Fantastic experience: Love this place for my DMV needs. I have been coming here for a few years now. I have had a few complicated DMV transactions. There's this one girl who is amazing and efficient. She has braids. I will get her name when I am there next time. Make sure you have an appointment.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this AAA DMV office to get my car Title and faced a system issue that did not allow agent to process transaction. Office manager assured me that she will personally follow up with main DMV office and get application processed. 3month later i received the Title. Thank you Sheena, Alicia and Liz.

Fantastic experience: Great service! Just went today to get an international driver permit. No appointment was needed, and only had to wait a few minutes. It took maybe 15-20 min in total to get the permit. $20 permit fee & $12 for photo.

Positive experience: Prefer to update necessary paperwork/ IDs here rather than at DMV! Make sure you make the appt prior to going in.

Negative experience: If I could give AAA zero stars I would I called for a tow truck this morning. They send the wrong tow truck tow truck operator from great neck tells me I have to call AAA back and make another appointment. Need to say I had to call three times and still no tow truck It’s my personal opinion that those of us that are Caucasian get the short end of the stick with the employees and the tow companies. AAA is not worth anything.

Negative experience: Triple as did not find a tow and has billed my 4 usages for the tow which never happened they don't find overnite tows or to get your towed if it's stuck in park

Fantastic experience: After making an appointment, excellent experience with this facility. The management team was able to help me with my complicated DMV work needed, and even contacted the DMV to ensure that the paperwork had been done properly. After all of a said and done, my car is registered and I was good to go. Friendly staff, clean accommodations.

However, I would advise coming with everything prepared so your interaction can go as smoothly as possible (ie go online and *print and fill out* all the forms needed in order to do whatever you need (whether it be changing license, etc).

Negative experience: Don’t know others services here. But Amazon pick up here… you will be very angry come out from that door.

Negative experience: If you order Amazon for pick up option, DO NOT place to this awful location. You never gonna get your package here, tried twice pick up from here but twice didn't get it and you will treat like you are fool. Front desk ask for pick up code which is you don't get from Amazon, you give order number that ugly old lady will tell you come down and call Amazon customer service. She doesn't know that there will be no live agent can figure out pick up barcode for you, it just gonna refund credit to you. Which is you spent all your times for not things! There are not professional!

Fantastic experience: I come here with my grandfather every year to get his international driver's license. To be honest, I never thought this place was useful. I've always known about AAA but really have never been a member. Here's the thing though. This is probably a game changer for them. They now act as kind of like a mini DMV. You can actually get your license renewed here. Which I'm sure is a much better experience than actually going to a department of motor vehicles. Anyway, every time we're here to get the international driver's license they take our photos and they provide us with the license. It usually takes about 30 minutes and it's really easy. People that work here are really nice and attentive. Will never wait longer than one or two minutes to be seen. If you're in the area and you're older or have older grandparents or parents definitely come here.

Easy transaction and we're able to get new plates, registration and return plates in a short time. Friendly and professional staff. Sheena went over and beyond to help out by lending us a screw driver To remove old plates . Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I called AAA to have a technician come and it was said technician Y1425 in queens named Carmen R was going to come. I needed my tire changed because I had a flat. A man appears and is like I’m here to take care of your jump start. I said no thank you that’s not my issue, thinking it was a stranger. He’s like oh I’m here for Carmen. I’m like oh where is Carmen. Then he has attitude and says you want me to help you or not so I declined and he went in his car. Please becareful. AAA should not be conducting business like this. If it says a man or a woman then that should be the person who comes. He didn’t say he was Carmen he said he was there for Carmen. As a woman who is alone I was scared and declined. He seemed mad and was rude so I let him leave. Then I call and they refused to send anyone to help me. The worse service ever. A man there wouldn’t even let me speak and say my side. I can’t believe they were so rude!

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best AAA location I've ever utilized. Went here for the first time ever due to the Yonkers store being "temporarily closed." Best decision ever. Facility is clean and welcoming, staff friendly and kind, and the treatment of customers (clients?) is truly superb. I was in and out, International Driver Permit in hand, in less than 5 minutes. This is my new preferred location for life.
