Negative experience: I had a very bad experience. This week I inquired about the price for a trip; I had been recommended this agency very well. I called the call center, and a young lady attended to me and gave me an acceptable price to travel in business class. I reserved the tickets with my information, but when I went to the agency in Falls Church, the lady who attended me told me it was economy class, not business. They didn't resolve the issue for me. It seems ugly to deceive people like that. I managed to buy from another agency that does give real prices.

Negative experience: Hi, The worse travel agency to book a flight, over priced, When buying the tickets, Agent refused to take credit cards or Checks. Only cash . Incompetent Management & Sales staff. There was a lot of unprofessional work ethics. Thank you.
That is true we can not accept payment by credit card over the phone. Only payment cash by zelle. Because any dispute of charge company will loose the money. You can do it direct on line with the airline direct. Have a nice trip
