Fantastic experience: I am writing to thank you for the good service I received from Mrs. Celeste. I renewed my passport and she was in charge of my process, very attentive, professional, friendly, and above all empathetic. I recommend her 100% for anyone to go to her for any procedure or to receive guidance on their documents. I advise all my friends and the general public to go to Mrs. Celeste. Negative experience: My mom went and bought a ticket from them, they explained to her that the extra baggage will cost her $80, she even called before going to the airport to make sure that this was the case...when actually at the airport they told my mom no it will be $220 and when she called they were very unprofessional. Can not help out with anything and they ended up hanging up on her mid conversation... if you are need of a trip...do not call these people they are unprofessional and unhelpful...I do not recommend them...stay away!!!!
