Negative experience: Complete scam, DO NOT use this company for any spring break type of experience. All they're looking to do is scam you with seemingly cheap deals online for Mexico, Panama, and other spring break destinations but they neglect to tell you that everything is non-refundable if things get cancelled.

Fantastic experience: Traveling with Go Blue Tours was easy and fun. I would recommend their services to anyone I know. From the start (before the trip), the company always made sure they were in contact with their customers. The company took care of everything, from a seamless payment, excellent customer service, several shuttle bus times, room reservations, large group excursions, and dealing with vendors. The company even got our cruise rescheduled because the original day we could not go out on the water, so they had us experience two cruises for the same price. Overall, I had a great experience! They were able to handle the large 500 person group traveling abroad to Cabo.

Fantastic experience: we will be booking with go blue next time we come here. romy has been around the hotel the whole time we have been and was very helpful to all of her students when they needed her. we also saw her at coco bongo on tuesday night to make sure her students were okay

Fantastic experience: We booked a trip through STS and there were no representatives at the resort. Romy at GoBlue was always at the resort and the clubs. She helped us when our representative wasn’t answering their phones. We will definitely book through GoBlue next time.

Fantastic experience: Traveling with Go Blue tours was absolutely amazing for me and my girls! Without them, our trip wouldn’t have gone as smoothly and SAFELY as it did. ARIEL, specifically was our right hand man throughout the entire trip. Taking us under his wing, answering all of our questions, helping us with every problem we had on the resort, and giving us tips and tricks for how to go about things. He went above and beyond for us. Making sure me and the rest of my girls were SAFE, and being there in the situation of my friends potential emergency with potential options if the situation got worse. In those instances, we were so thankful to have them and its so important to have that support in the case of an emergency…. you NEED that. Our trip with Go Blue gave us so many opportunities for fun activities on the resort and we never felt left out seeing people leave the resort for other activities. Go blue gave us all of the transportation from the airport and to the booze cruise so we never felt unsafe! By the end of the trip, Ariel and the rest of the Go Blue Team felt like FAMILY! They are so much FUN and know how to make a trip memorable. Ariel and the kings Eamon and Jacob were the absolute best. This was a trip to remember all thanks to them. If you don't Go Blue, you are MISSING OUT!!!

Fantastic experience: Remy was very helpful and she always was at the resort if we needed assistance. She always made sure we were having fun and were safe. The resort is gorgeous with many restaurants available to the guests and it was right on the water front.
