Negative experience: What a joke AAA club has been a member for over a decade and as a disabled person I walked home woke my kid up and assisted to the vehicle home. Why pay AAA plus when you get nothing in return. At 75% to ask for a lawyer. The best part parked right front of so many cameras. Shame on AAA club
Fantastic experience: I come to this AAA location to take care of all my DMV needs. To pay my car registration, get my tags, pay my auto insurance, get help getting entertainment tickets, and more. The staff is always friendly and on top of their game. They keep everyone moving in and out in a very efficient timely manner! They are patient and take their time answering all my questions. The place always opens on time, it is clean, well lit, very organized and there is plenty of parking. Will definitely keep coming here.

Fantastic experience: My daughter had passed away and I had to have the title and registration for her car updated for DMV. Carla was very helpful walking me through all of the steps, guiding me along the way, etc. Thanks to her understanding, caring and pleasant nature, I was able to get through this horrible ordeal. She is an angel! She even gave me a big hug after we were finished. Thanks to her, my dreaded nightmare turned out to be a good experience.

Negative experience: Lilliana Cunningham is an incompetent agent who did not file our registration as new members. The first call, while she was completing our file continuously told us she would call back. She called back and forth getting our information to where she was rushing. About 2 weeks later, she calls back only to tell us she got the incorrect VIN number on my vehicle. The incorrect information by this incompetent agent lead for us to get a supposed letter by an underwriter, that we never got. There was no email or phone for the underwriter to reach us (Lilliana's incompetence as we have proof of her calling us and emailing us). Be careful working with Lilliana Cunningham. And I very much hope the supervisor reads this and reaches out. Completely unacceptable and dissatisfiying customer service for a service we are paying for.

Negative experience: I went for 30 min membership and needed up for 3 hrs moving all my home and car insurance I sat there and was patient and got it down. I went in today 15 min after closing. Negative experience: I was there on Monday noon . Usually I never have any issues. On this day I only had my D.L on me I had lost my membership card . I walk in and say I need to put a non op on mine and my husbands vehicle. Without asking the lady” assumes “ it’s not my car and says “we’ll your not going to be able to make any changes without him here” not even asking who’s vehicle it was . For the record all mine . I’m reg owner. I tell her I’m the owner then looks at me smug and says talk to dmv services . Older rude lady comes over and starts saying I can’t put a non op and when I ask to remove vehicle right away starts saying if you take it off it will affect your policy not even looking at the Comp seeing I have other cars . Long story the whole time she will not show me the paper of fees . She quickly slides it away and tears it up and gives me a print out with no vehicle or personal information . That day they both made me feel so uncomfortable as if I was not the car owner and they seemed so judgmental towards me . It used to be friendly . These 2 women's attitude are horrible they remind me of county DPSS workers . That’s how they talk and treat ppl . They really need some friendlier ppl in front. They make me not want to come back to this office . They just want to shuffle people off . Rude ! Waste of time . “Know it “all 0lder dmv lady is the worst . No help at all . Doesn’t even let you talk just assumes and wants to hurry up and get you out ! I’m over a 10year multi policy owner and this is the worst experience ever in all my time . Pls AAA more customer interaction training.

Negative experience: I was standing in the front line waiting until a guy skipped me and was. Called by another represe stative, they saw me standing there why not call me like the other guy.?
Positive experience: I went there early Monday morning. There were already a handful of people waiting for it to open. I checked in and waited a minute before my name was called. I paid for my vehicle registration and got my passport pictures taken. I was done in less than 10 minutes.

Negative experience: Smh scamming people left n right blaming covid for being 3 hrs late charging a fee to cancel the policy well over a month in advanced what kind of crapola is this I thought this was supposed to be a great company hahah
Fantastic experience: I always get good service when I visit AAA. The DMV services alone are worth the yearly membership fees. I've made a claim when my storage room was burglarized. They were more than fair and worked with me on my claim. I was able to replace a lot of what was stolen. You get what you pay for. It may be a little more expensive but get into an accident or file a loss claim and you will be glad your insured with a reputable insurance organization. Trust me don't skimp out, these days your going to get sued after an accident its almost automatic. Pay a few hundred bucks more a year..

Fantastic experience: I booked international travel twice with the amazing group (Rebecca and Rachel are ANGELS). Not only do they provide extraordinary service excellence during booking, they jumped right in when the poop hit the fan while I was traveling. Could not ask them to do more because they move heaven and earth to make things good. Highly recommend them to anyone considering air, hotel and ground services.

Fantastic experience: Love having AAA. What ever I need to do in the DMV I can go to the AAA and get it done there in the fraction of the time! Even during this pandemic there is hardly a line to get in. I was there yesterday to register my 1980 Toyota Corolla and waited a total of 5 seconds before being seen by a agent. The transaction itself took a mere 5 minutes.
