Fantastic experience: I have no problems or issues with booking through Harr Travel. Bill made everything so smooth and sleek to where I could understand everything very well. I would recommend to family and friends and use Harr again and again!!

Fantastic experience: I decided to call Harr travel about booking a cruise. I left a voicemail to call me back asap because I didn't want to miss out on the Black Friday sale going on. Brian returned my call right away and scheduled me with Bill a very nice travel advisor. Bill is very thorough and made sure I understood the process, and is very pleasant to talk to. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Harr Travel.

Fantastic experience: Nick was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, took the time to answer all my questions about cruising Alaska on a Princess ship, and had a great price. We booked!

Negative experience: I would not recommend Harr Travel or the insurance (Travel Guard) that they offer. We just lost $1,200 on a Royal Caribbean cruise because my bf lost his job and even though that’s listed as a valid reason for cancellation, insurance denied the claim. To top it off, I got a “welcome home” voicemail from Michelle on the day we were supposed to return from the cruise we never took but still paid for. Talk about adding salt to a wound. She did email me afterwards apologizing for the phone call, but I don’t understand what’s so hard about checking your notes before following up with someone (screenshot is attached and her voicemail is saved). Proves they are not about quality service and only care about quantity. This is an unorganized and misleading company, I was very surprised with my experience because they work so closely with major cruise lines. From February 2024 to November 2024, I had 11 DIFFERENT AGENTS. That’s quite a quick turnaround rate! I listed names of the “agents” I received emails from below, I also have all emails saved: -Traci Castello -Zesa Manhart -Necole Smith -Keri Stocks -Kim Han -Melissa Fernald -Rafael Gonzalez -Desiree Griffin -Sara Cumby -Michelle Pharr -Emily Boudreaux I was also sent the wrong information on one of our junior suite bookings and the agent said they would add $50 OBC and never did (screenshot attached). I had high expectations but I was sadly mistaken and now out of $1,200. I’m sure this huge company needs it more than blue collar workers though.

Fantastic experience: Great Customer Service team, answers questions efficiently and quickly. they bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience. Maggie Deserves a raise, thank you so much.

Negative experience: I've been working with this agency for the past year. They are TERRIBLE!!! When called or gone online to pay for my family and I vacation booked through Harr, the website is NEVER updated. Harr Travel never send receipts of transactions. I had a agent Chris but he left (he would send emails of receipts and if anything else needed to be communicated.) My new agent Maggie is hell. No communication skills and I have to call every month for updates. DO NOT BOOK THEM!!!

Fantastic experience: This is our first experience with Harr Travel. We appreciate that the advisor wanted to start by finding out what we wanted instead of pushing something at us. Rather than guessing at answers to our questions, the advisor works with the team to find the correct answers. We are looking forward to a stress-free travel experience.

Fantastic experience: First experience with Harr Travel and I couldn’t be more pleased. What I like most was the responsiveness and professional approach with Maggie. She helped me work out a few app issues with the cruise and kept me informed. She’s a gem.

Negative experience: I used Harr Travel for my European cruise but really could have saved myself a lot of money because me and my travel friend did pretty much all the research and planning ourselves. Our agent quit before our trip and got a new agent during this process too. I will not be using a travel agent especially Harr in the future as I did it all myself anyway!

Fantastic experience: As a first timer, I have been searching for a cruise to the Caribbean for my family and found myself watching Harr Travel’s reviews on YouTube. Danny is very informative, detailed, and honest with his reviews. I decided to reach out and first spoke with Luis, who is very professional and customer-friendly. He connected me to Bill who is one of their travel experts. Bill has been very awesome, and as one of the reviewers said to which I agree- Bill truly cares for the customer’s wants and needs and you won’t feel like being”pushed to buy” like others who are just after their “sales”. He is also very informative and prompt with his responses. I highly recommend Harr’s Travel based on personal experience and also highly recommend Bill Techanchuk.

Fantastic experience: We have booked 8 cruises on our own in the past 14 years and feel quite comfortable doing it without any assistance. This time, we had the hardest time a we are a family with three small children and could not for the life of us figure out how to accommodate three kids (royal only allows two kiddos per room on the app and website) and the price of the suites were out of question for us. Being that our children are little still we didn’t want them in a connecting room - so I decided to reach out for help for the first time. We hit the jackpot! I had no idea how helpful and FAST we would be able to find the perfect situation for our family and one that came in under budget at that! This will be the first cruise with all our children and will continue to use Bill at Harr Travel even if we know how to do some of it ourselves. Very knowledgeable and professional and truly took the pain out of planning this trip for us. 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Fantastic experience: Amanda and the rest of the team at Harr Travel are fantastic. I came across them because of Danny's reviews of cruise ships, which are really useful due to his particular perspective. But the team there have helped us with several cruises now, including group cruises. When things need adjustment, Amanda has been incredibly helpful about helping us adjust our itinerary, schedule, and sometimes even ship. Definitely the way to go for cruising, and a great team in your corner.

Negative experience: Having watched many of the Harr Travel reviews and after booking my dream cruise for December 2024 I decided to have Harr Travel assist me with this cruise. What a mistake!!!! I contacted them and was told someone would reach out which they did. I denied the travel insurance and never heard another word from anyone. Unfortunately when a cruise is booked with a travel agent you can not get information on the cruise website. I knew it was getting close to paying for my December cruise so I contacted Harr Travel. I voiced my displeasure with no contact and someone did call yesterday. Imagine my utter disappointment when I found out that all speciality dining areas were able to be booked 9 months ago and NOW ARE ALL SOLD OUT AS WELL AS SHORE EXCURSIONS. Not at anytime have I been contacted with planning my trip or anything else for that matter. No compensation has been offered and essentially was told not be be discouraged-really I would not recommend this travel agency for anything at this time. I am so very disappointed and feel I could have done a much better job on my own which is exactly what I will do for my next cruise. I had my heart set on attending the Le Petit dining experience over the holidays but it doesn't sound like I will be doing much of anything thanks to this company. I understood they would watch the pricing for the cruise and if it went down I would contacted so how would I know if this is the way they "stay in contact" with their customers??? Wonder if anyone will contact me after reading this? 9/2/24 I would like to give Maggie Lerma an amazing shoutout. She reached out to me and was able to answer all my questions along with finding reservations for the specialty dining that we wanted but had been told was all sold out. She is truly amazing and has restored my faith in Harr Travel once again. As long as I can use Maggie as my consultant I will be a happy cruiser! Thank you Maggie for making our bucket list cruise all we want it to be!!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I wanted to book a cruise with Royal for us and our 4 kids. We had some trouble finding exactly what we wanted on the Royal Car. website...and the prices were higher than we wanted to pay as well. We called Harr Travel (after watching their cruise ship videos on YouTube) and inquired about booking a cruise with them. In no time at all, they presented several excellent options at wonder prices (much lower than anything we found on our own). We booked right away and the process has been smooth and helpful ever since. I HIGHLY recommend booking your next cruise with Harr Travel.

Fantastic experience: We used Harr travel for our Alaska cruise with Royal Caribbean. Amanda was so helpful in the planning process. The customer service team would respond quickly to any of our questions or concerns. The little things from sitting together at dinner with our group, to arranging water and a cord for my husband's CPAP machine. The level of professionalism was very impressive. We will use Harr Travel for all of our future trips. Many of our friends that we traveled with used a different travel agency. They are all future Harr travel customers now.

Fantastic experience: Harr Travel is awesome and I highly recommend them! I had been on four previous cruises and never had used a travel agent before. I really enjoyed watching Danny's YouTube videos and decided to use them for our next cruise. Danny and Tamara went above and beyond supporting my family and I on this trip. They had us covered every step of the way; from booking the cruise, making sure we had travel insurance, sending us our pre cruise documents, and a pre cruise goody bag. Fantastic experience: Based on their youtube videos, we contacted Harr Travel for cruise information and had the good fortune to work with Robert Cook. We were planning a family cruise and became overwhelmed with choices- what cruise line, itinerary, room selection, and all the other options one must choose if booking directly. Robert was first rate and I couldn't recommend him more highly. He took the time to listen, asked us questions, walked through a few of the different options for when and where we were looking to go, and made a specific recommendation based on his personal experience. We couldn't have been happier to have the guidance and ended up booking right then. He has followed up several times since our booking with helpful additional information. Fantastic experience: Nick Minucci our Viking cruise consultant has been extremely helpful. He found us savings we never would have on our own. White glove service all the way in cabin selection , customized air.

Negative experience: Harr travels services are not good. Don't return phone calls. I didnt get celebration extras that wete supposed to be delivered to my cabin. Made me pay full prices up front. A week later the price dropped and I was out of luck because harr made me pay full up front. I found out later that if i would have waited to pay the balance i would have got 1300 back. Don't use them. Alot better travel agencies out there . There were several other issues as well. You've been warned!

Fantastic experience: The Harr Travel Advisor (Elaine) we worked with was absolutely amazing. She spent plenty of time with us answering our questions pre booking our cruise. Post booking, she has also been fantastic with speedy responses and plenty of communications and information. We highly recommend using Harr Travel. Update to my previous review above from 3 weeks ago. We just worked with Elaine again and booked another cruise on a different cruise line. Again, very helpful, and responsive even after the booking. I finally found a travel agency that I plan on using again and again. Fantastic experience: We were first introduced to Harr Travel as we happened upon them on YouTube. The ship tours are amazing. Then we started to work with the agents and as promised in the videos they are very nice and helpful. We have worked with Nick Minucci form Princess in December 2024 and now just booked with Robert Cook for Virgin Voyages for February 2025.

I felt I could book a ship on my own after that...BUT... during my search, I ended up finding fabulous ship and room tours by the Danny...owner of Harr Travel. The information in the videos his insight to each ship and rooms I was considering was SO valuable. They were the BEST and most professional tours I had come across! Danny showing you ALL of the spaces, the size of closets, your storage options as well as amenities. I was so impressed by Danny and the care he showed in the videos, I decided to give Harr travel a try! Harr travel works with the top Cruiselines and they know them all! I always have LOTS of questions and Robert is always SO responsive to anything we needed. He truly listens to what I am looking for and happily explores the options we are considering. What I like BEST is that THIS company is SO personable. When I chat with Robert its like working with a friend, and that means the world to me and my family. We just booked our second cruise with him for next year with some of our dear friends!!! Fantastic experience: We've tried many travel agencies over the years but none of them can compare to the high quality of Harr Travel. Crystal Frank is the BEST travel agent we've ever had! She's extremely responsive, timely, she actually listens and offers excellent advice which has always proven to be reliable and spot on. Its nice to have someone with deep industry knowledge look out for us. Their secret is that Harr travel is more concerned about helping us achieve our travel dreams than making a sale or up-selling. Fantastic experience: After watching Danny’s videos on YouTube I knew I should share them with my in-laws. We were all captivated by the quality and detail and so we reached out to Harr Travel to test the waters. We had already booked through NCL at that time for a cruise and so we weren’t able to transfer that reservation to Harr but we still received excellent advice and information from someone named Bill. Since then we have booked several cruises through Harr and all I can say is “someone named Bill” ended up becoming a true friend!! Bill Techanchuk has been outstanding!! His prompt replies and knowledge is why we keep coming back. We have shared pictures of our cruises as well as our camping trips in our motorhome and he has engaged with us without expecting anything in return. In other words we didn’t get a car salesman, we got a travel agent that showed sincere interest in what we wanted to do and put our needs above the desire to “make a sale”. Bill, you are a rockstar!! Positive experience: I've attempted to work with travel agencies in the past and have had poor success. Harr Travel has been responsive, informative, and exceedingly patient with a lot of questions. Nick has gotten the ball rolling for us quickly and I have every confidence he will keep us between the ditches! Hoping to post a review once all is said and done. Giving only 4 stars, because we are still early in the process!

Negative experience: Harr Travel has been top notch with us. We have booked two cruises with them, and they were even helpful with a cruise we had not booked through them. They helped us to make the right choices of which rooms to book, gave us great suggestions of cruises within our budget and even gave us some advice on the upgrade bidding process that resulted in a significant upgrade at a great price. We even received a wonderful gift package about two weeks before our first sailing. Can’t say enough great things about Harr Travel and our advisor Crystal! Edited to add: things sure have changed since Crystal no longer is with Harr Travel. The customer service has been lackluster and very impersonal. We desperately tried to connect with a good agent, and though they’ve assigned us several new travel advisors - none have been at all helpful. So very disappointed with the way things have turned out. We’ve had to move on to others that can better help us and service our travel needs.

Fantastic experience: Harr Travel is the best there is for all of your travel needs. I discovered them from their You Tube video tours of the various cruise lines. I recently decided to take a last minute cruise- I wanted a specific itinerary, specific dates, and a specific ship. However, when I tried to book, all of the cabins in my preferred category were sold out. I tried the cruise website and several other sites for several days with no luck. Then I called Harr Travel. I was asked a few questions by their intake person, assigned a travel advisor, Robert Cook, and an appointment was set up for the following afternoon. I had no hope of getting the cabin level that I wanted for this birthday cruise. The next morning, I received a call from Robert who not only found a cabin at the level that I wanted, but he put a hold on it. He went above and beyond searching and waiting for a cancellation. He took care of everything. I can't say enough about Harr Travel. I will definitely use the for all of my future travel.
