Negative experience: They left me to die on the side of the road. I called a total of 8 times and was made to wait 4 hours for a tow truck that never came. The ETA kept getting pushed back and I was stranded. I never felt so unsafe and abandoned. Do NOT use AAA!

Negative experience: Called about renting a car in the state of Washington for my son and his wife to drive to Massachusetts. Gentlemen was very curt and not helpful at all. Stared car rental companies rules, not ours. Lousy interaction, won’t call rockland at all anymore!

Fantastic experience: Best perk of membership is registry services....keeps u away from the RMV....and even without an appointment...the wait times were not bad...I suggest if you are a member of the New Year's eve conception club...(14% higher birthrate in September) that you do not procrastinate..As appointments are tough to get in September compared to wat I've heard from members born in other months.....no secret my parents were throwing or going to a new years eve party back in the 70s early 80s....

Negative experience: Lost over one hundred dollars replacing my wheelock key because their driver who changed my tire on the highway walked off with mine. Been dealing with this for months. I called multiple times explained my situation a woman gave me her email said email her and triple a would reimburse me. The email didn't exist and wasn't valid! Over one hundred dollars down because since the store didn't have a key they had to break the locks. Then replace them. Dishonest

Negative experience: I am totally fed up. A trip that I had signed up for, paid the down payment AND insurance last October! The trip was canceled by AAA and I am STILL waiting for my refund--as are all the people at Linden Ponds in Hingham who signed up for the trip! What lousy service! Fantastic experience: Tried to schedule an appointment with AAA online to get a real ID license. Typing at the speed of a glacier I failed for weeks. I finally called and they very kindly let me do a "walk in" between 10am and 2pm. Everyone there was so nice and I got my license!! AAA in Rockland ROCKS!!

Negative experience: the rolled eyes when asking a question -- the filthy eye exam station covered in sweat and snot likely -- the greeting which was more like a drill and not a welcome but accusatory -- approached on line where sign indicated one should stand -- greeted by an employee stating "why are YOU here" identified as there for MA ID response was "do YOU have an appointment..." answered Yes -- and she turns away -- watched others being greeted the same way -- you identify your reason for being there and the employee never gives acknowledgement just turns away -- NO WELCOME -- then you wait no problem -- then you are called from afar and need to figure out who called your name -- no problem -- then you get there and it feels like you failed -- where are your documents -- I gave them to the other employee and she returned them to me -- they are in my folder -- she never said to then give them to you -- just took my AAA card and gave me back my documents -- so I put them in my folder -- told to get them out again -- apologize was not told that while I was waiting I should hold them ready to present AGAIN never told -- response was "Well there are alot of people working positions they don't normally hold" but no eye contact from the guy -- then treated like an idiot when he spoke never giving eye contact and I requested he repeat the question -- this entire "shoddy" unwelcoming and dismissive and critical experience was topped off when asked to put my chin and push my face into the eye exam that was filthy -- I stepped back and made sure that is what he wanted me to to put my chin on that contraption and I wanted to make sure I did it right -- that was when he paused a long pause and rolled his eyes on me and said "put your chin on the plate...." I felt horrible leaving the Rockland AAA -- and the treatment to the customers was really bottom rung lousy; no customer service -- horrible
Fantastic experience: If you don't have AAA, Get it we do all our Business with them credit card renew our license and we just updated our passport photo

Negative experience: Went today to get my Licensed renewed. got there when they opened. 3 people including myself with 5 counters open. after pleading my case with ZERO help i left. 2 counters still open. next appointment was 2 weeks out. Booked at the RMV for next week. Worst Customer service and attitudes!!! would give it no stars if i could.

Fantastic experience: Erica Aruja of Mag towing was excellent. As an older cripple I needed help which he gave me in his long distance haul. He is courteous, professional and a gentleman. Fantastic experience: Amazing as always. AAA insurance locations can do registry transactions! I have no idea why they don't promote that more. I had the same agent, for 20 years. Congratulations on your retirement! If you want national level coverage, and not have to punch in your customer ID# on an automated system....I can't recommend them enough.

Negative experience: They said they couldn't help me I thought if you were a AAA member that a Family member that you live with are intiltaled to there services. I have been a AAA member for many years my mother is 88 I live with her she needed to get a MASS ID as her driver's license expired in 2019 I am moving her to Florida she needs a ID They said only the member is entitled to there services
