Negative experience: I had an appointment to discuss travel plans by rail with an agent and arrived at the AAA Office and was told they didn't have me scheduled. VERY DISAPPOINTING...WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!

Negative experience: The worst!! Not that the other locations nationwide are any better. As a member for over the last 30+ years, I have experience the best and now the despicable "services" provided using the pandemic excuse. From an average of 4+ hours emergency roadside assistance, to the lack of supplies such as maps and Trip tickets that never arrived. The only thing that they are good at, is to remind you multiple times that membership payment is due. Not longer recommend it!

Negative experience: I would never never use AAA for any travel stuff. They need more training... I wish I could leave no Stars.....

Negative experience: 3 times I called AAA and had to wait over five hour, im 70 yr old and my patient's low, we pay more money for poor services. AAA been around for ever, used to give great service, now I want to go on something else .AAA suck.

Negative experience: My wife and I were in an accident that was deemed zero fault of ours while under AAA Insurance in 2022. We were treated by multiple claims service representatives like we were at fault and made the process very difficult and uncomfortable. Today we ended our AAA membership because they did not email a notice of the membership renewal to the email nor any email on file. The transaction was made based on an annual renewal that originated 2 years ago. We chose not to renew this year because our cards say membership good thru 2025. They took 2 payments of $65.84 which was inflated from previous years, therefore shouldn't it need reauthorization from the member? Poor customer service and down right thievery. Never again.

Negative experience: I've been a member for 47 years and have used my membership for a variety of services. My most recent experience with the manchester office was less than good. I asked for maps/triptiks to California I explained to the representative what I needed in detail and what I received from them was confusing and not what I have come to expect from AAA. If they weren't sure or needed more information from me about my trip I wished they had asked. Pretty much I have maps that are not useful.

Fantastic experience: I had my wallet stolen and needed a duplicate license- the staff at this location were wonderful and helpful and quick - it made the start of an unbearable process of replacing everything a little better - will always use the Manchester location- and thanks to the staff there!

Negative experience: Do not use A A A cancel your membership my btothers car broke down called at 9:00 have beeb wsiting 5 hours for them every time they call they say someone will be there in a hour! New estimate is for 3:00 which would be 6 hours wait imagine a 16 year old girl standing in the cold for 6 hours with all the nut cakes out there

Negative experience: Today I met with Thony Mitchell at the Manchester location, very nice and polite and was trying to help me with our trip South but kept having computer issues to do the TripTik. He asked his manager for assistance who tried to help but the manager was more worried about the line forming at the door. The manager was not helpful at all I think he needs customer service training. He needed to realize that I also stood in line and he should not rush through my service just because there was a line of other customers waiting. Every customer deserves time for whatever they came in for. As a long term customer I expected better service then I received.

Fantastic experience: I went here to get my verified license. The line was short for noon, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I've been here when the line was long and it went pretty quickly. So much better than spending the day at DMV.

Negative experience: I didn't get the help from them that I had hoped...I was on hold for awhile and then they give you the option to get a call back. Its very hard to get a real,live person to get on the phone...when i finally did,2 hours later,they were helpful and I was satisfied with that part but the phone call in was brutal!

Fantastic experience: Didn’t expect it but they have great customer service! I intentionally bring all my clients to this location when they lose their identification. I brought in my homeless client that had the bare minimum of what was needed to get her id. They walked us through everything what we needed. We came back and the wait was not long at all. To eliminate too many people in the waiting room I felt the need wait in the car. I them since I wasn’t getting service waited in the car. The allowed my client to come outside and get me when it was time to pay. I have been treated the same with every new client I bring. Don’t change guys! Keep being amazing!

Negative experience: Forget getting any help late at night. Numerous times they left me stuck on the side of the road all night.

Positive experience: I was kind of left without a choice since DMV didn't process my online request for a DL renewal, I had 3 days before my DL expired and made an appointment with AAA. They automatically charge an $8.00 convenience fee. Total time from start to finish about 20 minutes so that was good. The girl that checked me in didn't seem in the mood for customers that morning, very cold, not very responsive. That's why I gave it a 3.

Negative experience: Was given a 55 minute wait time at 2am, did not get a call from them with an eta of 7:55 am until after 7 this morning. Companies with such high demand should be more reliable than this. Never waste your time with them

Fantastic experience: I had to renew my license. You have to call and make an appointment. I got mine the same day. The process was quick. They give you a paper copy and dmv sends you your license in the mail. I believe I was in and out in less than 15 minutes.

Positive experience: AAA is a great service overall and registering with a local branch helped me out quicker. Read the fine print regarding the RV service in the new England district. Half of New England doesn't qualify for the RV towing service but everything else is pretty decent.

Used AAA several times recently, Tow Drivers all arrived quickly, service was performed accurately and had great customer care skills, genuinely concerned with the customers well-being . Well worth the $$$. JOIN for peace of mind.
