Fantastic experience: I very rarely make a google review if even ever. But I just had to do one for Dirt cheap car rental. I've been doing long term car rent from these guys for 8 months now and I have to say that unlike every other place i've tried out, these guys are great. Everyone that works there is so proffesional and helpful. Great service, quick response on phone and mail and very straight up.

Fantastic experience: Your experience with this car rental service depends on what you expect. I wanted a cheap car where I didn't care about the condition of the car. So I got a cheap car with the expected signs of wear and tear. When my car broke down, the car was immediately swapped for a better car. The staff are very friendly. If you are looking for cheap cars with good service, I can fully recommend this rental. However, if you are looking for flawless and accident-free cars and have more budget, I would recommend viewing the car beforehand, if possible.

Fantastic experience: When I say this is the best establishment I’ve been in I mean it . I was helped by this young man Deigo who was one of the most accommodating people I have ever met. I had so many speed bumps and things were going wrong left and right and he did everything in his power to make sure that I was able to get the car today, and he did it all with a smile. I will recommend this place to all my friends and everyone until the day I die . Because of them I am able to attend an important event I needed to be at tonight if y’all need a car this is the place to go to.

Negative experience: Worst experience!! They make up their own rules and terminate the booking without reason. Find a better place to rent a car from, seriously not worth renting from here!!

Positive experience: Alright experience, the car I received was over a few years old had over a 100k miles and was fair condition at best. Had orange paint splashed on the outside and the front door would creak when opening. Wouldn't use again but cheap prices and maybe you'll be luckier than me who knows...

Negative experience: This place seems sketch. The site doesn't even show you any cars, prices, nothing. I went to the menu onto of the website and it doesn't send you anywhere. All you can do is request a quote. I did that. Sometime later I received an email saying. We don't have any cars for tomorrow, sorry. So I called, I explained what I was sent on the email and asked when is the soonest car they will have available. I was told probably not until next week, maybe Friday. Never in my freaking life have I ever heard a car rental place doesn't have any cars. I'm guessing this is a 5 to 7 car place. I'm just baffled...never in my life. All the cars companies I ever rented from have I heard this. I came on here and saw some of the reviews and yes...sketchy is correct. Yeah...definitely not using this place ever

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Dirt Cheap enough! Great price, great service and a great car (2022 Nissan). One of my tires blew out, and with any other car rental company this would've cost a fortune, but with them it only cost me time. The car had a spare tire in the back, and the tire was replaced a day later at a local tire shop, free of charge. Could not have wished for a better outcome. Highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I have been a customer for 3 years with them and just stopped. Each car comes with a problem that they later blame you about. I’ve had 7 cars in a row work only for 2 months and the same day I receive it I notice a problem and advice them about it and they tell me it’s okay don’t worry about it. Then the car breaks down and they’re blaming the people. Horrible customer service don’t recommend this place to anybody for sure scammers.

Fantastic experience: Great! They provide excellent service. My tire has flat, I go and change it free of charge at a contracted place. Oil change is free. While I'm waiting, they give me another car and help me run my errands. It is truly excellent to receive this service for this price. I congratulate the whole team.

Negative experience: Dirt Cheap uses a shady auto insurance company by the name of Linda King & Associates. Linda King Employees are either lazy or disgruntled. They don't answer their phone, text or emails.

Fantastic experience: The prices are the lowest in town, I had two cars and they were both very good. I head to switch because I had an accident and damaged the car. Insurance covered 100% of damages and towing costs and they gave me a new car right the next day. Super satisfied.

My budget was the cheapest model of car with unlimited miles and they provided me with a good deal within my budget! A 2023 black Toyota Corolla! They provide you with insurance and everything and the car is yours! Signing the paperwork was fast and simple! Will definitely come back here again!!!!

Fantastic experience: Okey so here's the most honest review, i read a lot of stuff on the reviews about bad customer service before getting there car. but when i went there, i got a realllyyyy cheap price compared to any other place, 700 a month instead of 2500 minimum for competitors. Plus i was UNDER 21. i had a slight issue with the payment processors but the company was so helpful and especially a guy working there named CJ, they fixed my problem and gave me a compensation, they even proposed to give me an. extra week rent free or a more powerful car. you would definitely find nothing better for the same price. I really do recommend this company and would look forward to rent from them again.

Negative experience: I was recommended this place from a friend who said I could get a rental for nearly a $100 a week. That was clearly an exaggeration. I just got off the phone with one of their employees who said I'd have to wait weeks before paying as much as $700. Exactly what about $700 is considered dirt cheap? This was a waste of time and a ripoff. Just download Turo for better deals.

Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend! The price they tell you is the price you will pay. They won't add extra fees for every little thing they can think of like other car rental places. Which means there is no young driver fee!

Negative experience: I had called a week before and made a reservation. Yesterday, I went to ask if I could add a driver that could not come the day of the reservation as I had to pick them up at the airport in L.A.(my parents) and provide everything they needed. That way I also made sure that I would not have any problem the next day when I had to pick up my car. By surprise I was asking this question when we checked my reservation and apparently it was not there. The registration “system” is bad. You just call and they make a paper note on that. There is no type of confirmation to prove that a reservation had been made and being there they gave me no option. I had planned this trip in advance and coming from a past reservation I expected everything to go smoothly. Now I have to find in car in hours. For future users as the price is good and it is still a good offer, I would double call the day after the reservation. Still the system should be improved so that things like this not happen if it is intentional when they have made to many reservation’s.

Fantastic experience: Top experience. Particularly because I'm a foreigner and don't have a credit card. Had to lay down a deposit of 300, but that was reverted basically 1 minute from leaving the door after I had dropped it off. The staff were straightforward and professional, explained everything to me and were hella accommodating. The prices were phenomenal compared to every other place. They checked for a phone holder for me yo use my GPS and luckily had one, lending it to me at no extra charge. Champions, will definitely use again. Coming back for that mustang.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about this company! I recently rented with them a couple weeks ago, for the second time, and was once again blown away with the customer service. The first rental was an older model, but ran perfectly. The second rental was a new model, which also ran great. The staff are what make this place the absolute best! Both experiences were great. They take their time answering any questions, make sure everything is clearly understood, helped me with directions, were friendly, the list goes on and on. I rarely write reviews, but I couldn't not share my experience. I will be using them again and will recommend them as much as possible!

When picking up my car a few weeks later, they found the reservation quickly and I was on my way within 10 minutes. Drop off was just as easy. Car was practically brand new and very clean

I would also suggest to walk around and check the damages on the car before driving off. I had to return a car because i didn't feel comfortable with their breaks and its alignment, I called and they upgraded me to a better car at no cost.

The people are really great, I got in an accident the first week I had the car and that they were so cool and it was easy to take care of , took 10 minutes .The same thing the check engine light came on took 10 minutes they know what they're doing.This the best place in town and that's still the best price too.

Fantastic experience: I normally rent from "the usual guys" but decided to try Dirt Cheap and I was very pleased! One of my favorite things in dealing with businesses it's when they make it simple, "no fuss, no muss", here's what you need and be on your way! That was one of the big differences I noticed, because the other guys make you feel like you're buying a house instead of just renting a car! There was only one minor thing with a tire but they took care of it on the spot and then everything was fine. It was a quick rental, but feel like I can definitely return for any short or longer time, kudos to the lady with glasses that helped me out.

Fantastic experience: An amazing price (less than half of the big guys) that includes all necessary insurance. The service was prompt and the car I received was great. It's located about a 10 minute Uber ride from the Airport and easily accessible. I was even reimbursed the days I didn't use at the daily rate when I returned early. Highly recommended, I wish there were rental car places like this everywhere!
