Negative experience: Absolute scam AAA is. Don't give you rates till after car is towed . Said it was covered . Failed to mention after 7 miles it would be outrageous. Then lied saying they would reimburse us . Just to find out they took all our money. Even after saying it was mess up on there end. Worst experience ever. Run!!

Positive experience: Was on the fence about keeping roadside assistance and renters insurance until I spoke with Evelyn. She was curt, cut me off while I was trying to explain things (4 times) and was not helpful in finding a solution for me (which I thought was her literal job). Last time I was here I had a wonderful experience with the chick in the corner office with lushes brown hair who always wears neutral colors...this time...naw, I'm done. not worth the aggravation of waiting in line then spoken to in a dismissive manner by someone wearing a hot pink top and weird beaded necklace (hot pink, Evelyn is not your color).
Negative experience: I personally didn’t have a great experience with purchasing insurance policies or using their travel agent. The whole experience was a big waste of time. They don’t offer their own insurance policies like other larger insurance companies. Their travel agents do not return calls or have the international travel experience that I requested. I would give them a zero if I could.

Negative experience: You guys told me !!!!! Tony toweling will pick me up or call and be here at 12:15pm now it’s 12:30pm how long you guys going to have me wait out in this excessive heat !!!! I’m calling you guys Aaa and you guys don’t want to pick my phone for what reason I wasn’t rude in the phone I was assertive. I’m very disappointed at least call me and say they canceled they don’t want to do it and find me someone else to do the job.
Positive experience: I used to love AAA back when they cared about their employees and customers. Now they only care about money. The workers have to go on stress leave so they don't go crazy. The company is setting goals that each employee has to meet every month or they will be punished or even fired. There is no sense of community anymore and the company is pinning every employee against each other for personal gain. It makes me sick. Nothing against the employees, they're doing what they have to to keep their jobs

Fantastic experience: Even though I was told incorrect DMV information by counter girl..... I shall assume she did not understand what I was asking. I broke it down with 3 examples. Nothing. Broke it down what she said and told her that was illegal because it was theft. 2 other workers were staring at her as if telling her, Shut your mouth,he is right! It is always quick and friendly here. Best place (and Kiosks) to do DMV transactions.

Negative experience: Carlos Cruz will expect you to pay for his mistakes instead of holding himself accountable and correcting the problems he creates. Be aware and beware.
Negative experience: Went to AAA to do a title transfer and got insurance while I was there . What a mistake. Unfortunately my insured trailer was stolen a week later and after there investigation told me they rescinded my insurance on the contents..WHAT.... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR INSURANCE.
Negative experience: I have still not heard a resolution from Carlos Cruz on my cancelation bill. I have only received one email that the issue is being looked into. That was 2-23-22 I think it has been more then enough time. I should not have to pay a cancelation fee for insurance that doesn't qualify for my state. Carlos should not have had me sign up if the insurance if it does not cover the state I live in.
Fantastic experience: Been a long time member! Went to register my auto. I was 20 days late..... Lol.. all because I can't see... the girl that helped me was nice and she was HOT!... Or at least she sounded hot. I can't see rt now! I asked my ex she said she was my type! Lol. Love AAA always quick no lines or a long wait like the DMV... I was DONE in less than 10 min. Ohhhhh the perks of being a member.. can't complain.

Negative experience: I went to AAA in Palm Springs to title and register a recently acquired travel trailer. I purposely waited until 1:30pm for lunch hour to be over. The receptionist directed me to the young man who handles DMV paperwork and his response was that he would be going to lunch in 5 minutes and I would have to come back in an hour Very poor customer service that I pay annually for and have for many years.

Negative experience: I'm 89 years old, I was next in line (sitting) and a young man took two men before me --- when I complained, he told me to sit back down. And a lady over there waved me to her , I went and she smiled and said,, "He's just like that."
Negative experience: Poor value for service. Triple A needs a more reasonable price for towing in tough situations. Not putting you in a tougher bind financially

Positive experience: Woman at the front desk was quite obviously menopausal or just hated her job. She was rude with glasses and middle aged. She wasn't specifically rude to me as to the woman behind me. Ridiculous people call that customer service.
Fantastic experience: Great service, quick and easy. Went a couple of weeks ago. There's a line (socially distanced) to get in . Everyone is masked. Someone asks you what you need and advises on what you have to have to get it done. You go in only when there is a rep ready to help you. You exit the building at the other end so you don't pass anyone on line.
Positive experience: The place opened at 1000 on a Saturday and there was a line. Great service, but let customers use the bathroom. I drove an hour. Have a heart.

Negative experience: It started when I was called.The lady rolled her eyes at me and she told me everything that I had done wrong.I left and came back when I was being help by another employee.The same lady was being rude to onother customer.The customer told employee that if she didn't want to work to go home.Im glad someone said something.

Negative experience: I went in to get auto insurance on three different vehicles and catch up on the registration on them but the lady at the counter said that their DMV services aren't available for those who have their auto insurance. As she put it "it doesn't mean anything to have AAA auto insurance you need to have their Auto Club membership to use their DMV services." Taking her advice that "AAA auto insurance doesn't mean anything" I will be going elsewhere to get meaningful auto insurance.
Negative experience: It has not even been a 1 star experience. It has been more like a 0 star experience. They dont take cash for DMV things and dont tell you why and magically my registration abd tags fee went up in the time that it Tom to get my car smogged so I have spent already around $500 and 500 hours of my life dealing with just getting my car registered. Never again will i come here for this
Fantastic experience: I like the new Coivid pandemic requirements setup. There are no more waiting seated, instead a six feet distance line. The DMV and other services now are more efficient than the way it was before.

Negative experience: The car insurance quote they gave me is more than 50 percent higher than what I got from one of the big insurance companies. Now they keep calling me, sometimes more than once a day. I was shocked at how high their premiums are. I will never even talk with a company that charges this much.

Fantastic experience: I've loved AAA my whole life they are definitely life savers when bad things happen to your car AAA comes to the rescue. If you weigh the cost of membership vs. all they offer and do for that little amount of yearly money, it's a hands down win and worth every penny of the membership fee.
Positive experience: I have to give them 4 starts. I really like and we use their services a lot. BECAUSE corporate hasn't changed the phone message and in January we had a time sensitive issue for a notary, the message told us to go to the AAA office. Got there and they turned us away because we didn't have an appointment. It took us many days to schedule a notary appointment. The reason we wanted to use that service is because we needed 6+ signatures notarized. We have a Premier membership so to get all the notarizing done it didn't cost us anything, but in the open market the charge would have been $15.00 a signature! I have been a member since 1987.
