Negative experience: The insurance agent (Mark Young) did not help me, bad customer service and rude. Zero star really. Very lazy and incompetent people work for AAA.

Fantastic experience: Marilyn Sotelo was great to talk to and pretty helpful. Matter of fact most of the people there are all pretty helpful.

Fantastic experience: Marilyn was amazing and the person that helped me register my car was extremely helpful and patient as well, but I didn’t catch her name. Great branch, this was a very pleasant visit!

Negative experience: Rude staff I felt discriminated

Negative experience: I recently had a disappointing experience with customer service when contacting AAA. During my call, I was assisted by an individual who introduced themselves as Supervisor Gigi, employee number "hotel278." The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional, as if my inquiries were an inconvenience. The customer service provided was below expectations; it was both rude and unhelpful. Additionally, the services offered by AAA, seem outdated and not competitive. This experience has led me to reconsider my future interactions and expectations from this company.

Fantastic experience: I was there in the morning and the wait was maybe 5 min.... very nice! The receptionist was very friendly and assisted me with energy! My regret is not getting her name. Now Miesha Moore finished taking care of me, she was friendly and was very thorough. Clear and patient. Answered all my questions and was very professional. Lots of parking as well!

Negative experience: I have always liked auto club for roadside service and car insurance and directed family members to use them for car insurance and friends BUT TODAY ROADSIDE SERVICE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT IS HORRIBLE I AM ALSO AN PREMIER PLUS PAY EXTRA FOR EXTRA SERVICES AND INWORK HARD FOR MY MONEY SO FIVE DIFF VIRTUAL ASSISTANT MISTAKES AND THEY CANCELLED MY TOW HAD TO GET A LIVE OPERATOR to fix everything as the virtual causght a word nusednin texting that said to them I was not able to use the service for a tow and a jump three hours later finally a tow is coming missed work as this was the last day to tow this car to my grandparents as I had to park on street as I only have one parking spot and was getting tickets n Thisnis horrible and Thisnis not the first time the virtual assistant messes up many people tell me it’s horrible other than that the live people r always great I like the car insurance and so not happy w the tow service anymore at alll three hours and still sitting here

Positive experience: There is no longer a direct phone number to the Pasadena office, impossible to get simple information, like "is a notary working in the office today?"

Fantastic experience: I was in and out with exactly what I needed in hand in under an hour! I needed an International Driver's Permit and the photos to go along with it. Maraya was so kind, knowledgeable and helpful and get everything sorted out very quickly. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I haven't been to a AAA office in quite some time, but went today for an international driving permit. They were extremely busy, perhaps because the Alhambra office had technical issues and redirected me and other customers to other locations. All the staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was really impressed!

Fantastic experience: We went to the Pasadena, CA location on 4/8/22 to register our vehicle. Their DMV services are awesome. It is fast and easy and the Auto Club staff are knowledgeable and very professional.

Negative experience: Zero star really. Dump of an office. Very lazy and incompetent people work for AAA. They will tell you any misinformation to get you to leave without helping you so they do not have to do any work. This happened to me so many times. The worse customer service around. No one listens to you. Absolutely no activity in their brains to process anything you say to them. I had to wait for almost 45 minutes just so they can treat me like this. Go to the DMV if you need help and not AAA.

Fantastic experience: Stopped by to take care of some dmv paperwork and we were really impressed with the service. Also ample parking. The service was so quick!! They had ample seating and hand sanitizer available at the entrace and desk stations. We were helped by Dana O who was amazing! She was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Between check in and completing the paperwork we needed we were out in less than 15 minutes.

Fantastic experience: So much better then going to the DMV! Lines and wait times are short and they communicate directly with the DMV so you can get your registrations or transfers taken care of right away.

Positive experience: I tend to wait until the last minute to give the government my money. So, I get my tag here, rather then the DMV. It's way faster. Although not as fast as it use to be in the past. The guy at the check-in desk was handling member between his other duties.

Fantastic experience: After losing our car key, we called AAA to tow our car to the nearest Chevy dealership so we could get a new key made. Eric, the tow truck driver, was fantastic. He could see we were stressed and miserable, and he did everything he could to make our day better. He was prompt and professional and excellent at problem solving. He was also friendly and easy to talk to. We can't recommend Eric highly enough. We were completely satisfied with him.

Negative experience: AAA has a bad habit of taking ur money before explaining a policy to someone. They also have a bad habit of not returning ur phone call when u have called customer service 3 times within 2 hours asking for a supervisor because the agents that answer somehow dont know whats on my account even tho they are looking at computer screen. 1 agent even told me that she could explain the policy on my account thats being renewed and that she doesnt have a manager or supervisor. Im not sure why she asked for my account number if she couldnt explain anything in the account to the account holder. Do better. Ur thieves and dont care about ur customers and arent helpful when something actually happens to ur car. My car got broken into and because the criminals didnt make 700 dollars worth of damage, i wasnt gonna get any help.

Negative experience: No explanation was given and the agent didnt care about my need to renew. Only focus was who lived in my address. Am a social person and hosts friends and my kids as a communal expectation. She didnt care about my needs and I had to go.

Fantastic experience: Went to pay dmv registration... Tuesday 8/25 AAA was covid exceptional. Friendly, quick, efficient... the young ladies were super nice. Had their system down so it was easy.

Fantastic experience: They're quick, nice staff, clean building. They've saved me grief bypassing DMV for most things.

Positive experience: Convenient DMV services if you're a member (cash or check only). During covid, you are greeted in the parking lot and questioned about your reason for your visit. You are then to wait in your car until you get a text. You can view your queue position online while you wait, but your wait can be over 40 min, during peak hours. Many people in the queue give up if it's a hot day, so that moves you up. If you're there for anything else than DMV, make an appointment. All staff wear masks. Sanitizer is provided.
