Negative experience: This business is highly misleading and untrustworthy. First, the name advertised as “Nigerian Visa Services” on Google and their website is completely inaccurate. When you arrive at the office, it turns out to be “EST Travels”, a different entity entirely. I visited on September 16, 2024, for a Nigerian visa as per their walk-in hours from 9am -1pm, Monday - Friday with all required documents in hand. However, I was quoted $650 for a **SINGLE ENTRY VISA—an amount that is excessively high and unreasonable. To add to the confusion, I was told the visa would be valid for two to five years, even though it was a single-entry visa. This doesn’t make sense given that my trip is in December, and such a long validity period for a single-entry visa is unusual. Furthermore, the payment options are highly questionable. They only accept Zelle or money orders, which seems inappropriate for handling official government documents. No credit or debit cards, and not even cash, is accepted. When I processed to decline using his services because I felt that the pricing wasn’t correct he had the audacity to shove all my paperwork back at me, tell me I’ll only be able to get an appointment in New York or Washington DC and that “I’ll be back because I’ll need his services” THE AUDACITY. After leaving this office, I visited “OIS Services”, which is affiliated with the Nigerian Consulate, and was informed that the actual visa cost is only $160—a fraction of what I was initially quoted. I strongly advise others to avoid this third-party service and go directly through legitimate channels to avoid overcharging and potential issues. Side note: HE WASN’T EVEN NIGERIAN Y’ALL

Fantastic experience: I don't know what manner of experince people may have had to score Nigerian Visa Houston (NVH) below 5 stars, if I could score it 100 stars, I would without hesitation. My experience at NVH was fantastic, Mr. Jim is very resourceful with his services, very approachable over the phone and even in person. The service was swift and I received my visa muuuuuuch faster than expected. In fact, I picked up my passport with Naija visa yesterday, less than 2 wks when I submitted my passport and payment. Negative experience: Do not trust the Nigerian Visa Service place here #444. It’s a scam. The asian looking man there is extremely rude and unprofessional. He kept on raising his voice at me, when I asked him questions. He asked me to me to pay over $500 to get a Nigerian visa, which is outrageous! I didn’t pay jack! I took all my stuff and left.
