Negative experience: Christine who represents the DMV here was immediately rude to my husband today. I don't appreciate someone talking to my husband like that. Not only could she NOT answer a simple question with niceness she instead immediately jumped up out of her sear and had to go get her manager Jason to finish the transaction. Not smart. If you're going to work in customer service have a customer service attitude. "A can do attitude". If you're having a bad day don't come to work that day. Negative experience: Do not do business with this company. I had AAA for a couple of years as they were the lowest for full coverage, their DMV services, and roadside. I went with a different insurance company, let my insurance with AAA lapse, which should have canceled my policy. Right? No way. They billed me for MONTHS and somehow sent it to collections??? I rarely check my credit score, but you can imagine my complete shock to see almost $600 in collections from AAA. When I contacted them about it they tried to play dumb, and transfer me from person to person, hoping I'd give up. They eventually handed me of to a gentleman that tried to tell me "you were insured for those months that we billed you. If you can prove you had insurance in between, we will remove it.." when I hadn't paid? What does me being insured with another company have to do with you? If I got into an accident while I was "still insured"(but hadn't paid) would y'all have paid for a new car? Luckily I disputed the collection on credit karma and had it removed after 2 WHOLE YEARS. Shady business. Disgusting practices. Check your credit and dispute any AAA charges.

Fantastic experience: I went to this office to transfer tittle and get my car registered from florida to california. I was second in the line she checked me in told me to have a seat someone will call. As soon as I set down she called me. The lady that help me was very nice and friendly I got my new license plate and sticker. I was pleasantly surprised. All this time I been going to DMV when I could have been going to AAA. I love my AAA after this and will make sure to renew my membership they have the best car insurance also!

When I lived in Riverside, they were just as busy if not more, and we're always polite and professional. Northern San Diego county was much better, I dont go in to this location anymore... More so because an employee approached my children while I was finishing up a transaction, the intent was to help settle them down, they offered them an activity to do just when I was saying it was time to go. Fantastic experience: Went here today to deal with a transfer of title, adding said vehicle to current insurance, paying late registration and transferring home owners insurance policy. We thought it would be a headache and a half, but the front desk was very kind and helpful with making sure that we had all of the correct paperwork and type of payment to have no hold ups. Then Shay was great it getting through all of the paperwork and advising us how to keep things at the same rates for what we need. I would recommend this office over others. We have always had a good experience here.

Negative experience: Literally ruined my honeymoon. I booked a honeymoon to Costa Rica. A week before we were supposed to depart I was told that our departure date from Costa Rica was no longer available. And our non stop return flight turned into a 22 hour long nightmare. Triple A barely wanted to give us credit for the day we lost of vacation. No amount of relaxing is gonna get you past 22 hours of travel. We had a 2 hour trip from the resort to the airport. From there we had the way to the airport for an hour and then travel all the way to New York. The airline would not let us stay in New York for the night after having already traveled for approximately 12 hours. Then we had our lay over in New York. And another 8 hour flight to California. I can't believe we had the fight to get a vacation credit. I have suffered from severe back injuries in the past. This vacation made them much worse by sitting in these airline seats for multiple hours. My condition was exacerbated I will not fly jet blue again. And I will book my own vacations. I do much better research. There was never a non stop return flight available.

I noticed that AAA had taken down the reading material that the public would use to occupy themselves while wating, oh yes and they also had the barriers up to enter the building if there was a lot of people. Negative experience: Today was the worst experience I have had with the Murrieta AAA . Management wasn't checking members in via the computer system documenting members arrival , placing people on squares randomly not knowing members names or documenting when they arrived ! Members were being ignored & overlooked as departments came out to take the next member not knowing the correct arrival order . Members waited outside in the Sun & heat not knowing what the right procedure was . AAA log your members in via the computer like the good old days . Give them a since of organization & professional care !
