Diane Oceanfront Suites Hollywood Beach, Florida: Best Motel and Luxury Motel on the Beach in Florida

Fantastic experience: Well, just meet Mercy!! Not only was this a last minute why not stay where the bars are open until four in the morning lol JK but, she demanded that I take a look at the rooms ! with the fantastic balcony overlooking the ocean and waking up in the morning to a beach of people!!! To having the restaurant @Nicks rocking the boardwalk till 4 AM it it’s a very low-key do your thing atmosphere. The hotel room is immaculate even smells deliciously clean when you step through the door. I’ve really enjoyed my stay thanks to Mercy and I will be coming back.!!!!

Fantastic experience: There is no place in South Florida wherein you can rent a room by the boardwalk facing the ocean right in front of you and enjoy people watching and events around you in the restaurants and stores that surrounds this oceanfront motel. Been going there for the last 10 years. Know the owner and Staff and they are all wonderful Loving People that go out their way to make you enjoy their premises even more. Everyone from the owner to the front desk ladies, the cleaning ladies and to their assistant and janitor go out of their ways to make it an enjoyable stay while your there. All of them, are wonderful and service minded people. ME AND MY FAMILY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

Negative experience: The location is excellent being on the beach near the bandshhell. The rooms do not match the pictures on the website. They are tired looking with worn out furniture. There is no coffee for the coffee maker nor any beach towels. The parking went fine for us but it is tight. We think the rooms were relatively clean. The smoke detector started chirping and the front desk asked if we could "live with it". We said no and asked for another room. Rather than do that, they disabled the hard wired smoke detectors and put a new battery in the other one. That resolved the chirping and since it was our last night, that is how we decided to "live with it". The value was not there for the price paid and we will not return.

Fantastic experience: We stayed a few days to see the sights in ft lauderdale and relax by the beach. Very walkable to restaurants and night entertainment at nearby band shell.

Fantastic experience: You can beat this location couple step from the boardwalk don’t need to drive anywhere plenty of places to eat and have fun. Room clean large room. I would definitely be back. Picture from inside room and outside.

Fantastic experience: Our party of five had a wonderful stay at Diane Oceanfront. Our VRBO rental went south unexpectedly, so we walked in Diane to check out the place. The front desk lady Mercy impressed us greatly, she was friendly, warm, honest, and very helpful. We decided on the spot for the switch, and were very happy about the decision through out our stay. The location is great, views fabulous, rooms clean, staff responsive and helpful, as long as weather cooperates, a wonderful time is almost guranteed.

Fantastic experience: Great ocean view. Right in the heart of Broadway Walk. Rooms are spacious and clean with a small kitchen: microwave, refrigerator, and tableware. We are coming back. Only the downside it's parking. If you have a truck you have to maneuver in the narrow streets.

The location is fabulous, the rooms are comfortable and clean, there is a kitchenette with coffee pot, microwave, refrigerator, dishes and utensils which are very convenient. The office and housekeeping staff are fabulous...excellent customer service. I won't stay anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Customer service was exceptional. There were some unruly guests making quite a bit of noise and the front desk handled it professionally. She always kept her cool regardless of their rudeness. The view is amazing. My only issue are the lights out front over your room door. I feel there are too many of them - too bright and makes it quite hot. Difficult to enjoy the moonlight. Rooms were really nice - I would have given 5 stars on that section if there were a stove or toaster oven.

Fantastic experience: First off, I’d like to restate my absolute thanks and gratitude to Mercedes at the front desk. My vacation was having an Airbnb horror story moment at 8pm on Memorial Day weekend, but Mercedes worked her magic and made sure we had a place to stay for the night. She was so kind, compassionate, and loving - I will always remember how she saved my birthday vacation. The rooms were clean and well kept. Beautiful location, comfortable, and gorgeous finishes. I would absolutely stay here again!

Fantastic experience: Mercy, the front desk attendant was Awesome. Such a fun lady and calls everyone by their first name. Remembers everyone. She made our stay memorable. Always checked to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The other staff members were great also. Very clean facility inside and out. The location was great. Our room was right on the boardwalk and the ocean was directly across the boardwalk. There was a ramp which was very convenient for my husband to easily get around in his wheelchair. The room was very spacious and clean. We loved it so much we stayed an extra week. Lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Perfect vacation! We will come back.

Fantastic experience: Diane’s is literally the best spot to stay in Hollywood. You are in the center of the board walk, steps from the ocean, the half shell that plays live music all week, restaurants, a million bike rental places and the hoopla of margheritaville. The room was completely updated, clean, simple. Mercy at check in was awesome and full of info! Walked up to our room and a delight! The patio has chaise loungers to chill- place is perfect. There with our two young kiddos and was easy, clean, safe. Great spot!

Fantastic experience: This hotel is the best kept secret. All rooms are oceanfront, Big, clean and above all else you would have thought you were at the Ritz. The service was above and beyond. I was totally impressed and will be back. Step out your room and enjoy the sunrise, it's the greatest show on earth and it's free. You can sit on your bed and watch it. Then step outside and relax and people watch on the deck or get out there on the beach. Ask for Mercy! Loved it ️

King mattress was a little springy, but Queen bed more substantial. Kitchen area was clean and sufficient. Very clean inside and out, despite being surrounded by sand.

Fantastic experience: We've stayed here on at least five different occasions--sometimes for a week or longer and sometimes just for a few days. I enjoy the experience of waking up bleary-eyed in the early morning and opening my back door and looking out on the Hollywood Broadwalk. In the morning you see mostly the early morning walkers and folks like me who have arrived early to view the sunrise. Once the sun is up and the world begins to warm up, the beachgoers dominate the scene all day. In the evening, the drinkers come out and all the bars are open till 4:00 a.m.. if you want to observe humanity, lots of different kinds of people, old and young, families, couples and single people, there's no better place to do it than on the Hollywood broadwalk. The hotel itself is clean and well kept. The rooms are spacious and whenever we have needed anything extra towels etc. You just go to the office and ask for them. Parking is extra and parking behind the hotel is sometimes a little tricky as it is narrow. Kudos to the hotel for making an effort to keep people from parking in the hotel's parking spaces. When we've gone out in the evening, they usually have the space blocked off with parking cones when we come back so that no one can just pull into the space. Sit on the back deck and enjoy the view of the beach and the sunrise.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the Crown Jewel on Hollywood Beach. Mercy in the front desk went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was not just fun, but peaceful and comfortable as well. The view from every single room is incredible. You just cannot lose staying here. Remember that on Hollywood beach you get what you pay for and go ahead and spend the little bit of extra each night because you will not be sorry. worth every penny plus they have parking which is important down there. Parking is horrible. Literally could not say enough about how much we enjoyed our time here. This will be the only place I stay on the beach forever now.

Fantastic experience: We live in Montreal Canada and have a condo in Hallandale but the only place to go for a real vacation is the Diane motel on the beach . Renovated, beautiful and very clean, and just perfectly situated on the beach. We checked out many places and will never go anywhere else but there . Mercy and Houri were exceptionally amazing hosts and were the “cherry on the sundae”. Thank you both and Manuel ♥️

The beachfront view was the best! Very big balcony with lounge chairs. Room was very clean and nice! Very roomy. We will be back to visit!

Fantastic experience: Honestly, I loved just going out and sitting on the balcony over the broadwalk and not having to be in all the people but enjoying the location. The actual room was super comfortable and kinda took my breath away as I didn't see anything until I was there.

Location was perfect for boardwalk and restaurants and outdoor aldult fun. The ocean was angry with rain and high winds so we did leave a day early.

Fantastic experience: This hotel is a 10/10! The service, location and housekeeping are all spectacular. You couldn’t get a better location. It’s has a beautiful view with being so close to the water. Close to wonder restaurants at all times of the day/night. My family has stayed there a total of 3 times and each time is great. The room cleanings are done daily and the staff is super helpful with anything you could need. The beds are comfortable and the pillows are great! The showers are so nice and have good shampoo, conditioner and body wash. You can rent beach chairs, umbrellas from the front office as well.

Fantastic experience: This is in a great location, walking distance to several places to eat, drink, listen to music and, oh yeah, there is a beach you basically step onto exiting your room! If we ever find ourselves back down in Hollywood Beach, this is where we will stay!

Fantastic experience: Gorgeous location and rooms that definitely made the most of it! Easily walkable for casual food, accessible to Uber. The only thing that could have made it more perfect would have been another ceiling fan in the back bedroom and TV that allows you to connect your streaming services (we were told this upgrade is already in the works). I will definitely be back!

Fantastic experience: The Hotel Diane is the perfect ocean front hotel to stay at on Hollywood beach. It doesn't have a pool but we always go to the ocean anyway. Things you should know... 1. The room is only for 2 people (or extra charges apply) 2. Parking isn't free 3. Close to the bandstand if you love live music 4. And very close to several of our favorite restaurants It's perfect for a couple and is extremely clean. You can smell the fresh as soon as you walk in and that is something that is a must for us! Give it a try.

Fantastic experience: This is our 5th year coming to Hollywood for vacation! We normally stay at a boutique hotel just on the back side but this year we decided to try Diane Oceanfront Suites and wow!!! The staff was amazing! Friendly and accommodating! Maintenance/Groundskeeper kept the place looking clean via touch ups, lawn, hallways! Parking was just outside our room and never an issue even on busy weekend nights! The room was clean, spacious and smelled wonderful! Bathroom had all the amenities and a rainfall shower with 2 shower heads! Beds were comfortable. The beach, literally, is RIGHT there in front of you!!! Everything you need is on the boardwalk which was right outside our door. Waking up to beautiful sunrises and the sound of the ocean were priceless. The patio had 2 lounge chairs and we took advantage of that on many mornings (to watch the sun rise) and many evenings ( to people watch, relax and or drink). Nicks Bar is right next door...very good food and drinks. And even though our room was right there on the corner by Nick's, we could not hear the sounds coming from the bar in our room...trust me, my boyfriend is a LIGHT sleeper!! Police were on the boardwalk every night (parked in front of our hotel), so safety was NOT an issue. We fully enjoyed our stay and will definitely make this our home away from home! Just 2 suggestions to the hotel: 1). Maybe have and ironing board/iron in rooms and 2). Add a full length mirror on a wall for the ladies . Thank you Mercy and staff! See you next year!

Fantastic experience: Loved it! The staff was SO friendly and helpful. Whatever I needed, even before I got there, was taken care of with a smile. I even had to check in late due to a faulty rental car, and they waited for me. The room was lovely, big and clean. The bathroom had no mold, updated fixtures with a rainfall shower, and a detachable wand. The kitchen had a full-size fridge/freezer. There are plenty of deck chairs, lounges, and picnic tables with umbrellas. You step off the landing right onto the broadwalk. The bar on 1 side has live music, great food and is open until 4am. The pizza on the other side is AMAZING! (And I'm a jersey girl saying this!) And the breakfast around the corner was fabulous at Club Cafe. The weekends are boisterous, while the weekdays are peaceful. Loved EVERY minute of my stay. I'm definitely going back! Thank you, Diane Oceanfront Suites! ❤️
