCH POLICIES). In my opinion, if you do not want to waste time, money, and want good service, this is the place you should go to. And if I have to 'raise the bar' a bit, these girls should be rewarded for their great work, they far exceed the performance of other franchises. Keep this in mind 'Franchisor'. Cheers.
