Negative experience: Your site needs work! I have roadside assistance motorcycle coverage, but your site only lets me do cars. I have spent over an hour waiting for an operator, but never got anyone on the line while my bike was broken down. I paid for the membership. Why am I being treated like this? False advertising! Customer beware!

Fantastic experience: I happened to be shopping in the area and saw the AAA store there, and decided to take care of some important registry stuff. I thought it would be along drawn out process, but boy was I wrong. They were very friendly and knowledgeable, I was out of there in 15 minutes. I couldn't have been happier with them. For the money AAA is one of the few bargains left these days. Keep up the good work!

Positive experience: I was in there yesterday to talk about my car insurance and was stating some questions on some concerns to get some answers or to direct me on my next steps on what i should do. i was very disappointed on how Omar handled the situation and on how he was ignoring and not listening to my questions it was very clear that he did not care to help us. he has helped us before and was helpful in the past but yesterday he was not interested on helping us. i was starting to get tired of of asking questions that were not being answered if he didn’t know the answer he could have just said so. i got tired of wasting my time and breath when he put his headphones on i could tell he did not care so me and my mom got up and left. AAA is good on helping us with renewing our license with nice and helpful staff but Omar that’s supposed to help with our insurance was not so friendly nor helpful.

Fantastic experience: We are visiting from out of state and needed to get passport photos done for our applications to give the Consulate General of Belgium in New York (later on our trip). This location is so fast and efficient. We were in line upon arrival but didn’t wait any longer than 2-3 minutes. Once at the counter they verified our membership, took the photos of our children, cut them size, and we were out the door. I don’t think we were even at the location for 10 minutes that’s how fast they were (which was great with having small children). Also want to add the staff are all super friendly, so it was just a great experience over all.

I Google searched how long it would take and everything said two weeks. I walked into this AAA and walked out with Permit in hand under 30 min!
Fantastic experience: Wow, what a fantastic experience. My appointment was for 9:20AM, for the new Real ID. I was greeted immediately and the gentleman that helped me was very nice and explained everything. I was unaware of an issue with one of my forms of billing ID, luckily I had backup proof of residency! I apologize I do not have his name. (Longer dark wavy hair.) I sat down to wait my turn, which was minimal, when I was called up. I was greeted by Olga (I believe, according to the name tag.), very nice as well and took care of the rest. I don't know why anyone would want to go the the registry, when you can have a great experience at the AAA office @ 653 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 01701. My wife explained to me she had the same awesome experience, when she was there 2 weeks ago. Thank you for a great experience.
Fantastic experience: Went there this afternoon to renew my license everyone I had contact with was more than helpful and efficient. It was a refreshing change from previous visits to the RMV
Negative experience: I was very disappointed! They did not help me with the situation with my brother he is disabled and just needed to get an ID but they couldn't help because of documents he brought has both of his last names on his birth certificate. so I don't understand why they just couldn't just give him an id! They said he has to go to city hall and change the last name but that is really hard to do because of how disabled he is and it is so hard to get him out of the house! It took me 2 hours to just get him in the car! Now I have to go to court because City Hall couldn't help me! I'm just so disappointed about it all!

Fantastic experience: I had an issue trying to register a new vehicle. Although it was not good news, everyone was super helpful and kind, both when I went in, and when I called the next day for some more help. The person in charge (Olga?) was so friendly and understanding, and really tried to help even though there was nothing they could do. I will definitely be using this branch again.

Fantastic experience: I went to renew my license on my lunch break. Armen was very professional and kind. Reminded me to renew my AAA membership adding a family member to it also which was really helpful and saved me a lot of time instead of doing it later. Fantastic experience: What a pleasure it was getting my license renewal today. Applied for a real ID, had all my paperwork ready and was in and out in less than 15 mins. The man that helped me was awesome and the lady that checked me in was outstanding! UPDATE 9/16/24 I had the best experience today working with Sandra Rogers AAA Travel Agent. I had to make flight reservations due to a death in my family and she certainly took alot of stress off of me. She was efficient, pleasant and oh so patient. Not to mention a great listener and a awesome mind reader. She took so much stress off of me that when I left I felt like a ton of worries were removed. I highly recommend her for any travel reservations. Customer service is alive and well at Sandra's desk. Thank you so much!!!

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Long wait time for AAA service. Clearly the employees are doing double duty between AAA and the RMV as the guy who was working at the RMV desk when I walked in hen was told to help me for AAA. Took 1/2 hour just to update and pay for my membership.

Positive experience: I had an appointment yet I found myself waiting for an hour past the appointment time because apparently, when playing "telephone" (message being relayed from one person to the next), I transformed into a "walk-in". Overall they appear to be doing their best in the midst of the pandemic. When I walked in, after a couple minutesa man came over (with what sounded like an accusatory tone but I'm sure it was just stress) and ordered myself and another man to wait outside for a little bit as he felt that there were too many people in the room. I appreciate that he was paying attention and takes the pandemic seriously. In fact I'm going to raise my 2 stars to 3!

Negative experience: I went to AAA Framingham on 12/17/19 a snowy day to try and renew my license. The young man at the desk was rude and not very helpful! He first said I was in the wrong line and when I went back to the line, he called me up again and asked me what I needed. I showed my expired drivers license and asked to renew it. He proceeded to lecture me on not driving with an expired license which I promptly responded by saying I haven’t and that’s why I went to AAA with my husband. My whole experience there was not pleasant at all!

Negative experience: I would give this place a 0 if it was available. There were seven people behind the desk and only two were working. We were third in line and it took an hour and a half to be seen. were employees talking about the beach, getting edible arrangements and leaving, sitting and staring and then when someone asked they would say o yeah i can help you. When I finally got to the desk, the told me I had been scammed and didn't pay online for the license renewal. At that point I no longer cared. Then they told me no charge. ...so i guess i wasn't scammed? Attitudes were unfriendly and unhelpful. They could care less. Badly organized and broken system

Negative experience: Too slow to even renew a membership, even in the afternoon... there are hardly 3 ppl in the line and the wait is already 25+ mins.
Negative experience: Dragged my infant here multiple times for a passport photo and each time was turned away. They should have clean white sheets available for this very purpose since it is a service they offer. Or even white butcher paper?? Come on.
Negative experience: I'm a buisness owner and I have a membership with triple a. I called them because my box truck broke down. The first person I spoke to I explained that my box truck witch is an e350 ford had broken down. I emphasized that it was a box truck. She offered a mechanic to tow it to because they offer a discount through them. I said I would call back because I need to see if my mechanic will fix it and he said yes. I called back and spoke with another triple a associate and explained I need a tow for a box truck. He said ok we will tow it for you. When the tow arrived (2 hours later after sitting on the side of the road) they said triple a doesnt cover it. I called the supervisor thinking they would understand my frustration but they didnt care. As a buisness owner I understand customer service and this is terrible customer service
Positive experience: This review is mainly for the rmv services . Long wait times as there’s only one person attending to rmv matters . Had to go twice as I could’nt wait longer than an hour . But when taken the services were done and I was out of there .
Fantastic experience: AAA Framingham has several services including the expected car services, travel services in addition to a Department of Motor Vehicle counter that issues driving licences. All staff is well trained and knows all procedures well.
Negative experience: The place is ok I suppose, I observed other folk get in and out rather fast with minimal hassle. My experience on the other hand was frustrating. I checked in quick for license renewal service, presented my paperwork and was told I was in the system and had to wait in line. No old fashioned ticket system, great, right? Wrong... An hour and a half later I noticed people who came after me were being called. I came up to the clerk and asked what was the deal, and was told I was not in their system. The clerk apologized and served me anyway. After typing a few things in her computer she told me she couldn't renew my licence since my name on the passport does not match my name on the ID and I had to go to regular RMV and present my marriage certificate...I wonder why couldn't I have been told this information upon so called check in? An utter waste of my time :-/ staff was nice though.
Fantastic experience: So glad I went here instead of the Worcester AAA (they had a 3 hour wait) or the actual RMVs. going lunch helps beat the lunch rush all in all I spent 40 minutes, initial line 20 minutes, 10 minutes for RMV checkin, and finally 10 with the photo and scanning part. Worth it. The employees were great and nice and courteous to deal with. If you are doing a license, it's best to begin the application online which will help make sure you bring the correct documents for proof of who you are and get you through even faster. :) BTW as they are dealing with a sometimes unhappy public, be nice to them and smile and it will make it easier for everyone.
Negative experience: Horrible service. Had to drive 20 minutes to the office twice. The first time, had to leave after 30 minutes waiting in line, to get to my work meeting. I came back at 4:45 and I have been told the RMV representative was serving the last customer, and was not able to serve me. Will need to go back a third time. Pretty sure this time I will try either the actual RMV office, or look for another AAA location where the don’t send away customers fifteen minutes before the closing time
Negative experience: The staff is overall great but they have one incompetent, moronic associate working with them. I do not remember his name, lebanese guy I think. Thanks to this absolute moron, my disabled mother had to wait 3 hours in line, twice mind you, for the guy up at the registration desk to tell her that the paperwork she had (the moron filled it out) was incorrect. That she had to re-do everything it had taken her a week to do, again. Their staff went over the paperwork over four times and not once did they manage to see an error on something they deal with every single day. Not only does she have to do everything again, but now we have to take it up to a notary. Needless to say, we will not be back to this location, and we'll be switching to a different car insurance.
Negative experience: The most racist AAA I have ever experienced in my life! Especially that manager woman who is from Iran or Iraq who is in charge. She served all the Caucasian people first. Almost like she wanted their praise and she thinks they are elite or something. Anyone coloured skin she told them that they cannot take us right now. I have a friend who worked for that location. She is the worst boss ever! My friend has a learning disability and she forced her to resign because the other employees were bullying her. If you want to experience racism, and discrimination then come here!!

Negative experience: Told I needed cash or check only after I was in line for a while. They told me I would be taken first when I got back with either. I went to the bank and took out money. When I got back they did not take me in right away as they said.

The woman made my photo but she obviously didn't know what kind of" focus" supposed to be on a photo for a passport. The consulate couldn't take this kind of picture. Positive experience: The four stars are for the patient and good-natured staff on a day when waits were very long as folks were" trying" to open their new E-ZPass account before the of October but the MassDOT computer system was stressed beyond the breaking point. I personally stood in line (or sat for bit-I'm 83) for over three hours while the clerk had to entered and re-enter my personnel information a number times before my account was finally opened and a registred transponder issued to me. As it turned out, a total of FIVE accounts had been opened in my name during the process and my bank account charged a total of $100 (it was supposed to be $20). When I was finally able to get through to DOT customer service, they (claimed to have) cancelled the four duplicate accounts but advised it would take five or six weeks before I receive the $80 credit I am due; I am still waiting.. But, in spite of all the stress, the AAA staff remained calm, friendly, and patient with all of the very frustrated members who just wanted to open their account, get their transponder, and get out.

Fantastic experience: This office is my favorite place for gift certificates, AAA and RMV renewal activities. The folks there are professional and efficient. And they're open Saturdays!
