Fantastic experience: Lovely home that had everything we needed! Located in a beautiful area of Sedona we enjoyed sitting on the deck and looking at the red rocks and also enjoyed taking a nice long soak in the hot tub! We enjoyed using the kitchen and it had everything that we needed. We appreciated that the house offered a parking pass to hike the red rocks, which we did every day! All in all a truly wonderful stay!

Fantastic experience: The photos do not do this gorgeous property justice!! There are wonderful views of the red rocks from many rooms - especially the bedroom which was amazing to wake up to. The place is very spacious with an open design. The kitchen is very well-equipped and perfect for someone who likes to cook and entertain guests at the same time. The furniture is comfortable and the whole place well-appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed spending my birthday sitting on the rooftop patio sipping wine and enjoying the natural beauty of Sedona! I have already re-booked Coffee Pot!

Fantastic experience: The house was as advertised. We had no problems with anything as everything worked which included the Hot Tub, Fire Pit and appliances.

Positive experience: The property was great. Everything was clean for the most part. Unfortunately there were 6 piles of dog poop that I picked up from the previous guest. Not fun. Everything else was as described as it was. The yard was good for our dog - completely fenced. Would be nice to have a larger tv in the living room. We had to create an LG account to use the tv's. This was a pain. The dishes and silver were quality. We appreciated that and loved cooking on that fabulous stove. The art inside and out was beautiful. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed our stay. The home is comfortably furnished and well stocked. Enjoyed the journey there with a full view along the upper Red Rock loop of the magnificent rock formations. The unit itself was also visually stimulating inside due to the multiple highlighted paintings. Kitchen well stocked. Hot tub and yogi stage help create that “sanctuary” feel. Look forward to returning again.

Fantastic experience: This home was wonderful. The grandkids loved having their own bunkbed and bedroom. The hot tub was wonderful. It worked great for our family. If I had to be picky, the beds were very hard, except for the king bed on main floor and the bunk beds. The check in and out process was so easy. It was well equipped and everything worked well.

Fantastic experience: We had a wonderful time at the "Sedona Estate of Mind" home. Everything was as advertised. The home was clean and ready to go. Communication with the management team was fast and complete. We would stay here again.

Positive experience: We had an amazing stay at Sedona Illuminated. It was a beautiful, well-appointed home with an amazing view. The house was clean and we absolutely loved sitting on the upstairs deck with the fire table after a day of hiking. At night, the stars were in full view and the house almost felt secluded even though it's right outside town. I can only give 4 stars though because the filtered drinking water from the sink and refrigerator stopped working on day 1 and the drapes in the master bedroom wouldn't open so no beautiful view to wake up to. The property management company was responsive but unable to fix either issue during our 5 day stay. Highly recommend the house and the property management company though even with that issue!

Fantastic experience: Blue Jay in Sedona has the most amazing location- you are perched atop a hill with view of Cathedral rock, Capitol Butte, Cockscomb and more. If you can get to the rooftop, you have amazing views of the sunrise and night sky. The patio opens up to the valley offering the perfect setting for sunsets. The hot tub and fire pit were a perfect way to end a day of hiking. The living room offers amazing views and it was a delight to see the hot air balloons rise above the horizon in the morning. The attention to detail and the tasteful decor in this house amp up the experience such that one may not want to leave it to even venture the trails/ town!

Fantastic experience: Perfect Stay! We had scouted out this home a year earlier and had driven by, knowing we "must" stay here. Despite having seen the view before, it was still breathtaking when we arrived! The home is lovely, modern, yet comfortable and plush: great care has been taken to make our stay enjoyable; the kitchen was the most equipped one we have encountered, and we rent many homes during yearly cross country travels. Loved the quiet neighborhood, the hot tub, sunny back deck in the afternoon, cozy fireplace, and even Netflix! Enjoyed the local javelina wandering the yard and the neighborhoods too. Location is convenient to everything. Daily early morning walks were the best. Truly, we could have just sat in the living room and stared at the amazing views all the time! Also enjoyed nearby Sedonuts, Pisa Lisa, as well as Up the Creek in Page Springs, and also Pillsbury Winery and BVs Italian Kitchen in Cottonwood. The agency was excellent with communication and responsiveness. We're already looking forward to next year's return.

Positive experience: Beautiful views! Easy booking! Nice 2-level home up on the hillside. Coffee maker didn’t work but they brought us a new one within a few hours. Nice furnishings, firepit, outdoor seating There was a bad sewage smell in the lower level. They wanted to send a plumber out, but we didn’t want to spend our 2-night getaway dealing with that so asked them to deal with the issue after we left. My only recommendation is that they buy all new towels. Every towel smelled moldy/mildew. Nothing worse that getting out the the shower only to dry yourself with a smelly towel. We live in Phoenix and come to Sedona frequently!

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous home with amazing views, super-comfy beds and a glorious hot tub. I'd recommend this spot to anyone. Easy to walk down to Uptown or drive anywhere you need to go. The living room layout is so nice to sit and catch up with friends and family! Sedona proved to be everything we'd heard it is. A very magical place!

Fantastic experience: This was the most meticulously kept AirBnB home I have ever rented anywhere! From the outdoor landscaping, to the ‘like new’ hot tub, to the spacious indoors , so beautifully appointed, to every item in the kitchen so clean and like new! We enjoyed our stay here immensely!

Positive experience: This property was amazing and central to everything my family of 4, with two kids, wanted to see and do. The house was stocked and prepared for all we needed from bathrooms with towels to laundry rooms with detergent and the kitchen was stocked with all utensils and necessities. The house was clean and everything was in working order. Thank you and we will be back soon!

Fantastic experience: The Broken Arrow house had it ALL! We were looking for a home with a view and this house had 360 degree views with a view of a mountain from every window including the bathroom. We found the home extremely clean and all of the decor recently updated and top of the line. While we didn't do any cooking in the home, if we wanted to, it was stocked with all of the essentials including spices. Comfortable beds and nice black out shades. We have stayed in several homes before and this is the nicest one by far! The welcome book and treats were appreciated and excellent restaurant recommendations.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and comfortable. Everything is very clean. We have one suggestion. There needs to be a full length mirror in main level as you have to go downstairs to use the one in the entrance hall. Other than that everything was wonderful.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at one of the Sedona.org vacation rentals last week, and it was amazing! The rental was immaculate and exactly as described. We had stunning views of Mammoth Rock, privacy both in-doors and out, and easy access to all of the sight seeing and activities we had planned.

Fantastic experience: Wife and I rented the unit for a last-minute trip to Sedona. The house was great and better than the pictures online appear. The views from the patio, living room and bedroom are awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies, although we did not utilize. The Casita is very nice and would be perfect for two couples traveling together or adult/grown children. Could not recommend more and will definitely rent again!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful home in a great location. Quiet neighborhood approx. a 7-minute drive from the very busy Sedona town center. The home is equipped with everything you need. We used the grill several times, there is a Keurig coffee maker and several spices in the cabinet which was very nice. All of the appliances are beautiful. There is a Safeway supermarket at the bottom of the hill which was extremely convenient. Sit in the living room or outside on the front patio and enjoy the view of the red rocks. One morning, much to our surprise, a Bobcat walked right across the front patio walkway. The back patio is also quiet and lovely, with lots of space to relax and use the hot tub. Highly recommend this home!

Fantastic experience: We were in Sedona for our Son’s Wedding and this home is amazing . It is in a perfect location and the backyard space was perfect for all the family to gather and enjoy the beautiful scenery. I highly recommend this home !! The putting green in the back yard was a fun addition. The home was very clean and there were plenty of amenities available for our Family to enjoy .

Fantastic experience: This home did not disappoint. The views and the location can’t be beat. This is the place where eating in better than going out. We will be back! Highly recommend the Red Rock Balloons. We did a number of hikes - Devils Bridge, West Fork, Boynton Canyon, Cathedral Rock and spent an afternoon at the DA Ranch and Page Spring wineries. Awesome trip ❤️

Fantastic experience: Pete Gallagher was the best! He spent a ton of time with me on the phone discussing options. To top it off, he followed it up with a detailed email giving me lots of recommendations for restaurants and things to do in Sedona. His customer service was top-notch and made us really appreciate our stay.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I stayed at Mountain View in West Sedona this weekend. Amazing house, beautiful views, super clean home. So close to Sugarloaf Mountain! We enjoyed hiking there and easy drive distance to so much Sedona hiking including Devils Bridge, Mescal, Cathedral Rock, and Chapel trails. The house was spacious, so well maintained & in a great neighborhood. We saw Javelinas too (wild boar looking pigs) right in the neighborhood one night and tons of stars. Loved it!!

Fantastic experience: Our stay was amazing. The views are magnificent, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Excellent communication and instructions. Close to town. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and newly remodeled. Perfect place to hang your hat at night if you plan to be out and about all day. No stove, so it worked great for quick breakfast in the am. The only drawback is that it is across from the recycling center. It didn’t bother us because we were up early and gone all day. But, it’s helpful to know that dive there is some noise that comes from the recycling center. We loved it’s close proximity to the grocery stores and restaurants!

Fantastic experience: We rented the Sedona Sunrise property and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was pristine clean, updated decor, beautiful views and stocked with everything we needed! Sedona.org concierge were very helpful as was the website with ideas /recommendations of things to do.

Fantastic experience: I've stayed at many places in Sedona and I can honestly say this is my favorite place. The Views are Stunning! Quiet yet close to everything but away from the noise and bustle. The home is nicer than the photos as the kitchen has been upgraded. 100% recommend this place. I will reserve again!

Positive experience: The house was clean, in good condition, comfortable beds, beautiful location. Our issue was with WIFI access. A member of our group needed to work and the guest wifi only worked for about 45 minutes after we checked in. It went out that evening and stayed out all night. All tvs require WiFi to work—no cable or direct Ethernet hookups. We had planned to do takeout and watch a movie together after traveling, but it would not come back on despite resetting routers. We tried sending messages via the VRBO app, and automated messages said we would get an immediate response, but after a few hours I called the emergency line. That doesn’t go to anyone local—it’s a call center out of state. They said they would submit a ticket but likely it wouldn’t be delivered until morning (she said because it was nearly 11 pm, but in Sedona it was 8:40 pm). The next day the handyman arrived (who told us he does not know tech stuff). We ended up logging into a different wifi (the non guest one because the guest one never worked again), and luckily the guest password worked for both. The handyman couldn’t understand why he didn’t get the message the night before because he was told he needed to be on call. Found it annoying that there is literally no way to contact anyone other than the call center.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place to stay just outside Sedona, very luxurious with large rooms and everything we needed and more. Great location to explore the area. Lovely deck to sit on with view of the red Sedona rocks. Area was a gated community/resort with golf course and pool , felt safe and was very quiet. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Such a comfortable place, and wonderful views of the mountains. I was so happy to have the added office. I was attending a 4 day Zoom seminar and delighted to find that our rental had a spacious office area complete with a large desk and plenty of room with an open air feel. The private patio is so nice to relax, and the dogs were happy! And such a pleasant neighborhood to stroll! We were able to walk to good shopping and dining but didn't hear or feel any traffic. Relaxing, spacious and close to everything, for us, a gem.

Positive experience: Overall, we had a very experience with Sedona Vacation Renals and the Sedona Cliffside rental property. It is a large property and has a beautiful view. The home is updated and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the furniture is very nice. THe concierege service was much appreciated for tips about the local activities. The main improvemet needed is that the house is not well stocked with basic supplies. You are required to bring your own paper towels, kleenex, coffee filters, etc. For nearly $1000.00 per night, I have not seen a place so poorly stocked. There were no shot glasses, martini shaker or anything to mix cocktails. The kitchen had most of the basics, but not these simple items. For a vaction home this large, it is expected that guests may want to make cocktails and use basic supplies. We had to purchase paper supplies and didn't have proper things for basic needs. I highly recommend better supplies and conveniences to make this well-stocked for an expensive rental property. Finally, it is expected if you want to check in before 4 pm that you pay an addtional $100.00 per hour. After quite a bit of hassle, we were able to check in at 3 pm and were required to be out of the property by 10:00 am without paying extra. Most places allow early check in and a late check out without a hassle and a largel hourly fee.

Negative experience: Very disappointed customer! The first day was In The high 90’s and the fan in our room was broken and the ac in that area of the house was very weak. We had no sleep our first night of vaccination. The fan was fixed the next am. When a manager called after our stay I asked for a discount rate for that evening. Not a full refund, but a discount rate. After being told that’s “ normal rage” for the guest experience they would not be offering a discount . First and last time using a company that does not take care of guests after that kind of evening.

Fantastic experience: We came to sedona for the first time for our niece's wedding and stayed in this super home. The house is very quiet and private with amazing views of red rocks from the spacious and lovely sun room! Very relaxing stay. The house was clean and cozy and absolutely perfect for us! We will definitely stay again!

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of staying at the Fox Den in Sedona and it was absolutely perfect! Incredible views, quiet location, hot tub, patio, beautiful neighborhood next to the church of the holy cross. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Sorry photos do not do justice.

Fantastic experience: My friends and I had a wonderful stay. The space was great, and we were very happy with the overall experience. Initially, the jacuzzi tub water wasn’t clear and had a low level of chlorine, but the issue was promptly fixed the next day. We will definitely come back and stay again!

Fantastic experience: We absolutely loved our week stay at the Golden Sky Getaway home! The house has been tastefully updated with modern appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything that we needed and many special touches that made our stay more enjoyable. The views were spectacular and we really enjoyed the backyard, playing corn hole, using the hot tub and fire pits, as well as very nice outdoor furniture in the backyard as well as the deck! Our son and his girlfriend loved the castia and the modern decor! The house is conveniently located and in a very quiet, nice neighborhood. We loved the house and Sedona and did not want to leave at the end of our stay!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful location. House was clean and well setup. The 3 king size beds were perfect for our group and the basement had 2 bunk beds were a nice addition to spread out. The trailhead across the street is a bonus. Would definitely consider staying there again!

Fantastic experience: We had a very good time at this residence for our vacation. The Sedona Nature's Gallery is a very nice, well stocked rental. The house is comfortable, very relaxing with great views of the red rocks. We would not hesitate coming back to this location in the future. It is reasonably close to town and to restaurants. We also had great weather while we were here. It was a little cooler than normal which was delightful as we know it could have been much hotter than it was.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, super clean and quiet home. Beds were firm but very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could think of. They had hiking backpacks to use, store reusable bags, flashlights etc. I didn’t use their shampoo/conditioner but the body wash was super foamy! Take a drive down sunset dr! Great view!

Fantastic experience: Wow! Sedona Skydance was an amazing place to stay! Beautiful house with big, comfortable bedrooms, lovely bathrooms, and cozy common spaces that work well for a friend trip or a family getaway. The outside of the property was gorgeously landscaped - can you find the lizard that looks real but isn’t? The hot tub was a perfect way to relax after a day sightseeing and shopping. The house is conveniently located to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, and breathtaking hikes. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: Sedona Skydance was an amazing rental property for a getaway with a group of friends. The house was very clean, spacious, and stocked with everything you need from clean towels, detergent, blankets, coffee maker, etc. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, ideal kitchen and dining area to gather with friends or family. Adored the living room with beautiful fireplace and comfy seating! Bonus of hot tub and private patio! Great location to stores and all the great restaurants in Sedona!

Fantastic experience: Sedona Skydance was the perfect homebase for our girls' weekend. The house was beautiful, with tasteful Southwestern decor, a large, very well appointed kitchen and dining area, and a spacious, open living room with a cozy fireplace. The four bedrooms were all very comfortable and gave us plenty of room to spread out. We appreciated all the little conveniences like the labeled light switches so it was easy to tell what controlled what, the bath products in all the bathrooms, and the cooler bag we could take along on our excursions. And we loved the hot tub too! The location of Sedona Skydance was perfect as well -- close to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping (don't miss the Tlaquepaque shopping area!) and a great jumping off point for hikes and other exploring. I highly recommend this property and hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

Fantastic experience: This beautiful rental was our home base to explore many Sedona trails, the Grand Canyon, and the Petrified Forest. It was great to come back to the hot tube and wonderful sunsets after a day of hiking. The home was spacious inside and out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

Fantastic experience: Staying at Sedona Skydance was perfection! With ample space for the 6 of us, we were able to spend time together in the common areas or find solitude in a bedroom. Skydance is cozy and comfortable with modern amenties all around. In fact, I think it is even more beautiful in person than the pictures show. The kitchen has all top notch appliances with extras: LOADS of cutlery, plates, glassware, mugs so you aren't washing everything every time you use them; excellent small appliances; large and small pots, pans, bowls; salad spinner; additional wine/beer/soda fridge, large portable, easy to carry cooler to stay hydrated while you explore Sedona! You'll need water for those hikes to Submarine Rock, Broken Arrow or Twin Buttes. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are lovely with great water pressure, all the soap/shampoo/conditioner you need, plus hairdryers, curling iron and flat iron. Makes packing for this trip so much easier knowing I could leave those things home. Share your meals at the large kitchen table, generous island or out back on the patio. Relax in the hot tub or inside with the gas fireplace turned on. All light switches are labeled easily so you know what works for what. (If you have rented other places before you know how that can be a challenge.) Beautiful and delicious restaurants (Mariposa, for one) nearby along with great shops in Sedona. Tlaquepaque is a must see for great shopping with a feeling that is less touristy and more unique for fun shopping. Plainly, we had a superb experience and vacation in Sedona and staying at Skydance made that even more relaxing.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Sedona Birdsong house. The house is just outside Sedona, and in a perfect location - very close to shopping, several hikes to see the gorgeous buttes and with great commodities. We felt at home and did not want to leave. The decoration is very unique, the accommodations are very comfortable and the use of the garage was a plus. The backyard area is quite large, very open, with several places where you can hang out and see the wild life. Although it was very hot when we went - the 4th of July weekend, we could sit outside in the shade in the morning to enjoy our breakfast while watching the various gorgeous bird species hanging out. We will definitely plan to go back and stay here again. Highly recommend the house.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, well appointed home! The views from this property are absolutely stunning! We could not have asked for a better house for our Sedona vacation.

Fantastic experience: Wow! The best rental we have had so far! Such a professional group to work with. Pre- and post- rental communications were so helpful and brought such peace-of-mind on the process and expectations. The property was immaculate, super welcoming, and ABSOLUTELY stunning! The views were to die for and landscaping was beautiful! Felt so spoiled! I’m so grateful for the experience!

Negative experience: I am writing to share our disappointing experience regarding our recent booking at the Sedona property, which we were unable to stay at due to the massive flight cancellations caused by CrowdStrike IT issues. We had high expectations for our visit and were looking forward to our stay, but the lack of professionalism and communication from your team has left us extremely dissatisfied. When we initially contacted Matthew about our situation, he assured us that we would receive a refund. However, he mentioned that Marriott would not pay the property until after the stay, and therefore, he could not process the cancellation or refund. He stated that the homeowner's revenue was guaranteed and that Marriott had not reached out to him or anyone at his office regarding the situation. To our dismay, we later discovered that Marriott had indeed contacted the property. When we confronted Matthew with this information, he shifted the responsibility to his VP, citing it as their decision. This inconsistency and lack of transparency were very frustrating. The handling of this situation was highly unprofessional, and it left us feeling misled and unsupported during a time when we needed clear and honest communication. Given this experience, we cannot recommend the Sedona property for any future events or stays. The lack of accountability and unprofessional behavior we encountered is not what we expected from a property associated with Marriott. We hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve the service and communication standards for future guests.

Fantastic experience: We loved this house! It was very spacious and clean. Our group of 8 had plenty of room. The pool outside was big and very refreshing to jump into on a hot day. The furnishings were all modern and the kitchen was outstanding. Would definitely rent this house again if we are ever back in Sedona.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful place, a hidden gem! Beautiful inside decor, large bathrooms and kitchen has everything imaginable. Very clean and has all self starter items. Large gorgeous back/side yard with lots and of sitting area. Listen to the small rapids of Oak Creek all day and walk right down to water!! Will rent again when staying in Sedona.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at the Sedona Running Springs unit over a long weekend this summer. Absolutely beautiful and stunning!! The hosts were gracious and very easy to work with. Every little detail has been thought of in this home and gave us the most comfortable, relaxing and peaceful visit. The kitchen is superbly stocked with every appliance and item you could possibly need and more. The patio is spacious with comfortable seating, large table with umbrella, grill and fire pit. But the views are most remarkable!! We spent most of our time out on the patio enjoying the sunrise, sunset, thunderstorms and rain. What an experience. The beds and bathrooms are extremely luxurious and well equipped, which allowed for a most restful sleep. The location is perfect - easy to get to some great local restaurants, fun bars, shopping and unbelievable hiking. I can’t say enough good things about this home and I am hopeful that I am blessed with the opportunity to return once again.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Top of Hill property which is absolutely stunning. From the views, furnishing and our favorite the bathtub outside the master balcony! Sedona Vacations did a fantastic job from start to finish....thank you for making this a memorable vacation.

Fantastic experience: The house was beautiful and exactly as described. Kitchen very well stocked. Plenty of towels for restrooms and pool. The first day, pool was a bit murky, but when we called they sent someone out immediately and resolved the issue. Great house, great response to any issues and would highly recommend.

Positive experience: Beautifully furnished house with large outdoor deck. Large cook's kitchen. View of Coffee Pot Rock from deck. Location close to restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood. Recommend having one of the showers be a walk-in shower and add grab bars for older people. Everything else about the house is wonderful.

Fantastic experience: It took me a year to write this review due to the demands of having a newborn, but I couldn't forget our wonderful stay in Sedona. We loved it! The kitchen was perfectly set up with stunning views, making our daily cooking enjoyable. Watching my kids relax in the living room and on the porch was a delight. There was plenty of space for our family of six, and the kids felt safe and comfortable. Everything was conveniently close by—stores, hiking trails, and places for treats. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and spacious, making everyone happy. The property was clean and well-organized. We visit Sedona annually for work and will do our best to stay here each time.

Fantastic experience: Dining in the kitchen and on the deck!!! Absolutely Loved this beautifully renovated home in a very quiet neighborhood with amazing Golf, Pickleball and pool/spa. Amazing trails 5 minutes away. Easy access to amazing restaurants, bars and grocery stores. We didn’t want to leave Can’t wait to get back!!

Fantastic experience: We were on a girls trip and had the best time!! Everything in the place was new and clean! The beds were so soft, it was quiet and the information they provided for guests was helpful. The owners are great and super responsive!! The suite was stocked with everything and very clean and well maintained. We were right on the trailhead and were able to hike every morning. What great views!! We also enjoyed some amazing cocktails at the Redwall Distillery that’s in walking distance! Thanks for an amazing stay - we will be back!

Fantastic experience: The Sedona Sports & Serenity Property was absolutely the best property that we have had the opportunity to stay in for the last 4 years. We live in Colorado & May is always mud season so we have spent the month in Sedona. The Chapel area is so quiet and wonderful!!! With all of the crazy traffic on the weekends from Phoenix, you have complete seclusion & a peaceful environment. The luscious grass in the back yard was heaven for our 2 labs......The owners did an amazing job in industrial rustic decorating throughout the home. It was a pleasure to live in such a comfortable home. Thank you for opening up your home to us!

Fantastic experience: Our family spent an awesome fun filled week in Sedona at the 7 Canyons Resort. The homes were spacious and beautiful and well kept (very clean). This was a perfect location- close to a variety of hikes and unbelievable views with lots of areas to simply enjoy the peace of our surroundings. The golf course was amazing and everyone we dealt with was friendly and eager to help with any questions. We will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: This vacation home was splendid! The home was extremely clean, the view was fantastic, everything was as described or better, and rental process was easy. The backyard area is much nicer and more private than pictured! The javelinas and deer were an added bonus! We enjoyed everything about the home. A few more dishes and silverware would be in order, but a minor detail to us!!

Fantastic experience: Our stay at Sedona Spectacular was just that, spectacular. The location was perfect, the views incredible, and the home was top notch. It was so comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. The private pool & hot tub were perfect after hiking and sitting on the porch with the mountain view was the perfect way to start and end the day.

Positive experience: Overall the house was great , Location was perfect and the layout of the house , pool and backyard workout great for our family . Only drawback was we had an insect problem ( roaches ) that was a bummer.

Fantastic experience: Very nice and comfortable. Close enough to pools and golf club to walk there. Only thing we wish you had was filtered water. Also all of the bedroom and bathroom doors upstairs squeak, it was annoying in the night and early morning when you want to be quiet. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I have rented plenty of homes in Sedona with views but I have to say this was the best by far!! Clean - the layout is great also! No one on top of each other and we had 6 ppl - pool is great and the stargazing !!! I will rent this property again! Thank you for a amazing stay!

Fantastic experience: We recently rented Starry Nights. A very nice property, excellent views, great patio with very comfortable seating. Great location, a short drive to some of the hiking trails, and about a 10 minute walk to restaurants and shops in the Uptown Area. This is our second time booking with this company and would not hesitate to use this company again, great service.

Fantastic experience: Lodging was just a described and pictures are very accurate. Beautiful views, quiet area and close to hiking - which we appreciated. The bathrooms and such were a bit older but everything was very clean and everything we needed was there. Didn't spend nearly the time anticipated in the condo, but was large and would have been very enjoyable to do. Highly recommend both for the house it self and for the quick response when I had questions. Also, I was able to access an hour early. We were told to call - I forgot - and they notified me via text.
