Fantastic experience: Our agent was Katie and she did an amazing job on organizing and planning our week long family trip in FL. She was always there to answer any questions and got back with us in a timely matter. She was able to book all our tickets except for plane and car rental. Fantastic experience: Lisa Liptak was our travel agent, and she did an absolutely amazing job of coordinating our various flights needed to visit the National Park in American Samoa, and then travel on to Australia. She booked rooms for us at great hotels in American Samoa, Samoa, and Sydney, and also booked tours in Sydney. Everything went without a hitch during our entire trip! It was truly an amazing trip! (I think she also ordered the perfect weather we had, lol!) Thank you, Lisa!

Fantastic experience: Melinda is the absolute best!! We booked our first cruise with her in march and as soon as we got off booked this one for December to include our kids and before we even went on this one she found us an amazing deal for Dec 2025 so of course we had to book that!! She is always so helpful day or night! It’s just like talking and laughing with an old friend!

Fantastic experience: St Vincent: Very nice resort generally. One hour drive from airport to hotel. Food was great. Mini bar was great. Swim out Room was disappointing because there is a glass wall between bathroom and bedroom so if you turned on the bathroom light at night the entire bedroom lit up. Resort bars great. Pool bar terrible. Poor selection of drinks. 20 minute wait to get a drink. Pools were not clean. No electrical outlet in bathroom was strange. People were extremely nice and accommodating. Overall resort had a lot of bad concrete work. Pool edges were chipped. The swim out pool tile was falling off past the infinity edge. Whole resort could use a paint job. The place looks like it will fall apart in ten years. Go to Curaçao or Grenada if possible

Fantastic experience: I recently traveled to Turks and Caicos. Ashley Maner took care of finding this trip for me. It was perfect!!!! I was with my daughter and 2 granddaughters. Everything was so easy. Our rental car pickup was easy and the car was ready and waiting. Everything about our resort was wonderful. She chose the perfect place ! The travel tips and packing guide were most helpful. Especially having pens on the plane for papers to fill out! I’m so glad I followed the suggestions. Turks and Caicos is paradise and Ashley is a wonderful person to work with. I can not wait to to go again!!!

Carol did an excellent job of booking our Disney accommodations, park passes and dining reservations. Carol was very Disney savvy. Even while we were there she checked in on us, had helpful tips and suggestions and helped us move to a new resort because of the hurricane. I am usually really into booking every single detail that goes into traveling but have been way too caught up with working and Kristy has been amazing picking up my slack! This was our first Walt Disney World trip as a family and my two daughters were over the moon for the whole week. none of this wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for the meticulous planning and instructions of Michelle Soto of how to navigate Walt Disney World, the app, the transportation system, and the resorts. Our trip was seamless and perfect from front to back. Michele has helped us in the past with a non-disney vacation and did such an amazing job and this trip has exceeded every expectation I ever could have. I highly recommend Michele for any vacation you might need. A lot of people say that when they come home from vacation, that they feel like they need another vacation. Fantastic experience: My wife and I had never been to an All-Inclusive resort before so we were clueless on where to start with trying to book one. We ended up coming across Traveluxe and used them to book our Honeymoon and we couldn't be happier with the experience we received from them. Kerilyn Gatto was the travel agent that we worked with that went above and beyond for us. She was able to offer a ton of suggestions to help direct us to different resorts as she's personally gone to them to get a feel for them. She answered all our questions and provided a ton of information to ensure we felt confident and comfortable when traveling and while we were at the resort. Negative experience: I feel that you did not give us all the information that you could have for this trip. We did have an amazing time, but we both feel like you could have given us more information on car rentals, and you were not always available when we needed you.
