Negative experience: Terrible service. They never answer the phone. When they do respond, they treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Very disorganized. Super unpunctual. They are not professional at all. Basically, they are a cubicle rental place with people who attend but the one who receives the payments (in a private account) doesn't care if the service was fulfilled or if it was done with excellence... and on top of that, they respond in a super arrogant manner when someone complains.

Negative experience: The worst customer service. I called because I was going to start my status adjustment process (I live in another state and was doing my process there by recommendation) and every time I called they answered as if it was free for them to do the work. In the end, I went with another lawyer.

Negative experience: The worst company to make status adjustments made a mess with my papers that almost got me deported. The woman in the middle filled out all the papers wrong, didn't send or request the necessary evidence to continue the process, and never sent the I-30 application. It was a complete disaster. Get ready for a lawsuit or refund my money; this won't end like this.

Negative experience: I went in here for the beginning of a divorce submission. It was going to be my first time getting divorced so you can imagine I had a few questions. Her staff was beyond courteous and friendly but Maria was not. She had a very arrogant personality and continuously cut me off. She was rude to the point of leaving me feeling uncomfortable because I had to ask her to let me speak and not be so rude towards me. She cut me off one more time and asked if I was done and basically said ok we’re done. My ex husband was summiting an uncontested divorce on his terms; I just wanted to know what it meant and what would be some terms seeing as we have children together. They basically wanted me to rush into signing and become irritated because I had questions. I said to her I’m sorry I won’t sign something without knowing what I’m signing which she then agreed and said she wouldn’t have allowed that. I understand she’s a busy woman but as a professional people should always try to know their audience. She made an uncomfortable and stressfull situation more uncomfortable and stressful.
