Positive experience: Hit or miss on services, but beats sitting at the DMV. Buyer beware for the car/home insurance policies, the sales people are mid but the servicing of the policies is HORRIBLE! They service their policies worse than the DMV. They will deny, delay, and defend horrible business practices in favor of declining coverages and services.

Negative experience: Some rather lazy and incompetent pple working here who have very little knowledge of DMV vehicle codes. What a waste of time. Go to another AAA instead.

Fantastic experience: Always helpful, cheerful, and polite. I was offered by T-Mobile cellphone provider a year free of AAA Roadside Membership to continue my already AAA Roadside Membership!! Of course I went for that and I couldn't be happier. I started out at 15 years old with AAA Services and now I am 56 years young and they are my Home and Life Insurance Policy holders. Isn't that cool! Love AAA......

Negative experience: I had a horrible experience with Ryan doing Insurance, this guy tricked me! He first said how much I would be paying monthly and was very low, only on the very end he told me about the down payment for insurance of 30%, I just realized later that he tricked and price was a fortune, ON TOP OF THAT, he said my minivan wouldn’t go to commercial level, insurance stayed up for 1 month, and then was cancelled, because the minivan was considered a commercial vehicle, and I didn’t receive any letter! The guy just doesn’t know what he is doing overthere. I love AAA but they just not ready for insurance stuff.

Fantastic experience: I dreaded going in today because I had several different issues to take care of. A lot of people contact businesses to complain. I want to let you know what an outstanding person Nicole is. She was very kind, patient and helpful. She made the experience that I dreaded into a positive one!!

Fantastic experience: Popped in after work, the place was almost empty. I was met with a genuine smile and a hearty welcome. That's rare this day in age! Asked what I needed, they whisked me to the right person, 3 or 4 minutes later I was being thanked for coming in and I was in my way. They have great staff, big parking lot and really make ya feel welcome. I have to rate them 5 stars and 3 A's

Fantastic experience: It was a challenge to get on our college campus with the bar gate closed/locked down, and no one to lift it. With the AAA gentleman's diligence he found a way after several attempts around the campus area(s) to find an alternate route in and found his way to me. He charged my battery, and assured that I had all that I needed to send me on my way. So GRATEFUL to AAA and their always professional/friendly drivers that aid us.

I rerouted to this location as the Culver City AAA office had an estimated 90 minute wait, demand for services was high due to customer's coming off of a long holiday weekend in addition to a staff shortage. At the Inglewood office I completed everything I needed in 20 minutes including wait time. Excellent customer interface. My membership more than paid for itself.

Fantastic experience: Places to avoid at all costs ; NYC in July, wearing opposing fan gear at Raiders home game, or California DMV - which is why AAA membership is a must! They do what the DMV should be doing, provide efficient customer service in a respectable manner. Beyond the vehicle services and roadside assistance, the travel service and insurance products are top notch. Most offices are very accommodating to members and are located amply across the state. Every responsible adult should first get your children out of LAUSD, then get a AAA membership.

Fantastic experience: AAA is AAA.,. Real service.. knowledgeable employees..with actual on point emergency support + bona-fide benefits to it's important members. Sometimes people have issues that take more time to comply with the Law! I just never had a bad experience.

Negative experience: Rude and lairs I came in to complete my paperwork and the older lady that sits close to the door denied my paperwork because the doctor didn’t write the date which he wrote on the side than she had the nerve to question me! And say did the Doctor really full this out! I guess this is the treatment you get when you had a prior situation with another employee. A few months ago a employee by the name Jennifer Boxley followed me outside yelling trying to fight me I complained to management and nothing has been done. This is the worst AAA all have nasty attitudes minus the guy and one younger lady.
