Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff. I came in to apply for an IDP (International Driving Permit), came out in 10min. If you don't have your photos, you can take it there for $16. But still fast service.

Negative experience: i have been trying to book another trip to aruba for the past 2 days but cant get someone to answer phone.been switched to a dozen locations that i do not need.i booked 2 trips to aruba and myrtle beach with excellent service so ill just call the aaa myrtle beach office andbook all future trips.WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: You can renew your license and get your passport here. You "must" have AAA to receive these items at the location. Saves time and trips to the registry. The staff was fabulous, friendly, and patient. Great group to talk with.

Positive experience: The best place to do motor vehicle registration and license renewal versus going to the registry. Got an appointment for the next day and the in and out in 10 minutes. Quick and good customer service for recent license renewal.

Fantastic experience: Definitively one of the BEST experiences in getting help from the auto mechanic/technician to access my locked ( keys inside car - stupid me) car and then jump started the car, all done in less than 15 minutes, all done efficiently, with perfect explanations of what and why it was done and always with a big smile !

Fantastic experience: I forgot what the young ladies name was that helped me, but she's fairly new (Oct hire) Hispanic, young. She was so helpful and informative. She marketed EVERYTHING that AAA had to offer, including the employees. She was super nice and very patient. I had so many questions and she answered them all. As for what I came for, a duplicate license, applying for a new membership, I accomplished everything I came to do quickly and effectively. Thank You

Positive experience: Had to make an appointment, but then still wait in line with walk-ins. Staff walked in 5 minutes before opening. Anyone with an appointment was made late. Air-conditioning was not on yet, so it was hot. Terrible conditions for getting a license pic. They were short staffed, yet they took walk ins anyway, so what's the point of making an appointment.

Fantastic experience: This particular AAA,is a true example of genuine customer service! The foundation, a Smile, Helpful, Informed and most importantly, Patience. From taking passport photos (of reluctant youngsters), rmv services to needing assistance in accessing the app to get my "virtual AAA card". I witnessed their sincere care for the customer. All of this on a Friday afternoon after Thanksgiving. Ohhhh, did I mention, this grace was extended to those with appointments and walkins! Yes, This location and staff working on 11/25/2022 are the model for AAA locations

Positive experience: They always insist we book online for simplest things but online booking is hard to find and there are no appointments available when you do find it. Then they help you after first making you feel unwelcome. After that hurdle they are kind and efficient.

Fantastic experience: I was 15 mins late for my driver's license renewal appt. Instead of making me reschedule, they said it was okay and processed my renewal application. Less than 30 mins after walking into the branch, including a quick 10 min wait on line, I was out the door, temporary license in hand... Now that's what I call primo Customer Service! Also I accidentally left my car running in the parking lot. I was late, after all, and rushed out of the vehicle. It was still there half an hour later! So I'll add that the location is pretty safe...

Negative experience: Your guy didn't have tools to get spare off car nor was he able to bring a new tire witch I ask for and was told yes, then had to wait 3 days and have it towed. Was told could get ride from towtruck but no I had to wait in 0⁰wether for a ride. Sorry not to happy with AAA at the moment .
