Fantastic experience: Wonderful Experience... We went to Excursions of Branson today for a presentation of their services. We've been to a good number of such thru the years. This company and their employees were just amazing - super courteous, very caring and passionate about their travel program. Our presenter Chad is a brother of the owner and he did an amazing job. They were not pushy and worked so hard to figure out the very best way for their services to work for us and our family. This is soooooo much better than timeshare vacationing and they have a super reasonable service to help get out of timeshares if that is what you want. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXCURSIONS BRANSON AND CHAD. Negative experience: Went in for the 90 minute seminar. Was suppose to be no pressure. My wife and I decided that it was not a good fit for us. The representative Zach got mad and loud with my wife and kept talking very disrespectful. This was not a good experience. When he got loud with my wife, that is when I got loud. He bold up at me and I was ready to defend myself but I kept myself under control. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! The speaker was great and very respectful but when it got to Zach, very bad representative. Poor excuse for a representative. I also video tape his behavior just in case. BAD DECISION TO HO THERE FOR US! BEWARE!!!

Fantastic experience: A great place with lots of informative help. No pressure, answers all your questions and even offered more information than we thought of. Ryan was so helpful. He was very friendly and calm through the whole process. All the associates who worked there were warm, friendly and inviting. I will definitely be referring people to Excursions.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I went to the meeting to get discounted tickets. The presentation was informative, and everyone participated as they said it would go faster. The presenter Justin showed us a lot of info about how the time share industry does their business and the powers behind it. They also showed us their program and decided based on the info provided we decided to buy. Thank you all for the pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: Branson was pretty phenomenal! Great shows, interesting history of how it came to be, lots to do for adults,seniors and kids. I was surprised and glad there was no gambling but recreational Marijuana was legal!

Fantastic experience: I was offered an opportunity to receive discounted tickets for Branson shows if I attended a 90 minute presentation that wasn’t about time shares. We thought why not? I am so glad that we did. As seniors we want to do more traveling and they provided us the opportunity to do that at much reduced rates. There was no hard sales pitch. It was just a friendly presentation and exchange. I am looking forward to doing all of my travel booking through Excursions. This will save me time, money, and my nerves.

Negative experience: I was happily booking our shows on the computer when I received a email from a woman who said if we went for a one hour presentation at the BRANSON TOURIST WELCOME CENTER, we could get three free shows. While I didn't want to spend my vacation being pushed into buying something, she convinced us that this was for TRAVEL information, such as where to stay when traveling, cruises, airlines. OH BOY, IT'S A TRAP. We were sent to Excursions " Travel," which is nothing more than another company trying to get you to buy into thier business. We sat through 90 minutes with family videos and three men pressuring us to buy. They will take our timeshare off our hands for $16,000 . When we explained we did not have the money, they offered a simple solution. Pay $2,000 and put the rest on a credit card at 28% ntrest. Oh sure, no problem, now we pay you triple with the interest. So we were given the tickets and when returning to the Welcome Center to claim yet another free gift I was offered a choice of small trinkets, I picked a chip clip and was offered more free show tickets to go to another timeshare meeting. Excursions is just a fancy name, but the end game is if i had that kind of money, I would be fixing my own house, not giving it to strangers.

Fantastic experience: Zach Ruby was wonderful and very patient; even though we did not invest in this, he was extremely wonderful.

Negative experience: Have been to many sales pitches, but this one was by far the most irritating. Only spent a few minutes on their product. Most of the time was spent telling us how we have been ripped off and lied to by timeshares and one in particular. It was all I could not to walk out in the middle of the presentation.

Negative experience: Do NOT fall for this SCAM no reals to be found. Better deals on Trivago.

Positive experience: Great experience today although we didn’t buy. Yet. Chad was helpful. Definitely still considering the program as it seems much more flexible than the time share route.

Fantastic experience: Chad did a great job to explain everything. We didn't buy but it could be great if you traveled alot. Felt they honest and didn't high pressure you.

Negative experience: Our friends bought some discount tickets through Save On Branson. The tickets were discounted if they and our entire party talked to Excursions for a 45 minute presentation on travel discounts. They were assured this was not a timeshare offer. When we arrived at Save On they were very pleasant and referred us to Excursions. At Excursions both couples were given a form to fill out and we were requested to give our timeshare maintenance fees and who we owned with. I told them we were pleased with our timeshare and weren’t interested in timeshares. I also did not fill in our income information as I feel that is a personal question and is usually optional. Chad, the owners brother, or so he stated, came over and asked me nicely to finish filling out the form. I told him I didn’t want to be rude but didn’t feel it was anyone’s business but mine and preferred not to answer. He said ok and left. A couple of minutes later he came back and told us we no longer had the opportunity to talk to them because I would not give them the information they needed so our discounted tickets would need to be returned. I asked him if he still wanted the information and he said I had been given 2 chances to give the information. He stated he was the owners brother and he had called the owner and the owner told him to “get rid of them”. He was very rude, passive aggressive and wouldn’t even tell us if a restaurant was good. He was extremely rude and we could tell he was very angry. I would stay away from this place!! I hesitate to think of what they would have been like if after the presentation I didn’t buy what they were selling. I’m sorry the ratings for the review are only from 1-5. I’d give them a -5 if possible. Terrible customer relations and short tempered. Reminded me if a middle school temperament. Save On Branson was very gracious and great to work with when we returned. They seem like a good company but I will stay away from Excursions.

Fantastic experience: They made us feel very comfortable and was willing to accommodates us. They were very nice & respectful. Chad, Riley, and Justin gave very grate presentation . Thank you guys

Negative experience: We arrived to ‘greeters’. The presentation was given by an apt man who was working ‘pro bono’. He claimed to have Asperger’s. Way too much personal pre-occupation. Probably the only truthful statement in the presentation was concerning his life of being driven with desire for financial success. We declined the original offer for a membership costing $20,000 and annual maintenance of $400. Settled on $5000. We did not get the email with the link to web site until requesting it several times more. We did due diligence that had not been possible in advance of visit and found every thing indicated in the presentation to be false. Most motel rooms we looked up were 1% savings, a cruise on Viking was 2000 more per person than we could get it online. When I checked with our ‘closer’ he refused any quotes until our payment processed in order to get us past the three day rescission period. One of the only favorable things we experienced was their acceptance of our cancellation and the return of the check we had written The ‘package’ included several cold showers and marginal shows.

Fantastic experience: Due to tropical storm, reservation my daughter had made fell through So I called Branson Excrusions and they were able to make reservations for the following 2 days. Very accommodating and efficient. It's hard to make a reservation for the next day on such short notice.

Fantastic experience: Chad was very nice. He knew what he was talking about. Sounds like a good deal if you plan on traveling and have the money to put down. I didn’t like the constant talk about how bad timeshares are. I think by now most people should know that timeshares aren’t what they used to be. There was no real pressure to buy but they do give you options. Don’t take the first deal if you are interested.

Negative experience: Initially, our presentation was good. Chad spoke to us first, explaining that this was a travel agency/club that could get us out of our Wyndham contracts and maintenance fees. Then we spoke to Mike, a charming funny guy with 20+ years Experience. Long story short, he guaranteed us he could free us from our mortgage and fees, gave us 50% off, and we took the deal. After doing some research, and speaking to a timeshare lawyer, we felt that this was not a program for us. We returned to cancel our contract on day 2. That's when trouble happened. They put us in a private office and sent Chad back to speak to us. Apparently he is "the owner's brother," so that gives him the right to belittle those who dare to change their minds. He immediately told us our research was inadequate, that we weren't giving it a chance, talk talk talk. After a few minutes, I finally asked him to stop. He kept talking. I asked him again to please stop. He continued to talk, defending the "integrity" of this company, until I got angry, yelled at him to Shut up and get someone else in there. He said FINE! WE DON'T WANT YOUR BUSINESS! Reading other reviews, I see others got discounts all the way down to $4000. We paid 15000. SO GLAD WE CANCELED THIS CONTRACT. And many staff seem to get mean. I wonder if they get penalized for the losses. A man named Shad who was a manager came in and settled the matter. He couldn't understand why I was angry. Glad it's over. Bad day+

Negative experience: This company has conned many people out of their timeshares claiming discounted travel and no maintenance fees. The travel is not any cheaper than booking online and there are quarterly maintenance fees. My own father lost the value over $75k in worldmark (which Branson claimed was worthless) plus $10k to join. They take advantage of people who already feel trapped. Basically a scam.

Negative experience: We attended a high pressure sales pitch this morning. The presenter was rude and skimmed over cost, which turned out to be $19,995. Then we met with a salesman who tried to pressure us to sign up today. When he became aware that we were not going to sign up on the spot without allowing us time to research the company, he became very rude. My advice is avoid this company,

Negative experience: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE. BE CAREFUL. THEY WERE RUDE AND HE THREATENED VIOLENCE BECAUSE WE SAID NO. The room was crowded and the man giving the presentation was completely rude and pushy. He got angry when we said no. Even made threats about fighting my husband. Actually called my husband asinine because we didn't want to buy. Don't waste your time and get your intelligence insulted. We did not even get a free gift lol not that it matters. I have been to allot of these sales presentations and have never been so insulted and disrespected in my life. The first salesman that took our info was great. I can't think of this idiots name. We told him that we lost 2 of our 4 children in 2022 and he used that info to ambush us. Saying he lost his wife and child before. Then respect us when we say we are not comfortable and not interested. Just another sales pitch with a complete assault on your intelligence. He was so set on that he was saving us money. Thanks for ruining the day and our trip for us "excursions".

Negative experience: So far have not seen an advantage in becoming a member. Presented as a way to save hundreds on vacation accommodations. Haven't been able to find but a few locations we are interested in and the savings aren't that great in consideration of membership cost. Definitely would not recommend.

Negative experience: My husband and I paid a LOT of money for a membership in this travel company only to discover that we can find better deals online. They said we would need to call their representatives to get better prices than their website shows but, no, it doesn’t work that way. Even the representative we talked to says she can only give us the price that’s on the website. So we are really feeling duped and stupid for actually believing we were improving our travel experiences by joining Excursions. Don’t trust these folks. They LIE….. These people play a good game, but it’s JUST a game. They aren’t out to make an honest dollar by selling an honest product.

Fantastic experience: We love being a member of Excursions Travel club. Everyone is also so friendly and helpful when booking trips. Love having the Hot Week deals to pick from which works for us since we are now retired. It is easy to book trips and car rentals.

Fantastic experience: It's been a couple of years now since I signed up to be a member of excursions. My late wife had got certification as a travel agent and we knew a bunch of the tools to find the best deals when we wanted to travel but after she passed away it was a little bit harder for me to find reasonable accommodations and trips that I wanted to take. Being a member of excursions is kind of like having my own personal travel agent on "retainer". The website is a wealth of knowledge with travel planning at my fingertips and if I have a question I can give them a call. Every time I've called them I've gotten knowledge to be able to plan a trip and help to find the best deals wherever I want to go. I'm very happy I joined excursions through excursions of Branson.

They had all booked with a travel agent, and ended up moving them to Excursions to get the savings:)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member for several years now. Making reservations is super easy. The accommodations are always been great and anytime I have had questions, the customer service has been wonderful.

Positive experience: We usually use the customer service telephone number when we book. Sometimes they can find deals that aren’t available on the Internet. Overall we have been satisfied with the service and we’ve been pleased with the accommodations that we have had so far.

Negative experience: he shows were great! The hotel savings was great! That was it. We were told no pressure. WRONG! They brought us into a room full of people and salesmen. Music blaring..rock style. Not relaxing at all. Extremely noisy. Every salesman talking at once. Anxiety!!! Then immediately we get a salesman trying to "relate" to us. Absolutely ridiculous the fakeness, although they "preach" they are very honest. I guess so but their approach was pushy. After we listened to the speech, our salesman, Chad, literally came over and said, "I know you guys have the money!" What??? He has no clue. Then they started off with a $19K quote. We kept saying no. They kept bringing the price down. We kept saying no. Interesting how one of the bigwigs was nice and when he found out we were not in, we were nothing to him at that point. If you stay at the Thousand Hills resort, do not mot eat at Jack Henry's restaurant. Breakfast buffet was limited, cold and greasy. We decided to try supper. Omg...a total joke. We we're civil but got ip and walked away. Never again. We'll make our own reservations. Beware!!

Negative experience: BEWARE! They tell you anything that you need to hear to get you to sign up. They will spend hours telling you these things in an isolated room until you agree. They will not provide a computer to show you real-time the deals that are available. They conveniently will not be able to find a computer. They go over many things in the contract but do not explain you only have 3 business days to cancel the contract. They don't provide you access to the website until after the 3 business days have past so you can't see that the offerings are not what they promised. We regret signing up for this program and now are out thousands of dollars. Do not go there and if you do, run as soon as your presentation is completed.
