Fantastic experience: Superb company. Well worth the money invested. The vacation packages have forced me to get the family out for the summer, including 3-4 day holidays. We have stayed in many vacation areas all along the east coast; we have never run into any "bad" accommodations. If you're an annual Florida visitor, this is the best bang for your buck in terms of lodging in Orlando/Kissimmee.

Fantastic experience: The cabin was fantastic. We loved the fireplace and the spacious living area. Very comfortable beds.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful time, staff and property. Love the amenities on the property, also close shopping and restaurants near the resort. Definitely will go back.

Fantastic experience: Our unit was large and very clean however the pool was uncomfortably cold. Service during booking was great.

Negative experience: If anyone treys to use this network pleas don't. They are completely a scam they cancel our reservation after a week and not find any other solutions for you. When you make a reservation they take your money right away when they cancel your reservation they take 30-60 days to refund your money. Their costumer service is very poor also they increase my service fee charges with out announcing. Totally a scam avoid using them.

Positive experience: Location was great room was clean and staff helpful. Restaurants nearby beach right out front and private section belonging to the hotel. Great pools next to each other. Would have given 4.5 but couldn't.

Fantastic experience: This is a beautiful hotel. The room had everything including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. The staff couldn’t be more polite. This is one very happy go lucky city. Anything goes, while it seems surprisingly very safe.

Positive experience: Great location to downtown Nashville. Units would sleep 12, however the bathroom situations really only suits up to 6 people. Master bedroom= great bathroom, walk in shower, Bedroom 2 = ordinary bathroom, tub/shower. Basement bedroom = walk in shower and very very small sink. No where for toiletries. Guest bathroom same very very small sink. 4th bedroom has to use one of the other showers.

Fantastic experience: Loved the location and the service of Paradise Island. They were very accommodating with extra daily guests and with extra supplies. Very clean and quiet. Thank you travel advantage network for the quality of resorts you offer.

Fantastic experience: Beach Lofts is my favorite TAN property to date. It is driving distance from my home in Northern Virginia and steps from the Oceanfront and boardwalk activities. The unit is spacious and well appointed. It's home away from home for me.

Fantastic experience: What a fabulous stay at Safety Harbor Resort and Spa. We loved the fact that the healing mineral waters were throughout the entire resort! The staff was very efficient and professional. We will definitely return!

Fantastic experience: Villa's of Sedona Arizona exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay there again. Our Villa was absolutely beautiful & clean. I could go on but there's not enough room in the comment space

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful Las Vegas trip I just came back from! It was so much fun and the room and VIEW were amazing. Looking out at the Sphere changing visuals every few minutes was awesome. The Polo Towers Suites by Hilton was a great experience. Fantastic experience: Great condo, very clean and spacious. Huge pool, 5 min walk to the Pacific Ocean beach. Walking distance to many good restaurants.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful establishment. Staff on all levels were friendly and professional. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Was able to do what we both like. Beach 11 miles away and the casino was 30 minutes away. Would definitely go back for a visit.

Fantastic experience: Very nice facilities just 3 miles out of town. There is a large indoor pool and hot tub, and a large outdoor pool. Located just 15 minutes from the historic district and 5+ minutes to numerous restaurants. One thing to consider, there are no elevators in the condos.

Fantastic experience: Stayed at the Sea Palace in St. Maarten. Place is very nice and the location is right on the beach. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rasheed was awesome!

Fantastic experience: The kitchen had all the accessories we needed to make ourselves at home and the unit was roomy with a great view of the lake from the balcony. The staff was helpful and friendly, resolving any concerns we had. For anyone who wants a quiet, simple vacation spot, this resort provides that.

Negative experience: We bought 16 weeks in 2003. We had nothing but good things to say, and enjoyed several great vacations. One of the best things we ever done. THEN, all of a sudden they sold us to Global Connections without notifying us and without our knowledge or permission. Now we can’t hardly find any of the nice places we were going to with TAN. Global Connections does not have many of the places we were going to, and their excess inventory is a joke for the most part. Bad businesses! Thanks for answering. This makes sense, unfortunately this was not communicated to us at the time. We have been in the dark since it happened. Thanks for clearing it up even though it doesn’t help with the fact that we don’t have access to a lot of the properties that we had.

Positive experience: The facility was very clean and well-kept. However, the furniture was outdated. The beach location was perfect and enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.

Positive experience: Beautiful scenery nice amenities. Rooms were huge and beds were especially comfortable. The only downside was that the hotel does show its age somewhat, and the rooms are not very well lit. There are just a few, dim, older lights. At night it is hard to read, even when sitting right next to one of the few lights.

Fantastic experience: We've been members for over 26 years. We use it for most of our travel needs. Now the kids are taking their kids.

Negative experience: I have had this account since 2014 and have used it twice. Not the best cleanest vacation experience both times. This year my fees went from low $100 to $446 without any notice. If I am not using my account why are my fees going up to pay HOA and other maintenance fees. I understand if the rates go up for those that are using their vacation package but it makes no sense for me to pay this fee when I am not using it. My suggestion GET YOURSELF AN AIRBNB! I called and was told that legally they do not need to let me know of the increase and that I just have to pay it (very unprofessional).

Fantastic experience: Moloka’i Hotel is a quiet place with the best restaurant on the island. Best staff I have encountered, and a great island tour guide-Gordan.

Positive experience: We have been customers of TAN for more than 20 years. Customer service has I always been great and can’t beat their vacation prices.

Fantastic experience: Liki Tiki is an extremely well kept and well run resort. The pools are all heated; even the water park pool. Chairs and towels are provided. The layout of the resort is comfortable. Very relaxing resort. Amenities were great; water park, peddle boats, two-some and quad, four wheel bicycles were fun, shuffle board, ping-pong, and mini golf.

Fantastic experience: My Husband and I enjoyed the condo in Dunes of Panama City, very clean, roomy, close to beach, we were on 4th floor beauriful view...workers all very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Prince Resort offers hot tubs, a lazy river and pool. But who needs those with a beach right across the street? The rooms are spacious, the balcony wonderful, and the locale is in a quiet neighborhood

Positive experience: ALL of the places that I have stayed in were BEAUTIFUL. Just like me, the customer service is not always perfect. Still, TAN did finally come around an correct a billing situation from my last vacation.

Positive experience: I've been a member for almost 20 years. I've had both good and bad stays. They recently made a change where I'd have to pay more in order to use the online booking service. Booking went from easy... to annoying.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time at the Beach Club of Montego Inn, so close to the beach and everything that we needed was there. So overall it was a great stay.

Fantastic experience: Our family had a great time at Lost Key at Perdido Key! We had a clean and gorgeous place to stay located near the pool and fitness facility. The gorgeous ocean with soft, white sand that did not get hot was just a phone call and short bus trip away! The Beach Club and pool overlooked the mesmerizing Gulf waters and everything was conveniently located including the restaurants, grocery stores and other cities. Negative experience: My mother has a membership with this travel advantage. We booked a vacation at the beautiful grand palladium Jamaica resort. The agent she booked with did not tell her that their was an 3,889 fee we’d have to pay when we got here. The fee that was paid thru the agency was only to book the room and did not include the hotels all inclusive fee. So when we got here we had to pay almost 4k extra. If my mother would have known about the extra fee we would have not came. The communication is off with this company and she will be canceling her membership asap.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful area. Visited the Grand Canyon and surrounding attractions. All within hours drive. Would recommend this location highly! Accommodations were fabulous. Great food! Would recommend Sound Bites Grill for an entertaining evening! Took Vortex Meditation Tour.Such a relaxing end to our trip.

Fantastic experience: TAN has properties across the entire country. We travel over the entire country, with lots of places left to explore, From hiking in Sedona, Arizona to fishing in Port St Lucie, FL to Lighthouse tours in Maine!!!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I spent a week at the Sea Palace in St Martin and had the best time. The resort staff were amazing with any questions we had. The resort was right on the beach and so close to shops and restaurants. Very highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: It's like the Sam's Club of vacation packages. You can get 32 weeks of vacation around the world at different resorts for as little as $500 a trip. All you need to worry about is air fare and food. If you need help they can do that also. They also have all inclusive deals which include everything. You can take multiple people without paying extra for person unless you need a bigger room which they can help you with. Don't have money for such a large plan? Talk to them! You can work out 13 week plans or less. The weeks never run out. I originally bought a 13 week package 4 years ago while they were with Plan With Tan and am just beginning to use the vacations. All of my weeks are still available. Have a son, daughter, or parent getting married or needs a vacation? It makes a great gift! Want a getaway with your friends? Select the place. You have the reservations set. Awesome way to save on years of travel!

Fantastic experience: Great, peaceful and relaxing location with friendly staff. The dining area by the water is a great spot for a sunset dinner.

Fantastic experience: I have had a vacation package with them for several years now. I love it. I can travel for a week, at tons of different locations, and never spend more than $600. I use them at least twice a year. I can also gift a trip to family and friends.

Negative experience: Paid and still paying thousands of dollars to TAN and you still have to pay excessive resort fees to travel abroad. We had TAN for over 8 years and have taken 4 trips. Not worth the money. PLEASE do your research first!!

Fantastic experience: UPDATED AFTER SPEAking to LaKindra: I was contacted by LaKindra and she said she was sorry I had to deal with an operator that didn’t understand my situation with the vouchers. LaKindra guaranteed me the notes are in my file and it won’t happen next year!! She said she’d handle it for me if it does. LaKindra has helped me in the past and has always gone out of her way to help keep us happy. Thank you LaKindra Upgraded our pkg to VIP with an upfront $4,000.00 cost in 2020. At the time we upgraded TAN gave us 5 years of $200 vouchers we could put against our annual premium so they would stay the same for at least 5 years. After the 1st year was over TAN didn’t want to honor them !!!! It took weeks and many phone calls with me sending them proof !! It was a real joke! After tan acknowledged the vouchers were good they came out with another promotion that if you paid 2 or 3 years you’d get a 20% discount / so I called again and got bounced around!!! NOPE - can’t do the discount with the vouchers. I so regret upgrading and the worse part about the program is they just became dog friendly with a couple places and the dog can only weigh 25 pounds we’ve stayed in a few of the places that I wouldn’t of let our 85 pound dog stay in. We’d like to use the weeks more often - but don’t like leaving our Golden Retriever home…

Fantastic experience: No problems. Tan has taken care of any problems that has ever arrived. I have been a member since 2005. With over 25 Vacations. That is a pretty good record.

Positive experience: I have been a TAN member for a long time. At first it was awesome but over time TAN was unable to meet my vacation needs with limited properties most likely lost to Airbnb etc.

Negative experience: Worse decisions my husband and I ever made. Save yourself the headache and the money. Every property I’ve been to is DISGUSTING. Customer service is RUDE. Website is messy. I have weeks remaining that never get used bc it’s not worth the hassle. I try not to regret things in life but this is a major regret.

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I had an awesome time at Hotel Vinache in New Orleans celebrating her "Golden" birthday, where she turned 22 on the 22nd & in 2022. Our vacation was fun-filled with walks on Bourbon St. & throughout the entire "French Quarter," riding the trolley's uptown, downtown & all around to sight-see many of the historical homes, businesses, universities, & the Caesars Superdome. We also enjoyed an educational Swamp tour with the alligators and in saving the best for last, we absolutely enjoyed fine & cultural dining at Cafe Beignet on Canal, Mambos on Bourbon, Carre Restaurant & Bar on Decatur, Willie Mae's Scotch House Restaurant (famous fried chicken) on St. Ann St., We Dat's Chicken & Shrimp on Canal, Voodoo Cjhicken & Daquiris, & Blackenese Soul Food Truck (shrimp tacos) in front of Harrah's Casino. In all, our New Orleans experience, via Travel Advantage, was truly a great time. We met wonderful tourists and awesome residents, who shared so much history and culture & we were surrounded by professional as well as raw, eccentric & fun entertainment. I hadn't been to "Nawleans" for over 30 years and I am so content that I was able to revisit and afford my daughter her 1st experience there with me!!!...smile

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since 2018 and have been on 4 vacations. Never had a problem booking. If I need to cancel because I buy V.A.P. I don't loose my money or my week. This year we went to Williamsburg, Virginia a short drive from the beaches at Hampton, Virginia. We have been to Myrtle Beach & to Ocean City.

Fantastic experience: The prince resort was well taken care of, very clean, actually very spacious too. The balcony overlooked the ocean I couldn’t ask for anything else. We had a wonderful experience and Prince resorts in North Myrtle Beach.

Fantastic experience: The stars of the show in St Lucia, and especially at the Bay Garden Hotel, is the attitude of the people. It is more than just being trained to be efficient and doing a good job, the staff at the property, and in fact for most St Lucians we met, had a genuine interest in ensuring that we enjoyed our visit and loved the island. Friendly, kind, and considerate people always tops my list of "must haves" on a vacation and makes me want to return.

Fantastic experience: Our recent stay through TAN at the Barefoot Resort in North Myrtle Beach was great! We loved the condo and the location. The check-in/check-out process was seamless. Any questions or concerns that we had got an almost immediate response from TAN customer service via text message. They met met all of our lodging needs. The hot water went out while we were there and TAN responded immediately with on-call maintenance. Kevin came out two times in one day and made sure that we had our hot water asap. Big shout out to Kevin- Thank you so much for your excellent maintenance service! We are booking the same resort through TAN for next summer. Can’t wait!

Fantastic experience: Woodfield Inn is a warm touch of the past with all the amenities of the present. The staff is incredible and the rooms are amazing. Theresa and Joan are the best! We enjoyed the pool and waterfall everyday!! We didn’t need to go anywhere else, but if we wanted to Mount Airy casino or Camelback adventures are very close. The Frogtown Chophouse was a bonus.

Fantastic experience: Nickerson at Sebago Lake, Sebago, Maine was a beautiful relaxing stay. Everything you need, except air conditioning, however, several days we're pretty cool.

Positive experience: Barefoot resort in Myrtle Beach was a nice condo in a golf resort. Needs some upgrades to washer and dryer but conveniently placed near attraction and restaurants. TAN has been hit and miss for certain locations but generally has their resorts in good locations for the family.

Fantastic experience: Hilton Head Beach and Tennis resort was very enjoyable.We loved the beach and swimming pool. Excellent restaurants within 5 miles. We had 11 people in our party from ages 3 to 72 and everyone had a wonderful time.

Positive experience: Our family truly enjoyed our week-long stay at the Villas of Island Club. We were impressed by the layout of the property and the amenities. Additionally, Customer Service reps were available to answer any questions we had. Lastly, the check-in and check-out process was seamless.

Fantastic experience: The Westin at Cape Coral Marina was the most beautiful resort we’ve ever stayed at! Our room was fantastic and the ability to take a short boat ride to Fort Myers Beach was so convenient!

Fantastic experience: Accomodations we're fine at Woodfield Manor in the Poconos. They honored a request for ground floor unit because of my husband which was extremely important as he cannot climb steps. The cabin was clean and tucked near trees. There was even a gas grill right outside our door, which we did use one night. It's close to shopping and some great winery's! I'd like to go back when the pool is opened as it looks like a very nice pool area.

Positive experience: Great facility, with great staff, especially at the Sassy Bass Restaurant on site, However TAN did not disclose that many parts of the facility were under repair due to hurricane damage, and therefore closed until AFTER I booked the reservation. I would have probably booked another location had I known this.

Fantastic experience: Perfect location for these cabins, everything is pretty much in walking distance and the forest is a short drive away. The staff services we're excellent. I highly recommend these cabins to all clients/employees, I will definitely be booking again. I had a wonderful time and an amazing experience. Pigeon Forge, TN I will truly miss, but will return.

Negative experience: We have been Tan members for over 20 years. Each year we have visited my sister for vacation in Myrtle Beach, SC for the 4th of July holiday week. Sadly, a couple of weeks ago, my sister passed away unexpectedly, due to covid. Needless to say, we are devastated and are not up to spending the holiday week without her. We requested that Tan allow us to pay the insurance fee and receive a credit and we were told no. It is so upsetting that Tan is not willing to help us at this horrible time. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. It is a little dated, but still a great place and you can't beat the location directly across the street from Kamoale Beach 2! We stayed here many times, and if there was a problem, one call and the problem was fixed almost immediately. Would recommend to anyone!

Fantastic experience: This was an amazing area of Virginia Beach to stay in. Walking distance to everything from the beach to boardwalk dining. Although it was off season we biked and dined local and got to tour the area crowd free.

Fantastic experience: Our stay at the Dunes of Panama in Panama City Beach was perfect. Gorgeous beach, good food, clean environment, very nice unit on the 19th floor ocean sunset view.

Negative experience: If you are considering purchasing a vacation package with this company don't do it. The customer service beyond booking vacations is not good and the properties I've visited haven't been that great. Update: After posting my bad review I was able to find a reasonable solution for my problem with the person who reached out to me. If only someone could have been that helpful before I wrote the review.....

Fantastic experience: We have enjoyed several vacations with TAN, and will enjoy many more. They have a great selection of locations to choose from and keep adding more. They are always kind and responsive to questions and feedback. We always feel like we’re getting a good value for what we’ve paid. I love that they’ve made check in & out processes contactless in many of the properties in response to the pandemic too.

Fantastic experience: Flip Flop Inn is very clean with all amenities one could want. The location is great with access to a nice beach and close to all attractions. Its location on N. Virginia Dare Drive is perfect for a scenic drive to Cape Hatteras and Ocracoke Island.

Positive experience: The resort was beautiful and well kept. The staff was amazing. We loved the two restaurants with ocean view. Loved the fact we did this have to leave the resort if we didn't want to. They offered boat tours kayaks and other water recreation at the resort. Will definitely book again for a remote get away.

Fantastic experience: Traveling with TAN has been the best experience of our lives for the last few years we have been a part of them. We couldn't afford to have yearly vacations without TAN being a family of 5. We have loved every vacation, and always enjoyed our stays so much that we don't want leave.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have had a wonderful time on vacation during the mutliple weeks we have booked using TAN. The condos are always spacious and well kept with enough amenities onsite to keep my family active without spending additional money.

Fantastic experience: The Villas of Sedona is truly a wonderful resort. The indoor, outdoor pools , 3 hot tubs (one adult only) , available grills , fitness center were all outstanding. The resort is right next to a Starbucks where my wife and daughters walked each morning for their coffee. Plenty of great dining all around. I give the Villas my highest recommendation.

Fantastic experience: I have stayed at the Landmark in Egg Harbor Wisconsin many times. We have always enjoyed the stay. Even when the outside pools are not open, because of time of year, the inside pool is always available. The grounds around the resort are well kept and nice to walk around. There is a trail for hikers that goes down into the forest. You will need a walking stick because parts of it are steep.

Fantastic experience: Our stay here could not have been better. The unit we stayed in was clean, spacious and convenient. The beautiful view of the mountains behind us didn't hurt either. Walkability to the hot tubs and pool made it all the more lovely. It's a win-win here!

Positive experience: I had a nice time at the Vidanta Mayan Palace, the place is big, and most of the time the service is good. The Beach and pool are nice, loved the spa as well. I had an issue at the Cirque du Soleil JOYA Show when a waiter dropped a bottle of wine right near our table and glass went everywhere including my foot. They refused to give credit for any part of our meal or show. The manager Laura (at the Mayan Palace) was quite rude about it. The resort is nice but selling you something is their main goal.

Fantastic experience: I have been a TAN member for many years and have always enjoyed my vacations. TAN staff has always been helpful,courteous and professional. Thanks TAN for being a part of my family vacations!!! The Cove at Ormond Beach was a beautiful place to stay. Close to the beach, no matter what room you were in had a beautiful view. Close to many restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I love that we could go straight to our room and didn't need to check in. We did back to back weeks in Pigeon Forge and Myrtle Beach and couldn't be happier with the cleanliness of both. The book in both places was helpful and gave us ideas of things to do. All contact I had with TAN previous to our travels was great. Looking forward to our next vacation!

Fantastic experience: Saw some amazing beaches as well as experiences. Sanibel island had sea turtles, dolphins that swam within 10 feet of us. There were snails, lots of shells, osprey. Also went to clear water and st pete beaches. Tomorrow we swim with manitees. The Ruskin beach had live conch and a sea hawk at the one pool. We did four weeks with TAN and they all were amazing. June was Myrtle beach, July was two diff places at ocean city md and august was Ruskin fl. We can’t say enough good about TAN.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been satisfied members since 2012, so much so that we have both renewed and upgraded our packages during this time. One of the main things we like about the company is that they continue to expand their sites and gain more excess into very nice resorts. Now that we are retired we get to take multiple vacations a year due to the good value one gets from the program. We have always been treated as any other guess at the various properties even thou we part of a “vacation club”. Over the course of nearly nine years you will occasionally have some “bumps in the road”. To my great satisfaction TAN has addressed the issues in a professional and timely manner which has left us satisfied with the result.
