Fantastic experience: Owen Was a great help and very patient . As I tried to keep up . He had so many great options for my trip to look at . I was able to sign in the VOA site and look at properties as he Suggested , different places. He was able to fit my request and budget. Outstanding

Fantastic experience: I was planning a once-in-a-lifetime trip, but the airfare was high, and the long delay layovers made me think VOA could do better overall, including maybe adding a stopover. Ethan was able to get me a much more reasonable fare AND a multi-night stayover... with hotel stay. And this was less expensive than just the flight alone would have cost me. This took multiple emails and text of planning, but we did it and I am very happy, looking forward to my trip.

Fantastic experience: As a new member of VOA, we had a lot of questions and some confusion on what VOA was and how it could help us. The VOA associate we dealt with, Maxwell Sterling, was extremely knowledgeable and patient dealing with us and addressing all of our questions and concerns. The Zoom meeting he arranged was great as he virtually showed us how to search for cruises, all-inclusive and resorts on the VOA web site. At the end of the conversation, we had a very good understanding of VOA and how to plan our vacations.

Fantastic experience: Jack Miles was very helpful in helping us coordinate our travel. He helped us to pick out a car insuring we had the correct type of car, the correct pickup and drop off times. He included a list of vehicles available along with pictures of each car. We then decided on two cars so then he sent me the details including the measurements! I felt very comfortable working with Jack and would love to work with him again!

Negative experience: We were really excited to become members at their Des Moines sales event. We we all in and playing the game for best deal when the closer stepped in and couldn’t show us and deal on destinations we are planning to travel to. He would only show us last minute deals on places we have very little desire to travel to. Seemed legitimate their closer just wouldn’t show us what we wanted and made it seem like it was us to original salesman. Liked its at 10k was in at 7K they came up with 4k best package and couldn’t show us real trips.

Fantastic experience: Adrian was wonderful!! We were on the phone for at least 30 minutes, with calls to other people. He stayed with me throughout the whole ordeal, and was finally able to get it all straightened out. Very nice, patient, and great customer service!!!! Fantastic experience: I was so excited when I made the decision to join VOA. As soon as I started dealing with them, I felt that I was not receiving what I had been promised and actually reached back to the company and requested a refund for my initial investment. Within minutes I heard back from Christopher Callahan. He convinced me that he would resolve any of my concerns and he did. Anytime I had a question or was unsure about what I was doing he immediately took action and MADE THINGS HAPPEN. He is an asset to your company, and he single handedly made me feel comfortable with my decision to continue my experience with VOA. After being a member for 4 days I have booked an Alaskan cruise, the hotel stays for it as well as hotels in other cities that I am going to visit. Fantastic experience: Great introduction call with Maxwell! I was really excited to see real price comparisons at top-notch hotels and resorts for a significant fraction of the cost online. I still need more time to play around on the membership portal and get to know the concierge services to give more insight to the membership, but so far so good.
