Fantastic experience: Cara Banks did an exceptional job coordinating our latest trip to Disney for the holidays. This is the second time using Cara's services, and I cannot imagine booking a Disney vacation without her! My husband and I have four small children, and Cara did an amazing job creating schedules that were suitable for the wide age range. Cara also made herself available at the drop of a hat! Cara and I live on opposite sides of the country, and she amazed me by rising at 3 AM to get certain experiences for us booked! Cara also made sure to check in with us while we were on vacation. I cannot recommend Cara enough for her kind, punctual, and professional guidance for such a special vacation!

Fantastic experience: MC Washington with FairyTale Journeys was absolutely incredible in planning our Disney trip! We decided to go very last-minute during the busiest week of the year—Christmas week—and what seemed impossible, MC made happen. She secured us an Ariel room at Art of Animation, lightning lanes for every ride we wanted, and reservations to meet all our favorite princesses. Thanks to MC’s expert advice and scheduling, we never waited in line for more than 10 minutes the entire trip. She guided us on exactly where to be and when to catch all the special holiday shows from the best spots. Every meal was phenomenal and perfectly timed between attractions, so we never had to wait for food. This was a dream trip, and our family will cherish it forever. We will always plan our Disney vacations with MC!

Fantastic experience: Alisha Cross is the travel agent my husband and I used for our trip to Disney. I highly recommend her if you are planning a Disney trip! She was always quick to respond to any questions we had. She sent us lots of information about the Mickey Christmas Party and shows. She made our reservations, got our tickets for Mickey’s Christmas party, and signed us up for Photo Pass. Alisha offered a wealth of information about all things Disney. Thanks for everything Alisha! You did an outstanding job and we had a wonderful and memorable trip!!!

Fantastic experience: Being an avid Disney goer I have used multiple travel agents. Abbie, however, has been one of the best! She is organized, responsive, and effective with her planning. Her thorough knowledge of the parks, restaurants, and resorts are top level when narrowing down the fine details. She continues to improve her skills and knowledge with furthering her education as to always provide the best and most up to date information. Fantastic experience: We worked with Jennifer Barth who did an outstanding job coordinating our travel wish list and making it into reality. She took all the stress out of planning a vacation so we could focus on enjoying the experience. She helped us brainstorm, created a slide show on options, made us an itinerary, and offered insights we hadn’t even thought to consider. She helped us plan a trip to Disney, an international trip for our honeymoon, and a bachelor and bachelorette party with expertise. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Brittany Young planned our October 2024 honeymoon. It was awesome! We started planning in August and were able to get everything that we wanted planned by October, which was lightning fast. Brittany planned a big chunk of our 2 week honeymoon in Las Vegas in the US, and at a Sandals resort in Barbados. She was quick to hear what we wanted, and found and planned great options for everything we asked. We'd absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for vacation planning.

Fantastic experience: This was our family’s 3rd time working with Nikki Carrol from Fairytale Journeys Travel, and every trip it’s a better experience!! Nikki helped soo much in the planning, and helped answer all the questions our parents had. She recommended the best hotel options for our budgets, booked our reservations for dinning throughout the trip, and helped with the ride lightening lanes! This trip was truly relaxing and magical! Fantastic experience: Our family vacation and stay at the Animal Lodge Kingdom in Disney World was amazing! We had a party of six and Fairytale Journeys by Lacy was able to help us all get amazing rooms with views at the Animal Lodge Kingdom Resort! We truly enjoyed our stay! Fantastic experience: Amy is the best TA I have ever used. She is communicative, knowledgeable and loves what she does, and it shows! I had an issue while I was on a cruise ship and Amy helped me right away to navigate the problem and figure out a solution. Would highly reccommend Amy!

Fantastic experience: Rachel Turley helped us plan our Honeymoon in Antigua and took all of the stress out of the process! She helped us ensure we picked a place we would love, fit our budget, and then went above and beyond to coordinate everything including our dinners at the resort. We were worried that a hurricane could impact our trip, so she proactively worked with the resort to make sure there was a plan in case the worst happened (it didn’t!). We can’t wait to go back and work with Rachel on our upcoming trips!

Fantastic experience: We had an incredible time at Universal Studios and not having to worry about any accommodations because Fairytale Journeys had taken care of it for us was the cherry on top! The tidbits of advice Amy provided for our time there help make it that much more special. 10/10 would recommend!

Fantastic experience: Rebecca Cooper was our Disney planner. She was very responsive both by text and phone call. We had lots of questions and sometimes needed to hear things twice. She was very patient with us. It had been 8 years since we went to Disney and so much had changed. There was a tremendous amount of details which would be hard to navigate on your own. Really liked the dining plan as it made it a lot easier once we figured it out. Was pleasantly surprised that it included dessert for the table service. The hotel was comfortable and had everything we needed. All the staff at the hotel and parks were very helpful. All in all a great memorable experience!

Fantastic experience: Molly Mason did an outstanding job in helping plan and complete arrangements for our trip to Disney World to celebrate our oldest grandson's 4th birthday! She provided excellent advice on activities and dining options for each park, then reserved dining for us in advance. She also made arrangements for transportation from the airport and worked with the hotel to secure a playpen and bed rails for our grandsons. We had several Zoom calls with her in advance to talk through our trip and she was able to provide detailed information on all of our questions. She helped us plan the trip and our activities in advance, so when we arrived at each park we knew how to use our time wisely to do the rides and shows we felt our grandkids would enjoy the most and be able to do based on height restrictions. Our Disney World experience was absolutely wonderful as we had hoped and the advanced planning and arrangements Molly helped us with were a huge help in making this possible. We highly recommend using Molly to help you plan your Disney World trip!

We’d never been to an all inclusive resort before and Brittany shared her expertise about the various options available that met our criteria. Fantastic experience: I just booked a cruise for my daughter’s 7th birthday on Disney Wish. I booked with, Amber Parks, an agent in NC, and the process has been more than a breeze. Amber knows Disney, all the tips, info on parks, restaurants, characters and activities. Seriously, I did not even know that some of these things were even offered. Amber has been as magical as Disney for this busy Mama. She is so efficient, knowledgeable, and just simply kind! Fantastic experience: Jennifer Hopper was amazing at helping my family and I plan our trip to Walt Disney World in Orlando. She was great in helping us get accommodations for our family of five. Plus she knew all the great places to eat at.In addition, Jennifer was able to schedule our transportation from the airport to Disney World. We were scheduled to check in the day the communication systems went down and our flight was cancelled. Jennifer was up at the start of the day on the phone with Walt Disney World helping us shift our reservation for when we could get a new flight. It was our first time taking our kids to Disney and Jennifer made the whole process seamless. I would definitely book another trip with Jennifer, no questions asked!

Not having to try and navigate all the rides, events, lines, etc made all the difference for us; just took all the stress out. She gave me and my family the full immersive experience and we felt as though we squeezed every ounce of the parks in just one day. Never have I ever been so well informed on my surroundings. Some travel agents tell you things without knowing, but Stephanie loves her job and it shows in her work. She won’t recommend an activity, venue or restaurant without having tried it herself and seems to know everything about everything. Any question I had was answered as quick as could be. All in all I 100% recommend if anyone is ready for a fun and action packed vacation.

Fantastic experience: We loved working with Nikki Carroll as our travel advisor. Nikki helped make our Disney trip so magical. As a Disney World newbie, I was overwhelmed by the planning and I had so many questions. Nikki helped us reserve everything we wanted (specific hotel, restaurant reservations, etc). She created a rough itinerary based on our kids’ interests, gave so many helpful recommendations/tips/tricks, checked in throughout the planning process and days leading up to our trip, and surprised us with really thoughtful treats and goodies. Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie Perret-Gentil for our recent trip to Walk Disney World in February/March of 2024. She was a joy to work with and made the entire experience and trip a magical adventure. She took all the confusion and frustration out of the process. She even woke at 5 am to make all our dining reservations for us. My daughter turned 6 while we were there and Stephanie ensured that she had the absolute best birthday! Fantastic experience: My family and I had an amazing Disney vacation thanks to the help and support of Shelbey Strickland. We were originally looking to book our first Disney cruise and added a few days in the parks as well. Shelbey was able to help us with all the new information with the Disney parks and was able to book rides while we were getting ready and traveling to the parks. It made the process so enjoyable. We were able to ride everything we wanted to and used many of her recommendations of where to eat. When booking the cruise, she was able to walk us through the whole process and booked some activities for us. We can not say enough great things about how amazing our trip was thanks to Shelbey. Fantastic experience: Michelle Williams did an amazing job planning our trip. It was my 1st time in Disneyworld and I had 6 and 4 year Olds with me. My husband was there once as a kid. So really, we had no idea what we were doing. Michelle asked what we were interested in doing and seeing and she took it from there. She planned each day for us accounting for little kids' needs. We had a seatdown reservation every day and my kids got to meet plenty of characters without standing in lines. Michelle took 2 hours of her weekend to go over our plans, app use and gave some really useful tips right before our departure. We had transportation scheduled. This trip was a breeze! Cannot thank Michelle enough for wonderful memories she helped us create. She also checked on us and was available to answer any questions while we were in Disney. I will absolutely use her services in the future. And I recommend Michelle to anyone looking to go to Disney.
