Negative experience: Wait time is ridiculous! I came in the middle of day, it was Gus a few people. They told me it will be 10 minutes and it was an hour

Fantastic experience: Jesus Loredo arrived extremely fast to help me with my flat tire. He knew exactly how to help me and gave me the best course of action to take for my tire. He was so nice and patient that I took the time to make this review.

Fantastic experience: I've gone in multiple times. Transfer, title, registration and moving day permits. The lady that helps me out is always really quick informative and she always has a big smile. 100% better then the DMV

Negative experience: Ridiculous….i don’t mind waiting but for the dmv services you have to stand in line. Then the two guys at the front were jerks and told me “this is the process” the dmv guy said “you have to check in” which I said “yes I already did that”….. and was in that line to go to another line to wait 20+ minutes for him to finish one person. It’s not the wait, it’s just ridiculous to make people stand there when they already have your name and can call you while you are waiting sitting down. Even the crummy DMV lets you sit down after you check in. I guess this Triple A of Fullerton (on Harbor) is worse than the DMV….which is an extremely LOW BAR!! Great job triple A of Fullerton, you have made the DMV look good

Negative experience: They will quote you very low on your car and homeowners insurance. Three months later they will come back at you and increase your policy for no reason even if you didn't have any claims on your home homeowners insurance by far as the most expensive with AAA and forced to buy their membership.

Negative experience: My daughter walked in at this AAA in FULERTON CA.to renew her car registration.they didnt look or asked for documentation and said thats what you do at the dmv we dont do that here

Negative experience: Would be 0 stars if I could. Driver Training here is awe-inspiringly horrendous. Cannot get an appointment in less than 3 weeks. Can only make 2 appointments at one time. Scheduling system then screwed up two appointments. Paperwork screwed up one more. Now instructor does not want to drive with someone who wears glasses, but doesn't have a Dr. note attached to their permit. My kid took the Dr note to the DMV. DMV made them take the eye test anyway and passed them. So according to the DMV they don't need a note. Teacher stopped the lesson 30 minutes in and offered a refund. This was the 6th trip to the AAA in 5 months. My kid is partway thru lesson 2 in the curriculum because the three times they actually drove, the teacher has stopped the lessons before they went further. Then the teacher came to the car and told me to spend more time driving with them. So why should I pay AAA? #refund

Negative experience: Not a great place to Register a Vehicle you get the job done better at a DMV its worth the wait at the DMV,Knowing most of the Staff at AAA are misinformed and cannot answer questions that i have asked.They aslo give misinformation

Negative experience: Slow, slow, slow. I had forgotten how slow this office was maybe because I stopped going there for anything because it was so slow.

Negative experience: Don’t go here for any travel needs. Late last year we were planning a huge trip to Greece & Italy for a wedding. Met with a travel agent, who was so nice at first, but once I said not everyone in our group was vaccinated her entire demeanor changed. I can’t control, nor will I judge other people's choices but she sure did. Not only did her demeanor change but she completely ghosted us. We figured it out via Costco's agency and had the trip of a lifetime. Your loss AAA. I love AAA and have booked several euro trips with an agent, my biz is with Costco now.

Fantastic experience: Having a membership w/ AAA has been so convenient, with accessable customer care agents at your side, and of course, towing services being readily available in times of need. Very courteous dispatchers whom care about your safety (and for what it's worth, friendly and professional tow truck drivers). With regards to my most recent experience, SERGIO whom was dispatched out of a local Fullerton tow yard was polite and handled my requests for me with ease and no hesitance. I appreciate all the efforts from the employees and contracted tow companies whenever I call in. 5 stars

Negative experience: Really inconsiderate experience today. They argued that since my trailer was registered to my business that they couldn’t “handle fleets” even though it’s a personal use trailer. Frankly the teller just wanted to move through the waiting room (which I sat in longer than I could have if it just set a v appointment) It’s sad that the dmv is now more tech savvy and efficient than the private market. How the tides have turned. Ps: even management was called over and failed to reconcile the situation

Fantastic experience: I have been a AAA member for 10 years and I truly enjoy the benefits. I often visit this location for all of my DMV needs from registration to duplicate titles. I recently visited to take passport pictures for my renewal. An agent named Lawrie was quite informative about all of the latest laws regarding passports. He was witty and friendly during our conversation. I usually tend to wait 10 minutes or less to be assisted and they have a great staff!

Fantastic experience: I came in around 30 minutes before closing today to try and lower my monthly payment. John Craine was very kind as I don’t know much about insurance or what liabilities mean when it comes to policies, etc. He was patient and informative even though I kept him 20 minutes past 5. Thank you very much, Mr. Craine for your helpfulness!

Negative experience: 0 STARS more appropriate. Needed road side service for flat tire. Service NO SHOWED. Family member had to change tire and auto sustained damage. Called to complain with customer service and talked to 3 different agents with faulty phone connection. Finally, I was told they would get back to me in 3-5 days depending on complaint volume. ABSOLUTELY the worst customer experience. DEPLORABLE COMPANY. THINK AGAIN before doing business with this company

Positive experience: Nice location. Called AAA to see if I could make an appointment and they don't take appointments. The lady was like "you can just walk in" but she should have said "you can ONLY walk in". At least the staff in the actual office was nice.

Fantastic experience: Full service. Friendly service. Couldn't ask for better. Took some checks that an elderly relative received over a year ago because of the pandemic and had not gotten them to the bank. They took them and sent new ones. Also spent a good 30 minutes on the phone with a rep exploring discounts and other changes to reduce auto rates.

Negative experience: NO STARS FOR YOU AAA. Sucked this time around, I went to pay for my bike tags and they asked me how I was going to pay so I said card, and the told me that I can't pay with my debit card that I have to pay with a credit card and to do that they would have to charge me an extra 2.5 percent of whatever the amount I'm charging on it, and when I questioned that the clerk started to raise his voice at me, so I left and came back with cash, so not good, the inconvenience and the fact that on top of paying for the service they try undermine you and get mad if you push back, very disappointing, shame on you AAA

Negative experience: I went in this morning to straighten out my automatic pay method. The lady that was helping me was SUPER RUDE and very unhappy about her crappie, going nowhere job. I will be moving my Home, 3 Car's, EQ and life insurance tomorrow.

Fantastic experience: I've been there 5 times this year for Notary Sevices. Very Reasonable costs, depending your Membership Level, # of signitures. Highly efficient, polite, highly respectful. Height of Covid, less staff, longest waiting time, over an hour. Less now, but maybe depending time of day!!

If you just hire someone to clean the toilets and the bathrooms that would be no problem whatsoever. It said that you book a lender and don't have the convenience for your customers.
