Fantastic experience: Feeling really frustrated by filling out the e-visa forms needed for entry into Kenya and Tanzania, I decided to google for New York City Visa Services and found A-Passport & Visa Services. I called them and Ron was extremely helpful and assisted me in getting my information together. Then since I didn't live that far from their Manhattan location I decided to go there to get it done. Ron was extremely helpful, answered all my questions and put the form through. Twelve days later, I received both my e-visas and I am that much closer to having that amazing Safari experience. Fantastic experience: I contacted A-Passport and Visa for expedited services for a Europe visa in Sep 2024. I worked with Raheela and her colleagues and got my interview within a couple of days, visa within a little over a week. The staff there is very knowledgeable, patient, helpful, diligent and successful with above-board strategies they employ. Fantastic experience: Despite an official invitation from the Algerian Minister of Culture to a symposium, the visa process through Algeria's NYC Consulate was a journey into a "black hole". So, with departure time drawing dangerously close, I called A-Passport & Visa Services and talked with Raheela. She squared things away within 24 hours, and our passports—with the required visas—arrived in our mailbox two days later. Yes, it felt a bit risky to Zelle funds to an unknown firm. But I'm very happy we took the chance, and will initiate any future visa applications through them. They have renewed my passports, my kids passports ,my parents passports in one day . They got me a second passport . Fantastic experience: The best experience I had renewing my passport quickly and reliably! I was able to book an appointment with the team very quickly as soon I realized I need to travel about 2.5mo later and have a passport expiring in less than 6mo. The team who helped me were very professional and efficient in helping me get the renewal process started and submitted, within an hour while I was there at their office. They also helped me take my new passport photo and I’m really happy with the way it turned out (usually never the case with official documentation’s profile photo). I picked the cheapest tier of expedited service and got my passport back in the time frame they promised, about 5 weeks ahead of my travel date. I highly recommend entrusting passport applications with the team here! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly dependable when these applications sometimes aren’t as predictable when doing it on my own (ie not sure when you get your passport back).

Fantastic experience: I'd give them 6 stars if I can. My boss needed to get his visa in 3 days before he boards his flight. 2/3 days were the weekend. While I was freaking out here, A-passport & visa got me the Visa in 1 business day! So if you're in a pinch and just need things done, go to A-passport & visa. They are professional, answer email over the weekend (huge plus!), and kept me updated on the progress. Absolutely recommend!

Negative experience: Cautionary note: Despite the misleading five-star rating, my visa approval was in no way thanks to their assistance. Their misguided advice and incomplete service left my approved visa practically useless. This company not only provided faulty guidance but actively endorsed dishonesty. Despite having a confirmed appointment at a consulate suitable for my destination, they redirected me, urged cancellation, and crafted an itinerary with destinations and dates they claimed would secure approval. All of this came at a hefty $900 fee, primarily for document printing (later incurring an additional $40 for notarization, a task I had to handle independently). When I sought a partial refund for their incomplete service, communication conveniently ceased. Now, I face the frustration of holding an unusable visa, delaying my reunion with family for another year. I had hoped this company would facilitate an easier process to reconnect with family I hadn't seen in nearly a decade. In response to a review I made on yelp I, they provided confidential information about my immigration status publicly further confirming their "professionalism " and blatantly lied about what info they provided despite clear proof in emails and screenshots of messages.

Fantastic experience: We used them 10 years ago & our passports were due for renewal. They are just as efficient as before. Excellent staff. Passports arrived on date promised. Don’t trust renewing with Post Office- so many things can go wrong in the process. Their service might be expensive, but worth it having piece of mind that renewal is handled properly.

Fantastic experience: I was in distress trying to get a passport for my brother since he needed it to be renewed. He was going to travel soon and we weren’t able to get any appointments from the Passport Agency. I came across this company and at first, I was suspicious. However, I went for it AND IT EXCEEDED ALL MY EXPECTATIONS. Not only did they get my brother’s passport under two weeks, they were beyond sweet and explained everything perfectly to me.
