Negative experience: Please give me a solution. Last Friday, my daughter and I were hit and run, but the police car helped me find the information of the offender. I have been trying to contact Alexa, the adjuster of insurance AAA, who is extremely unfriendly and overhanded, contemptuous of the law, and racist. I still went to the body shop designated by AAA to do inspect as required, and the estimate was 2,458 $, but I was told that this was a preliminary assessment, because two panels need to be changed, and the specific cost should be determined by the actual production. Today at the end of the workday adjuster called, she told me her compensation plan: repair fee: 2458$(appraisal fee); Rental fee: up to 24 days, in the same class, 40.09$/ day, a total of 1154$, and daughter's car seat 25$. The total was about $3,700. I told her that I did not accept the plan, but she was rude and rude and told me that she had dealt with it for me, and I could either accept or go on my own insurance. I'm not responsible. The parking lot got hit. Why should I use my own insurance? I told her my demands: 1. I want to go to a body shop that I think is slightly professional, such as calibercollision, for repair, and they will pay the final cost to the repair shop; 2. 2. The rental fee is determined by the final number of days, not by her mandate 24 days; 3, the safety seat to compensate the same, not 25$; 4, to compensate my car depreciation expenses; But she did not listen to my advice, and sent me a text message, and specifically chose the time she will take the next day off; Now I don't know how to deal with it, I hope you can give me some advice, thank you very much!
Negative experience: Wish I could give a 0. Cancelled our home insurance within the first month then raised our auto. Gave us a hassle when cancelling after they already cancelled on us. Information was poor. Do not recommend.

Negative experience: My recent experience at AAA on 2/22/24 left much to be desired, primarily due to the poor customer service provided by the female front desk staff member with long red hair. Accompanied by a senior woman using a walker to obtain a handicap sign, we were met with a disappointing lack of empathy and professionalism. The front desk staff's demeanor conveyed an attitude of inconvenience rather than willingness to assist. When seeking guidance on completing the required form, we were met with a dismissive response. The staff member handed back the doctor's form with a remark implying incompetence, stating “fill out the form and try not to make any mistakes." This encounter highlights a need for better training of AAA staff to ensure they can effectively serve all customers, regardless of age or ability. Professional language and a compassionate approach are fundamental aspects of customer service, both of which were sorely lacking in this instance. I strongly recommend that AAA invests in comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and attitudes of its staff members, fostering a culture of respect and support for all patrons.
Fantastic experience: Always efficient. 9am to 1pm service on Saturday helps out so much. Great location too.
Fantastic experience: Incrediblely Helpful... Exceeded Expectations! Had instant 1 on 1 extraordinary customer service...that was before they even asked if we were members. Had answers and the forms to literally every question. Even explained process on several complex DMV issues as well. Travel planning is so much better when time is maximized due to the effectiveness of the free logistics support. Fantastic experience: Erin Lee in travel is a life saver, I had last minute travel changes so she went to work, she did not quit or complain she just went to work and made changes happen with minor cost. She changed my flights, my booking rooms took her two days to make it happen. Erin is amazing she did the changes with smile, kept me informed though out the process. Joseph Rojas did my original booking and he also was great.very helpful staff we are happy to be a part of AAA family Thank you Erin And Joseph.

Fantastic experience: People ask me why I have been a member of AAA for over 25 years! I tell them the service and the options available to motorists is worth the investment. An example was recently I had my car stolen and after recovery I needed new plates. After multiple times traversing the DMV website for answers, I called this office and was told they could replace my old plates quickly and easily. I arrived at their office around noon, was greeted with a smile and was instructed to fill out a form for the new plates. In the middle of filling out the form I was called to a window and greeted with a smile and “How can I help you?” I explained the problem and immediately he started the process of issuing a new set of plates for my care. Everybody at this location is awesome and I have never experienced a bad situation when I go to any AAA office. Invest in AAA. You will not regret it!

Fantastic experience: The sign outside says “EZ DMV”. And it’s damn accurate. I walk in, get stuff done, and walk out in less than 5 minutes. Lots of parking, friendly staff, and the lady who helped me today was the Region 2 champion (employee of the year) — who had a trophy to prove it. God bless America and God bless AAA.

Then you go to your specific area and they call you in the order you checked in for that specific service. Took care of my DMV auto registration (check or credit/debit card) and received my sticker. Negative experience: Disabled people beware when going to this auto club office-My Dr gave me temporary disability placard form to get a temporary parking permit. Auto club would not honor the form stating it wasn’t a wet signature. Called the Dr office they said that is his wet signature and none of his patients have had this problem. Went back into Auto Club, I was told the auto club auditors would revoke my placard if they issued me one. Sent home empty handed. Not sure I want to be a member of auto club that treats their members this way, I’m glad to know the auditors know better than my Dr!

Ended up requesting claims option and was told to just come in, no appointment necessary. Once I got there they said only specific AAA offices can help you. No stars for AAA....

Negative experience: I was given a discount because I am a pharmacist (notoriously safe drivers). When I was hit by a drunk driver on I-55 and my car totaled, my body took a hit, too, they refuse to compensate me or pay the medical bills. My perfectly valid AZ DL, exp 2026, zero tickets, was rejected as an excuse for AAA refusal to deny my claim. As a relief pharmacist I have driven thousands of miles between hospitals. This was my fifth car list to a drunk driver. I was NOT the drunk driver, just the victim. Our family has paid premiums to Auto Club for 59 years. This crash has led to a difficult recovery, and the loss of our car has had horrible repercussions. Zero compensation. Just find another insurance company, not these thieves.

Positive experience: My family and I use AAA travel agent to schedule our vacation in Maui. We scheduled June 2020 because of the pandemic re-reschedule our vacation for July 6 through 11, 2021 with liz perry, Liz was very nice on hands throughout the whole transaction. She keep me updated on everything. She called about once a week to see if I had any questions. She told me about the AAA credit card I opened one. She asked me to watch a presentation I did. Because of the pandemic my family and I had to have Covid test 72 hours before departing. It was nine of us. Seven of us test came back on time. My husband and I test results didn’t come back until Tuesday morning on the sixth the day we were leaving. We pay $99 a person for insurance, I called AAA on the fifth, I left three messages on liz boss voicemail Candy Birkhauser, It did not say she was out of the office. Liz voicemail said she was out of the office. We paid for the insurance and no one was there to help us. so we had to pay out of pocket to Hawaiian airline around $300 I called and spoke with Liz and Candy to ask to be reimbursed. I would have been happy with Future credit. I emailed Cindy my receipt from Hawaiian Airlines she said she needed more information. I don’t understand. A receipt is a receipt!!! My family and I go on vacations once a year. I use Expedia and Priceline in the past. I like the 101 communication with AAA. I’ll guess I’ll be using Costco‘s are going back to one of the other vendors. I worked in customer service most of my life. I always prided myself on and great customer service. I am not a happy customer.

Negative experience: This review is on behalf of a guest who traveled from Idaho, last week. Her RV had a flat tire while exiting the 91 freeway at Weir Canyon/ Yorba Linda off ramp. Pulled in to Costco parking lot on Savi Ranch Rd and was stranded for 6 hours waiting for AAA to arrive. The closest location is only 2.5 miles away and they never showed up to help. After multiple calls and endless excuses that they supposedly were still "on their way", decided to call elsewhere. Bitetto's Tow Service out of Santa Ana to the rescue in only 25 minutes, during Friday rush hour traffic. What a shame for this AAA location and honesty would give them zero stars if had the option. ZERO stars for making a senior lady, alone and stress out for so many hours, who is also a paying AAA member.

Fantastic experience: Similar system as the DMV but more organized. You wait in line to give them your phone number and they put you on list and you get an estimated wait time. My wait time was 85 minutes. Luckily live close by. I went home and had lunch and waited until my name was near the top of the list (they text you a link to check your spot) I got back just in time and I received a phone call that it was my turn. Once i was inside the whole process took a matter of minutes (renewing car registration) Not as bad as the DMV
