Negative experience: A lot of mess, very slow, and people cut in line, they should be more attentive to that.
Negative experience: The long and delayed lines at this place are horrible, we're talking about hours. If you need to ask a question, they can't even respond because they don't have a person for those questions and to assist those who come looking for information. The line is the same for sending a shipment of packages as it is for sending a generator. I think they should make some distinction like they do with money transfers. The parking is bad because there are only a few spots in front of the place, you have to take a risk and search for it on the side street.
Negative experience: The horrible delay since 10:30 in the morning and it was 2:00 and they still hadn't attended to me, only two people attending, letting people in for benefits, without numbers, worse than if I were in Cuba. The person at the door has a very bad attitude, she calls and doesn't check the numbers. In summary, a great mess that agency is; if you don't want to suffer a heart attack, don't go, look for another agency.
Negative experience: The staff were very attentive, but I paid extra for an urgent air shipment, and it was delayed. Besides that, I had to send several complaint emails to expedite the delivery because they wanted to delay it as if it were by sea.

Fantastic experience: I have visited this place several times, looking for information about the sale of combustion and electric motorcycles. They also showcase and sell other means for the home. Their workers are very dynamic, friendly, and respectful, providing clear and quick information to the customers who visit this place. Negative experience: They are a scam, I bought two televisions and my mom hadn't installed them because we needed the frames to put them on the wall, and when they went to install them one was broken and these scammers say they can't be held responsible. These people are a bunch of communist thieves, they rob and scam their own customers. I know my family has some blame for not opening the boxes, but the truth is one was broken, and they say it’s been a month, and today was the month, and they decided to scam me before replacing the broken TV. And as a customer who has made two purchases in two months amounting to over 10 thousand dollars in products, they shouldn't scam people like this.

Negative experience: Terrible shipping service, several days ago I sent an electric bike and it arrived all damaged, with keys that were not theirs and the battery cover doesn't close, my relatives checked but it was all very quick and they didn't notice, their mistake, once the distributor left, my parents detailed and realized the damages, I immediately contacted this company and they told me I had to wait for a response in a few days, the response was that my relatives should have checked better and that the distributor had delivered it well, in summary, I lost my money.

I sent 3 boxes, one arrived fine, another arrived broken, and the one that weighed 70 pounds arrived with 62 and broken. Fantastic experience: This was our first time in for using the service. We can't thank CubaMax more. We took a package in to be shipped and were the only non Spanish speaking people there. They quickly got an employee(Amy) to help us and she was TERRIFIC! She understood it was not only our first time, but also that we were a bit overwhelmed. She explained to us that we had to have an exact amount of weight for the box and patiently waited for us to run to a store to buy more product to put in the box. She helped us fill out the paperwork AND get our CubaMax card. We couldn't be happier with the service. Next time we'll have a much better understanding and be like pros! Thank you AMY and Cubamax! Oh, one more thing. When we called ahead to get a better understanding of what to expect, they were very quick to find an English speaking employee to help us. SUPER SERVICE!

I paid for the entire service, so I recommend that you do not be fooled and look for a better place to avoid facing the same problem.

Almost 3 months have passed and they say they have supposedly been in La Habana since the 7th of last month, and there is no fuel to take them to the province, which they do not mention at the time of purchase because the fuel issue has been a problem in Cuba for a long time. But they do charge you the money and do not mention that at all. They are unprofessional and disrespectful to the customer; I suggest you do not send anything with them.

I've been waiting for my passport at the Cubamax agency for 5 months, and when you call to check the status, they treat you with such rudeness and typical Cuban hostility... they've even hung up on me.
