Negative experience: My wife and I recently took my mother-in-law's vehicle for a diagnostic test because of a coolant leak. I was first quoted $70. When we took the car for the diagnostic test, another service agent said it would cost $150. Thankfully, the service agent who quoted the price of $70 was present and informed the other service agent. We received an invoice for repair costs, which totaled $1886.00. We were told that the water pump and thermostat needed to be replaced. My mother-in-law doesn't drive that often, and her car isn't old, so that didn't seem right. Fantastic experience: Where to start? Randall, Jeff, and Jason really saved the day. Late afternoon on a Friday and our alternator gives out. Baby, toddler, wife, and myself stranded on 40. Get towed to this shop and it’s almost closing time. Guys stayed late battled a bad part and got us back on the road for our weekend getaway.
