Each time we were happily greeted by the uber-knowledgeable Becky who processed our requests quickly, pleasantly and perfectly. The Auto Club remains one of the best values today for all that they offer for such a nominal fee. Batteries: Yes! Roadside Service Peace of Mind: Yes! Negative experience: Website sucks. Searched website for Global entry information. Info came up with oversized fonts and screen so can’t view entire information. If you want convenience in taking care of your car registration it’s great. Forget the website.

Fantastic experience: Both my sons came to this location and I requested the same teachers. One was Penny who was so knowledgeable and patient, and the other was Daniel because I needed a particular day and time, and my son really liked his demeanor as well. Its really good training and if you have AAA membership, it's a good deal. You can sign up for extra classes too, like night driving, though my sons both just did the basic required course

Positive experience: Great customer service, very helpful for DMV registration renewals, and there are many services such as life insurance, travel, theme park and movie theater ticket discounts.

This level of transparency made me feel valued as a customer and gave me complete peace of mind throughout the process. What really set this service apart, however, was my unique situation being overseas. Noelle helped me renew my International Driver’s license and processed it quickly. She really took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and tailored their service to fit those specific requirements. Negative experience: Very crowded. Had to see 2 different people for my business. They should check you in for 2 transactions rather than 1 & then require you to sign in with the 2nd. Wasted precious time.

Negative experience: I am no longer satisfied with AAA. I have been issued 3 AAA cards , PD 3 times in 6 months !!!!! We made 3 trips to two different offices in this area, it was not a good experience !!!!! Transferring from WA state after at least 30 yrs of memberships was beyond CA clerks to handle.

Fantastic experience: Okay I just became a member last year and my registrations to my tags they were six months overdue I'm so delinquent so I went to the to Triple-A to get my tags and was expecting to have to wait a while because it said you know because of the pandemic the lines will be longer blah blah blah blah you go in and I sign in with white people sitting at the friend before I even sat down they called my name and I had the tags in my head my head within seven minutes I was in and out of there the waiting room where you wait if you had to wait with cushy chairs and the people were fantastic I cannot believe the experience I had their I will always be a member to play place where I got my keys locked in my car the other day 4 minutes to cone to me unlock my car and so pleasant and funny was the triple a man. I am a hugh fan esp. Now anything they offer is always the real deal. Theres no hidden subliminal message somewhere in micro print that you could t see staying the clauses of what is required on ones self. Everything g about this place and every triple a is upfront the people are helpful. And when they say we will be there in five minutes u better believe they will be there. Triple AAA THE PLace where they offer the best benefits plus work with dmv no waiting for registration etc. The roadside asst. Is everything you could want. Plus they have a lot of discounts with other companies for tickets places hotels storage units, rental cars, buying cars, automotive maintenance, notary car ins. Hotel, major discounts when buying a car, prices that seem to real to be true well it is true, life insurance, smog cert., This is what they are and more. The yearly price to start 53 dollars then up grade to 83 which gives you free towing up to "100 miles ' Yes that's correct 100 miles . If you don't have this service what are you waiting for. There is no other business like this one. There's only one place one stop you will ever need forever and a day and its Triple AAA. ITS THE HIDDEN GEM

I had gone to the DMV the day before, and was turned away. AAA was so welcoming, and only having to wait just a fee minutes...I'm so grateful!!

Few people inside make it comfortable. There are deviders between staff. Wait time is high but results as usual are great for AAA

Every customer service personnel had been helpful, knowledgeable, and informative. Many activities related to car issues such as DMV service is serviced by them. They offer trip planning, and discounts to family outings, such as Disneyland. There is so much more that the club offers so my suggestion is to give them a call regarding their membership packages.
