Negative experience: I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Chula Vista office. I have always valued the company's commitment to customer service. However, my recent experience has left me deeply disappointed and concerned. After the dust settled in a recent divorce I noticed i was paying two policies for about a year with the same vehicle on both policies. Hence, Ex-spouse is a current employee of AAA Chula vista. Which, unfortunately for me she was on the policy that I was double paying for. I went into the office to speak with a representative, which I was denied. Conflict of interest. Employees can not access there "own" policies. I asked to speak to the manager Patrick Bashore, and coincidentally he was not available. I was then approached by Christina the supervisor. In her hand, a business card. Immediately Christina advised me that I should call customer service to get help regarding my double pay on my "policies". In a very condescending tone, I will add. I was dumbfounded. "Isn't this customer service" I asked. Denied. I was told by Christina that it was in my best interest to contact customer service. Which we all know there telephone system is shotty. I went to another AAA office where I was helped. The Policy that I was paying for, canceled days before my visit. Foul play. Luckily I had proof of policy and was able to get some info. I was given both Patrick Bashore and Jermaine Henderson's contact information. I emailed both and called, neither responded. Weeks later I get a call from Jermaine's secretary. She heard my rant, then reassured me that it would get resolved. Weeks later received a check for $36.45 with my Ex-spouse and my name on it. Ridiculous. Careless. I called multiple times in attempt to speak with a manager, and nothing. Guess that is what happens when people let there personal interest with coworkers downplay there professional liabilities. As for me the consumer, who cares. I move on. I get another insurance company. Easy. For the rest of the people good luck. AAA, apparently doesn't care about there customer's.

Gina was helping wasn't too interested in assisting me and was actually on her cell phone trying to be discrete by having it against her computer screen. Ignoring her unprofessional conduct was a big mistake on my part because now that affidavit is in the wrong dept and since we have not receive our check from Triple A our car payment will increase to a point of no way we can afford it. I spoke to her supervisor Shaunice who claim it went to the right dept which I think is covering up for the mistake. We are now in panic as we cannot afford an almost 1k car payment. Myriam assisted us and everything about her service was wrong. She forgot to gather my signature for the title change and then called me days later when she realized her mistake and asked me to come in to sign not being considerate about others busy schedules. I did go back and had to wait more than 30 min to process something that wasn't my fault. Also, she said I couldn't cancel my membership because I wasn't the main account holder and 2 minutes later I asked the front desk and they did it for me!! Disappointed, very disappointed.
