Fantastic experience: We have been on AMA river cruise once before. This time, Chavely helped us because she followed up with our questions right away and made booking another trip so easy. Now we get to be reunited with other cruisers we met on our first trip. We weren’t sure if we’re going to be able to do it again, but she worked hard to make it possible.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I have been active cruisers for several years and have previously worked directly with the cruise line. While on ship I have spoken to numerous guests who had very good support and had access to cruise benefits that are not readily accessible outside of the use of a professional travel associate. It was through those discussions that we met Chavely and her staff at Luxury Cruise Connections. Chavely has been wonderful to work with. Jumps right into working directly with you and is extremely responsive. Which was one of our original concerns on the use of a travel associate. The environment of the company is very proactive in thoughts and actions. Yet, their approach allows us (me specifically) to be as hands on as i wish to be without feeling like i am being too intrusive and still to allow them to do what they know from experience to be best. We look forward to many more adventures together. It is comforting to know that you have an advocate working for you.

Fantastic experience: Booked a 3 week South American adventure via Luxury Cruise Connections and I am thrilled with the efforts (Nov/Dec 2024) of concierge specialist Dionisio R in getting us connected with a local shore excursion that requires permits months in advance. When I got stone-walled by the cruise line, Dionisio got the details and followed it through to a solid connection with the local tour company by inquiring in the native language. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic experience: My first time arranging an important trip with Travel Advisor Andres Mejia. His follow up skills and attention to detail were spot on. Andres booked me on a Tahiti cruise with Windstar and every detail about the trip was excellent. The full day day on a private island and the evening bbq and entertainment at another party in Bora Bora were included and way superior to what you would get with a large ship cruise line. This was a unique trip that I will remember the rest of my life. I look forward to booking with Andres again.

Fantastic experience: The pre booking conversations with Will Dodson discussing what we were looking for on our first Alaska cruise were super helpful and led us to the decision to book on Oceania Riviera for 12 Days. Will provided excellent insights on his personal experiences on cruise lines and on his Alaska cruise which helped with the decision to book on Oceania. After a few calls, he actually had an Oceania rep on the call to discuss pricing, cabin selection and more details of what to expect and what we will get for the Black Friday promotions. He has already sent over all of the details for booking excursions, cooking classes and restaurants for our trip. Fantastic experience: Great service. We had a claim for missing a cruise as a result of an illness. Valentina went out of way to help us file the claim and track it. She made the whole process easy. Fantastic experience: Fantastic customer service from Chavely Alvares. This is the first time I am using a travel agent and now regret that I did not do that before. For this Viking world cruise I am to take in the coming winter, the one thing that is regrettable is the complementary luggage forwarding is only for US citizens, not to Canadians. I would have to pay well over $500 CAD for that service, so I have to carry my own for this 4 month cruise.

Fantastic experience: We had the pleasure of working with DJ. He was wonderful in helping us decide which room and what pre and post stays. I had some questions for him as far as going in November and he was very helpful. I would definitely recommend DJ and as a result, we will probably be looking for another cruise with them in the near future. Luxury cruise connections was wonderful to work with.

Fantastic experience: I was not getting good service from my local TA, so I switched to Luxury Cruise Connections. Boy, am I glad that I did. Aaron Abeid who took over my bookings has been fantastic! He has been available to take most of my calls immediately and if he is busy, he gets back to me within a couple of hours--service that's hard to beat. I needed to switch a booking of a Viking expedition cruise this December from my local TA to Luxury Cruise Connections. Viking required that I communicate with my local TA multiple times, but because they were unresponsive, it was difficult going. Fantastic experience: We just returned from the all-time BEST vacation of a lifetime on a Regent Seven Seas 7-day cruise to Alaska, thanks to Chavely Alvarez. I had never been on a cruise and never been to Alaska, and was pretty overwhelmed trying to sort through which cruise line, which route, which excursions, and what seemed like hundreds of details, and then I found Chavely. She made it all so easy! She had all the answers before I even thought of the questions, and had the best recommendations! Regent all-inclusive was just amazing - not at all crowded (so important to my quiet husband), fabulous food, luxury at every turn, impeccable service, so many beautiful places on the ship to enjoy activities and gatherings or quiet times for just a few of us. Loved the culinary class we took and the steam/sauna/warm infinity pool at the spa. The naturalist had great talks on the whales and wildlife we wanted to see. Saw glaciers, whales, bears, sled dogs, midnight sunsets, history galore and more jewelry stores than we could count! The most expensive vacation we've taken, and WORTH EVERY PENNY, just as Chavely promised it would be. She was so right!
