Fantastic experience: This was a great experience, best AAA member services location I've been too.

Negative experience: I need a new battery but the annoying digital assistant did not give me the opportunity to say so. Now the driver will not have a new battery. Very annoying.

Negative experience: I have been a member for 50 years +. Now I run into a gate keeper to even enter. I phoned and was given a one hour wait time. Hire people and lose the gate keeper. I was shocked by bad manners and attitude. 1 of the now anonymous herd. Moooo!!

Negative experience: Not very helpful the last time I went in. Since then I’ve opted to just go to the DMV or notaries when I need related services.

Positive experience: Came in today to get tags for my Vehicle Sherry was sitting in the welcoming chair and was not friendly also the young lady behind the counter Amy does not like her job, it shows in he lack of customer service. Came back 2nd time needed to go get cash as you can only buy your tags with credit card check or cash so annoying. So Felicia was sitting in the welcome chair with a huge smile and super friendly Sara helped me with my tags, she had great customer service, friendly and professional. The difference was night and day. Sherry went on break first time I was there and instead of getting up and asking Sara to cover her seat, she yelled across the floor. Also make it make sense that you can't accept a debit card for registration tags. Hardly anyone carries cash or a check for that matter, not everyone wants to use credit cards!

Negative experience: Lisa Solis and Lucy Medina have had a massive negative impact on my life due to their lack of professionalism. They haven't taken care of my claim and are about to put me at great financial loss, not to mention that they never answer or return their calls. This has been the absolute worst experience, awful customer care, and i have always like AAA, but these two women are a disgrace for the brand. #firethem

Negative experience: We cancelled our auto insurance with them when we moved out of State. This was 12/14/2023. We called and told them. They’ve now charged us 248 again!! This is the second time!

Negative experience: Blonde girl in DMV department was with attitude and rude. Didn't really seem like she wanted to help. I Needed to do more transactions but she gave me a tired and over it look, and told me there was a limit to transactions per day per customer. SINCE WHEN? She urged me to just go online and do it, to get me out.

Negative experience: Who ever is in the front desk as soon as you walk in all I gotta say is be a little more caring when it comes to your clients. AAA is a joke of an insurance company. Thanks for actually making up my mind to leave this trash of a company.

Negative experience: The Supervisor Luc is unprofessional and should not be in customer service. He did not help me and was a jerk. Do not go here!!!

Negative experience: Left emails and message more times than I can count to Amanda and never gets back to me . My renewal car insurance went up extremely high and no one able to discuss why the price changed , also rental insurance . I guess when you initially get the membership they all want to talk to you and communicate but for renewal everyone is not available or just never reply to emails or call back . Bad customer service , disappointing .

Fantastic experience: Great driving school program. Very reasonable price specially if you get the 10 hour behind the wheel class. Great instructors.

Negative experience: What a joke. Sent my fiancé to get my registration done while we're at my parents' house. They refused to help since it's my car and not his. At our AAA in our town, they've been allowing him to take care of it, no problem. This AAA's response? "What they do is on them" ‍♀️ Great service guys, real top notch. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to go give my town's AAA 5 stars and a glowing review ✌️

Positive experience: Absolutely terrible service. I would NEVER insure with AAA after this experience. I was in an accident with their insured. It took quite a while for payment

Negative experience: Would give a zero if I could. Was not able to get a live local rep in Santa Clarita. You just go around and around and around in circles with their phone system. This is not the same AAA it once was. We are done doing business with you. Pass it on.

Negative experience: AAA is the horrible thing I ever used

Negative experience: 28 hrs later still no tow... Your better to just call and pay for your own tow AAA is not what it use to be. Save your money on this for when you need a tow I started this yesterday August yeah yesterday August 22nd at 6:45 a 5 AM. It is 8::45 AM on the 20 the 23rd period now they're telling me my toe is getting pushed even later They had called me and said they couldn't make it yesterday if they could do it at 8 AM in the morning well 8 AM came and went and they keep pushing their time back And when in 10 AM comes they're gonna tell me that there's more people in front of me and since I called before any of these people nobody cares they don't care about your vehicle hopefully it's not parked in the middle of the road where another car would hit it save your documentations documentations I have of all my phone calls my emails my texts and every reques I have never been treated so bad by a company I pay service for

Fantastic experience: It was quite fast, no waiting in line.

Negative experience: I had to use the service and it was the worst service I had ever got. I have been a member since 1977. From the time I got on the phone with Auto club till the time the towing company came was just terrible. I was trying to find the name of the auto shop I wanted it taken to and the person from Auto club was very rude and did not even pass it on to the towing company. I was in tears by the time I got to the towing company and they hung up on me. I told the towing company that Auto club was supposed to give it to you He said no and hung up on me. I'm an elderly woman and I was stuck out there trying to call back to the towing company that the Auto club sent me to. Who do they choose to tow the automobiles that I pay my yearly subscription to. This was the worst treatment I ever got. I'm thoroughly disgusted in the towing company and auto club.

Negative experience: They don’t take debit cards. Went through the whole process handed my card. Sorry don’t take them. Had to walk too the atm don’t wanna lose your spot. Limited parking. And the front lady just throws you things as I handed all paperwork and cards too her hands.

Fantastic experience: Awesome experience. From start to finish I was in and out in under 10 minutes to swap out license plates. Worth the price of membership alone.

Negative experience: Usually had good service here. But this time I went to have a few documents notarized. I was told that they only take appointments for document notarization. The problem is that the need was urgent. They wouldn't accommodate. Sad that I pay for service that I can't use.

Negative experience: Awaited to talk to somebody regarding the envy registration the person in line did not ask the form of payment turns out Triple A does not take debit because the DMV doesn't allow it which is stupid send me a message saying I'm not happy

Positive experience: A little overkill on the plastic barriers...everywhere!! AAA in Valencia has been my go to place for DMV services. No more will I ever go to DMV when AAA makes it so easy and have friendly staff there to help you. Also I'm planning a trip so I grabbed a tour guide book for the area. Even though it's all online there's nothing like having a old school book in your hand.

Fantastic experience: Roadway service is excellent! Never have to wait longer than 15 minutes in Valencia CA for roadside service. I like not having to go to DMV for tags and other services provided at AAA. Plus of course they have travel maps and travel agents for all your upcoming travel needs. Happy Travels. Will worth the annual fee.

I love trip-tics, especially when you were pre-internet & they would gather pages, each page folded open with places to see in this part of trip. Now internet makes them so easy. ☺️n☺️

Negative experience: My experience with this AAA office was horrible. BACKGROUND INFO: Last year I applied for a AAA membership to perform some DMV services (Out-Of-State Transfer of Title and new Title Application). We paid a lot of money to have our two vehicles registered in California. One vehicle was processed through the DMV and was registered, however we never received the California title in the mail even though the DMV has the correct address on file... So we had to order a duplicate title. The DMV attempted to process the other vehicle but they ran into a problem and sent it back to us via the mail through the AAA location. (The problem was that you can not process an Out-Of-State Transfer of Title for a rebuilt title car in the DMV). This is where the real issue started, we never received all of our paperwork back from AAA when they sent it by mail. So now all of our paperwork is lost in the mail due to the incorrect address on the piece of mail (Title, Car Inspection Form, Smog Check, and everything else). To prelude this next part... AAA copies everything that they send in the mail and they were able to give me the copies. I did my own investigation and saw that the issue was that they failed to put my apartment number on the letterhead... I went to AAA to tell them why we never received it and ask for a refund or something to help us get all of those documents back since I was not the one who lost it in the mail. At this time I experienced some of the worst customer service in my life. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE: My first visit they recommended that I talk to the manager (NOT THE REGIONAL MANAGER, THE ASSISTANT MANAGER), he said to obtain a new rebuilt title from my home state so that they can complete the transfer of title at the DMV and then to come back in when I received the new title and "he would figure something out" his reasoning for having us come back is because the regional manager was not in office. I assumed that they would help us financially and try to make it right for us since they made a mistake so I got a duplicate title for $70 (title+priority shipping) and came back to the AAA office. At that point they told me that they cant do anything because my registration card says the correct address and that they mail everything using the address on the registration card. I tried to show them that they sent it to the wrong address and that I'm paying for duplicate titles on both cars because of their problem and they did not care. They pushed my problems aside and said that they are not liable for it even though they MAILED THE LETTER! I have all of the paperwork that says they shipped it to the wrong address and lost my items but logical explanations do not work with them. They were very rude and not helpful in the slightest. I do not recommend this location and honestly I don't recommend the company as a whole since the managers were rude and not helpful in the slightest. I cancelled my membership and am very sad to say that AAA has changed from the company they used to be. I do not recommend them because when issues arise they will not support you and will try to save their own reputation... I can post the photos of the documents later but I feel it would compromise my personal information. If anyone needs proof I could probably provide it.

Negative experience: Called the Valencia , Ca office had to listen to the automated message system. Then was put on hold for 30 minutes, once a live person answered I asked if the notary was working in the office today. She asked me what office I said Valencia and she said she would transfer me to the Valencia. I said I called the Valencia office and she said she was in the national office. Then hung up on me. How unprofessional !!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was in and out on less than 10 minutes. Renewed my registration, surrendered a set of license plates and got some answers about getting a passport for traveling. THAT is why I've been doing business with them for over 50 years. All on a Saturday morning.

Fantastic experience: I went here for driving school with AAA and can I say it was a great experience. The teacher was phenomenal and I actually learned a lot! If you have any kids, and you’re not sure which way to go with teaching them to drive, go to Triple A. While you’re at it, get their car insurance! Just an overall awesome company and I’m glad my parents and their parents became members.
