Fantastic experience: Faizan of Dawn Travel is one the best person i have dealt for my and my family Umrah trip in December 2023. Faizan arranged everything to our comfort including affordability. Faizan arranged the best hotels for us in Madina and Makkah within the 2 or hardly 3 minutes walk and he provided the best transportation using decent SUV’s GMC and Suburban and Hiace large Van and 24/7 live agents support at the location. Call Dawn travels for your Umrah, Hajj needs and all other travel needs and ask for Faizan, they must have other good agents but i tell you Faizan is the best.

Positive experience: The reception at Jeddah Airport and hotel check in at Makkah and ziarrat trip was very good. However, no one showed up to help us in Medinah during hotel check-in as promised. I have to make multiple calls next day to get hold of representative for a ziarrat trip and drop-off at Madinah Airport. Ziarrat trip in Madinah was very brief, not been able to visit all places.
