Fantastic experience: We only just checked in. It is exactly how we pictured it to be. Customer service has been amazing and check-in was very easy. Looking forward to spending a month enjoying the SPI.

Fantastic experience: Upon entering for the first time we were happily overjoyed with how bright and clean, super clean, the place was. It smelled fresh, and even the BBQ was spotless, which was a first for us. There was a starter of coffee, paper towels and an amply stocked kitchen with bowls, cutlery of every kind, cupboards full of cups, glasses, plates and everything we need for our two week visit. Super quiet area. Off to the pub we go, about a 5 minute walk.

Fantastic experience: I own a condo on South Padre Island. In the past I was having some issues keeping up with the property and finding tenants. Since I found Chad at South Padre Trips and started working with him and his team things have been so much better and easier to maintain and rent out our property. Chad and his team keep the little things stocked (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap etc..) and keep me informed on the happenings of my place. Considering I live over 1,400 miles away I can't put a price on being able to trust the people that maintain your investment and ensure your tenants feel welcome and cozy in your place. Chad and South Padre Trips can definitely do that for you as a property owner.

Fantastic experience: Staying here was so easy and convenient. We really liked the options for pools! The view is beautiful, right overlooking the ocean. They had soft towels and it was close to everything. 10/10 recommend. Our family can’t wait to come back!

Negative experience: To start the address advertised was different from the address we were given upon check-in. Then once we arrived the code to the door we were given did not work and had to be reset two times. First night we were there the keypad would not work due to the number getting stuck and we could not get it in. My dad was there to let us in. Two days later the keypad broke again with no one home. When I reached out the the owner he said he would send someone to help however all a received was text from someone else with a new code. That code would not work due to the number being stuck. After 45 minutes we were able to get in because the number was no longer stuck. We also had no hot water I would say luck warm at best. They did send someone by to check when we were not there and they stated it was hot however we were never able to take a hot shower. The TV connect in the master bedroom did not work the first day as well. I know the owner will explain everything however three people stayed there with no hot water we don’t normally do reviews but needed to this time since this was the worst experience we have had in 6 years Also were never offered any other accommodations and a plumber was offer to come on the day we were leaving I would not recommend book with this company

Fantastic experience: The condo was way more than we expected. Very spacious for myself and my three teen daughters. It had everything we needed there and was very clean. The master bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed playing UNO in the late evenings after spending the days at the beach. Those extra touches of providing things for families to enjoy together. We created fun memories and will definitely be staying there again. The location was great and a short drive to anything you need. Chad’s notebook about his childhood and where to go to find the best seashells was a great tip. So glad we did go north and see the beautiful sand dunes, collected seashells, and climbed the sand hill and saw the most beautiful sunset ever. End of the road as they call it, As north as you can go from the condo. Five stars all the way around.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Saida Towers III and absolutely LOVED the condo! Location, Amenities, Decor, Lay Out, View, Etc., Etc! It was so well-equipped from large skillets to a variety of puzzles and games, sand toys and even beach chairs! The furniture was very comfortable, as well as the beds and there was lots of room to spread out! My adult kiddos enjoyed all the tv's, quick internet and updated technology throughout. We have been going to SPI for 26 years and the condo was a perfect fit for our family. We hope to be back!

Negative experience: Turns out Chad, the founder of this company is a SCAMMER. His co-host Viraj on Airbnb scammed my family of our July 2024 summer vacation. My mother reserved a property July 1st-5th 1 year ago and as of today it has been canceled for “ We regret to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we have lost the management of the property you booked on.” Very professional to lose a booking after taking the money in full upfront. 16 people took off an entire week of work to make this vacation work. It simply is upsetting and unforgiving that Chad would pride himself on making family trips happen and decided to cancel our reservation and will not respond or make it right. We have contacted Airbnb and have yet to hear about a refund. Did you cancel it to make more money because the dates are still available just x5 the price now. My mother is devastated and the kids are screwed out of their first time seeing the beach. You are terrible!!!

Fantastic experience: The condo was exactly as it was online when I booked which is great! Even tho it was a quadplex I must say it was very spacious and we didn't hear any of the noise from the other guests. If I had any suggestions, it would be to provide a skimmer for the pool or have regular maintenance. Our stay was 6 days and 5 nights and it would have been handy to keep the pool a Lil cleaner. But overall, it was a great, comfortable and safe stay. Did I mention, literally a 5 min walk to beach with an access point! We will definitely book again here!

Fantastic experience: We really enjoyed the condo. It’s updated and very nice! Had toiletries, towels and fully stocked kitchen. The beds were comfortable and we are picky about that. Plenty of room for our large family (with big teens). Great location to the beach. The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. Would definitely return.

The space was very comfortable, had a lot of useful amenities like the full kitchen and outdoor shower, very close walk to the beach, and had an awesome outdoor area great for hanging out and barbecuing. Chad was very easy to communicate with and Cindy at the office was very helpful. Definitely recommend booking with SPI Trips and hope to be booking again soon!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely effortless experience with this company. Their communication and costumer service were like no other. Any question I had was answered within minutes. Will definitely be doing more stays with them.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my family and I had the worst experience. Chad, the manager, humilated and discrimimated us because he assumed in his words, "You are probably from the Valley." He evicted me and my family out wrongfully and in an ugly matter all because our neighbor, whom he knew , was an older white man named DAN who did not want us there and made a scene. He took his side and did not let me talk at all. Never in my life have I ever felt so discriminated, talked down and affened. To the extent, I filed a police report and had to book a room for my family that night. So if you are from the valley, hispanic, or latin, I dont recommend you to book here or his properties on airbnb. He stated he was not going to return our money and still has us booked like we are there to keep our money. I will fight for this injustice he did to my family and I. Make sure you see all the reviews on here. There are similar experiences to mine on here.

Fantastic experience: We had the most fun at South Padre Island. Our rental at Bahama Mama House has been just perfect! The home is gorgeous and will meet everyone’s needs. Cindy at the office has been so helpful, I’d love to come again.
