I Love Branson Visitor Center

Fantastic experience: Staff were great and very helpful. Best of all they don’t try to sell me anything. In fact they simply talked about our visit and recommended places to go. Not sure why every other business here tried to sell you timeshares and book you on one of their sit in “90” minute presentations.

Fantastic experience: I found Anthony to be extremely helpful. What with one thing and another, I stopped in a few times snd a few days later he still remembered my name. That was impressive. As far as I could tell by what I heard waiting waiting in line ,and by dropping in at other places, they will help you and provide info maps etc. It’s only the twofers that require the presentation. . I will say that my experience was a bit different since I came there by booking a deal with an obligation to see a presentation. As an aside, in regard to these commenters who just roll in and say “We’re here. Now tell us what we should do” I can’t help but wonder why you came in the first place if you have no idea what you want to do when you get there. Do a little research before you go.

Negative experience: I would avoid this place. Unless you're interested in a timeshare. They are not familiar with Branson at all, I got more information from the hotel. What a joke!!!!

Negative experience: First day ever in Branson and I was expecting to go into the Branson Visitor Center for attraction ideas for our family of four. Wanted to check out the attraction brochures, maps, and get hopefully coupons….like every other visitor center we have gone to. No, it was complete bait and switch. They want you to sit in their 90 min time share gimic for small discounts for some attractions. Do not stop here. It truly should be illegal how they draw you in then switch to their marketing schemes.

Positive experience: Basically selling/directing you to a time share presentation. We just went straight to the theatre for better seats.

Negative experience: Stay away unless you want a timeshare. Not for me to sit for 3+hours to get a few dollars off tickets.

Positive experience: I was able to get a restaurant & attraction guide for our next visit. I know Branson is a tourist and timeshare town, but I get tired of being asked to sign up for a presentation. We've done one before and it was interesting, but once is enough.

Positive experience: Free city maps. Helpful staff to point you popular and out-of-way sites you might otherwise miss. We were greeted 1st by a person wanting us to go to a 3 hour "time share" presentation. He didn't offer any "coupons" for cheaper shows since we weren't interested in the presentation. He then pointed us to the next person who gave us each a $20 cheaper ticket to Pierce Arrow theater.

Negative experience: Not a visitor center but a timeshare sales office. Great ice cream next door though.

Negative experience: Not a true visitor center, but Bait and switch. Want 2 tickets normally $100 get them buy one get one free or completely free in you come to our timeshare during you vacation. No? Then they don't have bogo tickets. Be careful!

Positive experience: We went here, not really knowing what to expect. I didn't know that visitors centers were going to have time share salesman. But everyone was very nice. I did get tickets there for a museum. But I could have gotten them for the same price myself, so next time, I will skip this stop. Great photo opp with the sign, tho.

Negative experience: Mostly just trying to get you to tour a timeshare. Advertise is discount tickets, mostly for the shows.

Positive experience: I had a really nice chat with the ladies in here. They were kind enough to provide me with some helpful information. You can also pick up tons of brochures on all the shows and attractions in the Branson area. The I ❤️ Branson sign is also an iconic selfie spot!

Negative experience: BEWARE! This is a time share scam. They will offer you discount tickets ($40) they will then start the Timeshare scam, 90 minutes if I recall. Buy your own tickets. Avoid at all costs!

Negative experience: Just went in to get some brochures and shopping recommendations. Felt awkward when the person kept asking questions about how long we were staying and why aren't we staying longer? Just really wanted to look at what else was available not expecting an interrogation.

Negative experience: 4 show tickets for $40. Sounds great! Not so much after you hear "the catch". They want you to go on a tour of time shares they are selling in order for you to get that deal. After he realized we weren't interested anymore it turned to 6 show tickets for $40. Just remember (THERES ALWAYS A CATCH)

Positive experience: This is not your typical welcome center. This is a place that wants you to stay at their time share. They lure you in by offering you discount tickets to shows. They do have travel brochures, clean restrooms. Staff is friendly.

Negative experience: It's unfortunate that the lady working the counter gave us wrong information about a show. We specifically asked if it was a dinner theater, she said no; so we ate beforehand....get to the show and of course it was a dinner theater. ..knowing that information could've saved us about $100. All well!

Negative experience: I called and they were with somebody so they told me they would call me back on any kind of deals to rent a slingshot vehicle. I also told them I would like to see a couple shows and go to the aquarium. They never called me back so I called them. I waited on hold for a minute or so and they got on the phone and told me they could not do anything special instead they just offered for me to watch a timeshare expo and they would get me some free room or something another. I just said no thanks

Fantastic experience: Took a picture out front and spoke with the person inside that gave us a list of activities. We gave him the times we had available and what we were wanting to do, and he helped with planning out many options. He saw us outside taking a picture with the I Love Branson sign and offered to take our group picture.

Fantastic experience: Okay doing straight up this was a nice little stop on our way out of town. We had alot of fun here so we got a photo before we left.

Fantastic experience: Clean, spacious, easy photo op stop. Beyond friendly customer service. Mr. Chris was a breath of fresh air who really helped with our time in town :) He truly seemed to care. Highly recommend stopping in.

Negative experience: We were waiting while the guy talked to a couple. We felt like we were at a used car lot! He sounded so fake talking to that retired couple. Never stopping here again. We left.

Fantastic experience: Super nice attendants. The staff is ready to answer all of your questions and help in any way they can. You definitely need to stop by for a few minutes and chit chat with them.

Positive experience: It's a must when visiting Branson for first time, but nothing much there other than the symbol and also it is very small place next to road, so be careful while taking pictures, the visitor center has no souvenirs or gift articles to buy!!

Positive experience: Stopped here for a picture of the "I ❤ Branson" sign out front and to use the restroom. Everything was nice and clean. Complimentary coffee and brochures.. Only issue is that the guy behind the desk was just a little pushy about trying to get us to buy a resort, even after explaining we were in a hurry and already had our tripped planned out. He even followed us outside to our car. Not okay. Lol
